Claims (10)
1. An isolation system for entry and exit animal inspection and quarantine is characterized by comprising an accommodating mechanism, an air supply mechanism, an exhaust mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a spraying mechanism;
the accommodating mechanism comprises an isolation chamber (1), a track cavity (28) is formed in the top of an inner cavity of the isolation chamber (1), and a reticular partition plate (3) is fixed in the isolation chamber (1);
the gas supply mechanism comprises a gas disinfection box (11), a lamp holder (12) is fixed on the inner side of the gas disinfection box (11), ultraviolet lamp tubes (13) are uniformly connected to the outer side of the lamp holder (12), and a first pipeline (16) inserted into the inner cavity of the isolation chamber (1) is communicated with one side of the gas disinfection box (11);
the exhaust mechanism comprises a disinfectant tank (17), a first air pump (25) is fixed to the top of the disinfectant tank (17), an air inlet end of the first air pump (25) is communicated with a third pipeline (27) inserted into the isolation chamber (1), an air outlet end of the first air pump (25) is communicated with a second pipeline (26) inserted into the disinfectant tank (17), one end, inserted into the disinfectant tank (17), of the second pipeline (26) is communicated with an annular spray pipe (18) fixed to the bottom of an inner cavity of the disinfectant tank (17), and the top of the disinfectant tank (17) is communicated with an exhaust pipe (24);
the cleaning mechanism comprises a scraper (8), the scraper (8) is seamlessly attached to the bottom of an inner cavity of the isolation chamber (1), a sliding groove (5) is formed in the bottom of the isolation chamber (1), a threaded rod (6) is rotatably connected in the sliding groove (5), a sliding block (7) is in threaded connection with the outer side of the threaded rod (6), the sliding block (7) is in sliding connection with the sliding groove (5), the top of the sliding block (7) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the scraper (8), and a first motor (9) with an output end fixedly connected with one end of the threaded rod (6) is fixed on the lower portion of the outer side of the isolation chamber (1);
the spraying mechanism comprises a spray head (37), the two sides of the inner cavity of the track cavity (28) are respectively and rotatably connected with a driving shaft (29) and a driven shaft (30), the outer side of the driving shaft (29) is connected with the driven shaft (30) through a track (31), the bottom of the isolation chamber (1) is fixed with a slide rod (32), the slide rod (32) is slidably connected with a movable block (33), the bottom of the movable block (33) is fixed with a steel pipe (36) penetrating through the track (31), the bottom of the steel pipe (36) is fixedly connected with the spray head (37), the spray head (37) is communicated with a liquid conveying pipe (34), and the outer side of the isolation chamber (1) is fixed with a third motor (38) fixedly connected with an output shaft and one end of the driving shaft (29).
2. The quarantine system for inspection and quarantine of entry and exit animals according to claim 1, wherein: a movable cage (4) is placed at the top of the reticular clapboard (3), and a movable door (2) is arranged on one side of the isolation room (1).
