Abstract
一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比的如下的组份组成,硅藻土1‑15%,纳米银抗菌粉剂1‑2%,余量为珍珠岩。本发明由于采用上述的配方,不仅具有良好的吸水作用,长时间使用后也不会变硬,保持蓬松度、感觉舒服,体验佳,而且能够有效地杀菌防霉,提高清洁度。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,具体地说,它是一种浴室门口用地垫的硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方。
背景技术
在浴室门口,经常会放置一块地垫用来擦干湿水的鞋底的水渍,避免从浴室沐浴完后将水带到其他的房间,弄湿地板,引起滑倒事故的发生。
现有技术中的地垫包括套和内胆,内胆设于外套内,内胆内填充有硅藻土,这种地垫长时间使用后,硅藻土容易变硬,蓬松度差,让人感觉不舒服,体验不好,也容易因潮湿滋生细菌。
因此,现有技术有待于改进和提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种长时间使用后也感觉舒服、体验佳、杀菌防霉的硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比的如下的组份组成,硅藻土1-15%,纳米银抗菌粉剂1-2%,余量为珍珠岩。
优选的,所述硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比的如下的组份组成,硅藻土为10%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为1%,珍珠岩为89%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
由于采用上述的配方,不仅具有良好的吸水作用,长时间使用后也不会变硬,保持蓬松度、感觉舒服,体验佳,而且能够有效地杀菌防霉,提高清洁度。
具体实施方式
下面给出实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实施例1:本发明一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比如下的组份组成,硅藻土为10%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为1%,珍珠岩为89%。
本实施例制备时,将10%硅藻土、1%纳米银抗菌剂和89%珍珠岩置于容器中,搅拌均匀,然后将上述混合物装入内胆中,再经内胆装于外套中,通过车缝外套实现全密封包装。
实施例2:本发明一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比如下的组份组成,硅藻土为5%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为1.5%,珍珠岩为93.5%。
本实施例与实施例1的制备方法相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例3:本发明一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比如下的组份组成,硅藻土为7.5%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为1.5%,珍珠岩为91%。
本实施例与实施例1的制备方法相同,在此不再赘述。
实施例4:本发明一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,由重量百分比如下的组份组成,硅藻土为12%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为2%,珍珠岩为86%。
本实施例与实施例1的制备方法相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明由于采用的硅藻土和珍珠岩具有不同的吸水原理,使得本发明具有良好的吸水性和挥发性,从而使得地垫保持干爽和清洁;同时在长时间使用后也不会变硬,蓬松度高,使用起来也不会让人感觉不舒服、体验佳;采用纳米银抗菌粉剂能够有效地杀菌防霉,不利于细菌的生长,提高清洁度。
综上,本发明通过上述的配方,解决现有技术中的不足之处,具有体验佳、杀菌效果好等优点。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,其特征在于:由重量百分比的如下的组份组成,硅藻土1-15%,纳米银抗菌粉剂1-2%,余量为珍珠岩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅藻土珍珠岩抗菌配方,其特征在于:由重量百分比的如下的组份组成,硅藻土为10%,纳米银抗菌粉剂为1%,珍珠岩为89%。
