the cleaning mechanism (4) includes: the device comprises a push rod (41), a push plate (42), a liquid storage barrel (43), a liquid discharge pipe (44) and a liquid inlet pipe (45), wherein the push rod (41) is fixedly connected with the push plate (42), the push plate (42) is arranged in the liquid storage barrel (43), one end of the liquid discharge pipe (44) is in through connection with the inside of the liquid storage barrel (43), the other end of the liquid discharge pipe (44) extends out of an opening of the imbedding pipe (23), and one end of the liquid inlet pipe (45) is in through connection with the liquid storage barrel (43);
the push rod (41) is arranged in the placement tube (23) in a zigzag manner, the size of the push plate (42) is matched with the size of the inner wall of the liquid storage barrel (43), the liquid discharge tube (44) is L-shaped, the placement tube (23) is positioned at the bottom of the inner cavity (31) and provided with a through groove, and one end of the push rod (41) penetrates through the through groove and is fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve (34).
