本发明涉及一种纺织工具,具体是一种超柔天丝纤维纺织面料染整装置及面料制备方法。
背景技术
超柔天丝纤维是一种新型人造纤维素纤维,具有柔软悬垂、触感独特、飘逸动感、透气透湿、素雅光泽等特点,给人以满足、安全、充满质感、高贵大方的感觉超柔天丝纤维采用高支纯棉面料填充天丝纤维舒适透气,防螨抗静电同时又具有耐用性强、弹性好、不易起皱、便于打理洗涤等优点。
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,面料在加工过程中需要对其进行染整处理,染整是指对纺织材料(纤维、纱线和织物)进行以化学处理为主的工艺过程,现代也通称为印染。
但是现有的染整装置,在进行面料印染的时候,要么就是放到染整缸里面印染,但是这种方式需要的整理剂较多,要么就是喷洒整理剂印染,但是喷洒的时候,部分整理剂飞溅,既污染周围环境,又浪费原料,增加了成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超柔天丝纤维纺织面料染整装置及面料制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种超柔天丝纤维纺织面料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1:制备原料,将松木粉碎后获得碎木料,利用磷酸缓冲液浸泡5小时后,加入酶,在50°C条件下水解一段时间后,过滤后得纤维素溶液;
S2:使用酸性溶液将纤维素析出,制备纤维素浆粕,再将纤维素浆粕纳米处理后得到纳米纤维素分散液,调节PH值后,干燥得到疏水性纳米纤维素;
S3:将疏水性纳米纤维素、天然柔化剂、天然抗氧化剂、水、纺丝助剂混合均匀后制备得到天丝纤维纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理,制得抗菌天丝纤维并将其浸泡于柠檬酸溶液2-3小时后,取出后用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得超柔天丝纤维;
S4:将超柔天丝纤维、粘纤、羊毛、涤纶纤维和醋酸纤维混捻成单根丝线,然后选取两根丝线采用集圈编织形成面料;
S5:使用染整装置对编制成的面料进行染整,得到成品面料。
一种超柔天丝纤维纺织面料染整装置,包括外部箱体和印染部件,所述外部箱体的内部设有缓冲装置,所述外部箱体的顶面设有升降装置且升降装置的移动端与印染部件固定连接,所述印染部件位于外部箱体的内部,所述外部箱体的外部设有收布装置和触发装置,所述升降装置的移动端与触发装置的移动端固定连接,所述外部箱体的顶面设有存料部件且存料部件与印染部件通过导管连通,所述触发装置与收布装置和存料部件均电性连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述缓冲装置包括限位套筒、升降杆和缓冲轮,所述限位套筒与外部箱体的内壁通过支撑板固定连接,所述升降杆与限位套筒相套接且升降杆与支撑板通过弹性件固定连接,所述升降杆的顶端与缓冲轮活动连接。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
请参阅图1-3,一种超柔天丝纤维纺织面料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1:制备原料,将松木粉碎后获得碎木料,利用磷酸缓冲液浸泡5小时后,加入酶,在50°C条件下水解一段时间后,过滤后得纤维素溶液;
S2:使用酸性溶液将纤维素析出,制备纤维素浆粕,再将纤维素浆粕纳米处理后得到纳米纤维素分散液,调节PH值后,干燥得到疏水性纳米纤维素;
S3:将疏水性纳米纤维素、天然柔化剂、天然抗氧化剂、水、纺丝助剂混合均匀后制备得到天丝纤维纺丝液,经静电纺丝处理,制得抗菌天丝纤维并将其浸泡于柠檬酸溶液2-3小时后,取出后用水洗涤2-3次后,干燥得超柔天丝纤维;
S4:将超柔天丝纤维、粘纤、羊毛、涤纶纤维和醋酸纤维混捻成单根丝线,然后选取两根丝线采用集圈编织形成面料;
S5:使用染整装置对编制成的面料进行染整,得到成品面料。

本发明的工作原理是:在使用时,面料穿过外部箱体1,搭在缓冲轮6上,进行印染时,开启第二电机10带动,丝杠螺杆11转动,在螺纹的推动下使印染部件9下降,压在面料上,当升降板14下降到一定高度时,导电件16与导电板17搭接,电路连通,供电源18对控制器19供电,控制器19控制存料部件20开启,存料部件20对印染部件9供料,使印染部件9压在面料上时,流出整理剂进行印染,这样就可以减少整理剂飞溅,当升降板14继续下降时,会压到开关按钮21,打开第一电机8,带动收布轮7转动,将面料牵扯着移动,从而对后面的面料进行印染。

2.根据权利要求1所述的超柔天丝纤维纺织面料所用的染整装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括第二电机(10)、丝杠螺杆(11)和支架板(12),所述第二电机(10)与外部箱体(1)的顶面固定连接且第二电机(10)的输出端与丝杠螺杆(11)固定连接,所述支架板(12)与外部箱体(1)的顶面固定连接且丝杠螺杆(11)远离第二电机(10)的一端与支架板(12)通过轴承活动连接,所述丝杠螺杆(11)的外表面套接有螺纹套环(13)且螺纹套环(13)与印染部件(9)通过升降板(14)和按压杆(15)固定连接且按压杆(15)与外部箱体(1)的顶面卡接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超柔天丝纤维纺织面料所用的染整装置,其特征在于,所述触发装置包括导电件(16)、导电板(17)、供电源(18)和控制器(19),所述导电件(16)与升降板(14)固定连接,所述导电板(17)与外部箱体(1)的顶面固定连接且导电板(17)与导电件(16)的位置相对应,所述导电板(17)和控制器(19)均与供电源(18)电性连接且控制器(19)与导电件(16)电性连接,所述控制器(19)与存料部件(20)电性连接。
