60 parts of water, 5 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 30 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 1 part of protein, 3 parts of lactose and 1 part of inorganic salt.

45 parts of water, 8 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 40 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 3 parts of protein, 2 parts of lactose and 2 parts of inorganic salt.
4. The lactic acid paste for aquatic products according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of water, 10 parts of glyceryl monostearate, 50 parts of lactic acid bacteria, 3 parts of protein, 4 parts of lactose and 3 parts of inorganic salt.
