By the method, a user can timely acquire the latest information of the current table through the table information output device and the progress status of each dish in the order, and compared with the scheme that the table information can be acquired only by a waiter in the related technology, the method has the advantages that the dependency on the waiter when the table information is acquired is remarkably lowered, the phenomenon of insufficient service caused by the problems of insufficient manpower of the waiter and the like in the peak time of dining is avoided, the dining experience of the user is optimized while the turnover rate of the client is reduced.
In an implementation manner, in combination with the above embodiments, the present application further supports the user to adjust the dish information through the table information output device. Specifically, the table information output method of the present application may include the steps of:
detecting an adjusting operation of a user for at least one dish in the dishes;
according to the adjustment operation, dish information corresponding to the current table is updated;
outputting updated dish information corresponding to the current table;
and sending the updated dish information corresponding to the current table to the cash register.
In this embodiment, the user may adjust the dishes on the table information output device to change the dish information. After detecting the adjustment operation of the user for the dishes, the table information output device updates the dish information corresponding to the current table to the dish information changed by the user on one hand and sends the dish information changed by the user to the cash register device on the other hand according to the adjustment operation. After receiving the updated dish information, the cashier device sends the updated dish information to other terminals in the restaurant, such as a waiter terminal or a kitchen terminal, which need the information.
In this embodiment, the user can adjust the dishes on the table information output device, so that the user can make subsequent decisions in time according to the latest information of the current table and the progress status of each dish in the order, and the dining experience of the user is obviously optimized.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in an implementation manner, the present application further provides a method for a user to perform an adjustment operation on dish information, where the adjustment operation may include: the method comprises the steps of dish serving sequence adjusting operation, dish serving time adjusting operation, meal hastening operation and the like. Specifically, according to the adjustment operation, the dish information corresponding to the current table is updated, which includes any one of the following four conditions:
firstly, according to the serving sequence adjustment operation, updating the serving sequence of each dish corresponding to the current table.
In the present embodiment, the dish information of each dish includes a name of the dish, a number of the dishes, a serving order of each dish, a serving time of each dish, and the like, which is not particularly limited in the present embodiment.
When the user adjusts each dish in the order, the order of serving each dish can be adjusted. Illustratively, the serving sequence of each dish in the user's order is: dish 1, dish 2, dish 3, dish 4, the process of getting on the dish of dish 1-dish 4 is in order to be done, begin to make, do not make, and the process of making of dish 3 and dish 4 is not making this moment, if the user wants to prefer to get on dish 4, then can readjust the order of getting on the dish and be: dish 1, dish 2, dish 4, and dish 3.
And secondly, according to the dish adjusting operation, adding corresponding dishes or reducing corresponding dishes in the dish information corresponding to the current table, or adjusting the number of each dish included in the dish information corresponding to the current table.
Illustratively, the dishes in the user's order include: dishes 1 to 5, if a user wants to add the dish 6 in the dining process, the dish 6 can be newly added through the table information output device; if the user wants to delete the dish 4 which is not made yet in the dining process, the dish 4 can be deleted through the table information output device; if the user wants to modify the number of servings 5 from the original 2 to 1, the user can modify the number of servings 5 to 1 through the table information output device.
And thirdly, according to the dish serving time adjusting operation, updating the dish serving time of each dish in the dish information corresponding to the current table.
Illustratively, the predicted serving time of each dish in the order is as follows: 1-12:10 dishes, 2-12:13 dishes, 3-12:15 dishes and 4-12:15 dishes. If the user wants to modify the serving time of dish 4 to be 3-12:20, the table information output device can be operated to modify the serving time 12:15 of dish 4 to 12: 20.
And fourthly, the food reminding operation is performed, and the food reminding operation is performed on a certain dish by sending the food reminding to the cash register device, so that the cash register device sends the food reminding to a kitchen terminal or a server terminal.
For example, when a user has a meal, finds that the dish 3 in the order is late, selects the dish 3 on the table information output device, and clicks the meal hastening button to send a meal hastening reminder to the cash register device. After receiving the food reminding prompt, the cashier device sends the food reminding prompt to the kitchen terminal so as to prompt the staff in the kitchen to finish the making of the dish 3 and to serve the dish as soon as possible.
The embodiment provides various methods for the user to adjust the dish information, so that the user can adjust various dishes at any time according to the self requirements in the process of waiting for dining without depending on a waiter, the phenomena that the dishes are not on late and the serving sequence does not meet the expectation of the customer and the like are avoided, the turnover rate of the customer is reduced, and the dining experience of the user is optimized.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in one implementation, the table information processing method may further include:
determining and outputting the current table state information;
wherein, different state information corresponds to different display modes; the state information of the current table and the dish information corresponding to the current table correspond to different information output areas respectively.
In this embodiment, when the table information output means outputs the table information through the display device, different display modes may be set in advance for different state information, for example, when the state of the table is open, the display interface may be displayed in white, when the state of the table is idle, the display interface may be displayed in green, when the state of the table is occupied, the display interface may be displayed in yellow, when the state of the table is predetermined, the display interface may be displayed in blue, and when the state of the table is clear, the display interface may be displayed in red. When the table is opened or occupied, dish information, serving schedule information and the like can be displayed on the display interface, and different dishes correspond to different display areas, which can be shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a table information display result according to an embodiment of the present application.
In fig. 5, area 1 is displayed white to indicate that the table is open, area 2 is the dish information of dish 1, area 3 is the serving schedule information of dish 1, area 4 is the dish information of dish 2, area 5 is the serving schedule information of dish 2, area 6 is the dish information of dish 3, and area 7 is the serving schedule information of dish 3. The user can see the dish information of each dish through the area 2, the area 4 and the area 6, for example, the display interface displays the dish 1, the dish 2 and the dish 3 in sequence, and can know that the order of serving the dish is the dish 1, the dish 2 and the dish 3. The user can see the dish serving progress of each dish through the area 3, the area 5 and the area 7, such as no dish, starting to make, about to make, making, no dish serving, dish serving and the like. In the opening or occupying state, when all dishes are in the dish serving progress, the area 1 can also display the word 'the dishes are full', otherwise, the word 'the dishes are not full'.
When a user needs to adjust the order of serving dishes, the user can directly select the dishes to be adjusted and drag the dishes, for example, the user needs to adjust the order of the dishes to be dish 1, dish 3 and dish 2, and can directly select dish 3 and drag the dish 3 to the back of dish 1. In this embodiment, table information output device accessible different display modes show table information, not only make the user can know the current condition of having dinner better, still make waiter in the dining room in time learn the condition of having dinner of each table simultaneously, be favorable to waiter pertinence to provide service for the table, and then improve quality of service, promote user's experience of having dinner.
The application also provides another table information processing method which is applied to the cashier equipment. Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating another table information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 6, the table information processing method may include the steps of:
step S61: and generating corresponding table information aiming at the table identification of each table.
Step S62: and sending the table information corresponding to each table identification to the communication device of the corresponding table so as to enable the information output device of the corresponding table to output the table information.
In this embodiment, the cashier device is provided with a virtual table for each table, and is configured to store table information corresponding to the table. Each virtual table has a table identification that is unique within the restaurant. The cashier device can actively send the changed table information to the corresponding table to be output when detecting that the table information of the table is changed each time. Alternatively, the cashier device may transmit the changed table information to the corresponding table to output the changed table information in response to an inquiry request from the table information output device. The present embodiment does not specifically limit how the cashier device transmits the table information to the table information output device.
Through the embodiment, the user can timely acquire the latest information of the current table through the table information output device and know the progress status of each dish in the order.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in one implementation manner, the table information output method of the present application may further include:
receiving updated dish information sent by the communication devices of the tables;
and storing the updated dish information corresponding to each table.
In this embodiment, the user may change the dish information through the table information output device to improve the dining experience of the user, which is specifically described above, and this embodiment is not described herein again.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in one implementation manner, the table information output method of the present application may further include:
receiving table state updating information sent by a first preset terminal;
updating the state of the corresponding table according to the table state updating information;
storing the updated table state;
and transmitting the stored updated table state to the communication device of the corresponding table so that the information output device of the corresponding table outputs the updated table state.
In this embodiment, the first preset terminal refers to a terminal that can determine the state information of the table. For example, the attendant terminal may determine the state information of the table according to a manual operation of the attendant, and thus the attendant terminal may be a first preset terminal. For another example, some intelligent image analysis devices may determine the state information of the table through the picture of the table, and thus, the intelligent image analysis devices may also be the first preset terminal. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the type of the first preset terminal.
The cashier device may actively transmit the changed table state to the information output device of the corresponding table to output the changed table state each time the changed table state is received. Alternatively, the cashier device may transmit the changed table state to the information output device of the corresponding table to output the state in response to a table information inquiry request from the table information output device. The present embodiment does not specifically limit how the cashier device transmits the table status to the table information output device.
With reference to the foregoing embodiment, in one implementation manner, the table information output method of the present application may further include:
receiving dish updating information sent by a second preset terminal and/or a kitchen terminal;
according to the dish updating information, updating corresponding dish information or serving progress information;
storing the updated dish information or the updated serving progress information;
and sending the stored updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information to the communication device of the corresponding table so that the information output device of the corresponding table outputs the updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information.
In this embodiment, the second preset terminal is a terminal capable of updating the dish information of the dish or the serving schedule information. For example, the table information output device may change the dish information of the dish according to the user's operation, and thus the table information output device may be the second preset terminal. For another example, the server terminal may change the dish information of the dish according to the operation of the server, so the server terminal may also be a second preset terminal, and the server may perform the operation of changing the dish information according to the request of the user. For another example, the kitchen terminal may change the dish information of the dish or the serving schedule information according to the operation of the cook, and thus the kitchen terminal may also be a second preset terminal. The present embodiment does not specifically limit the type of the second preset terminal.
Through the table information output device, a waiter can conveniently know which tables are idle, so that customers can be guided to sit and open the tables; the table can be known which tables are preset and the number of the preset people is large, so that tables, chairs and tableware can be prepared in advance; the user can also know which table dishes are not full, so that the user can be appealed in time or the user can be helped to guide dish urging; and the system can also know which tables are checked out, which tables are not checked out and the like, so that the system is convenient for waiters to better service and restaurant management.
Through installation one in this application with the operable display device of cash register linkage on dining room table, table information output device promptly for the user can know the state of current table in real time, dish information, the progress of serving etc. and can accomplish the dish information of manual adjustment dish, the order of serving and urge operation such as dish through this table information output device, has improved dining room operating efficiency and user's experience of having dinner, and has reduced waiter's work load.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides a table information output apparatus 700. Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating a table information output device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 includes:
an inquiry module 701, configured to inquire whether table information corresponding to a table identifier of a table stored in a cash register device is updated, where the table information includes at least one of: table state information, dish information and serving progress information;
an obtaining module 702, configured to obtain updated table information when the table information corresponding to the table identifier of the table stored in the cash register device is updated;
a first updating module 703 is configured to update the table information currently output by the table information output device to the updated table information.
Optionally, the apparatus 700 further comprises:
the detection module is used for detecting the adjustment operation of a user for at least one dish in each dish;
the second updating module is used for updating the dish information corresponding to the current table according to the adjusting operation;
the output module is used for outputting updated dish information corresponding to the current table;
and the first sending module is used for sending the updated dish information corresponding to the current table to the cash register device.
Optionally, according to the adjustment operation, the dish information corresponding to the current table is updated, where the update includes at least one of:
according to the serving sequence adjustment operation, updating the serving sequence of each dish corresponding to the current table;
according to the dish adjusting operation, adding corresponding dishes or reducing corresponding dishes in the dish information corresponding to the current table, or adjusting the number of each dish included in the dish information corresponding to the current table;
and updating the serving time of each dish in the dish information corresponding to the current table according to the serving time adjusting operation.
Optionally, the apparatus 700 further comprises:
the determining module is used for determining and outputting the state information of the current table;
wherein, different state information corresponds to different display modes; the state information of the current table and the dish information corresponding to the current table correspond to different information output areas respectively.
Based on the same inventive concept, another embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps in the method according to any of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application.
Based on the same inventive concept, another embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device. The electronic device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of the above embodiments of the present application when executed.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application provides another table information output apparatus 800, which is applied to a cash register device. Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a table information output device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 800 includes:
a generating module 801, configured to generate corresponding table information for the table identifier of each table respectively;
a second sending module 802, configured to send the table information corresponding to each table identifier to a communication device of a corresponding table, so that an information output device of the corresponding table outputs order information.
Optionally, the apparatus 800 further comprises:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the updated dish information sent by the communication devices of the tables;
and the first storage module is used for storing the updated dish information corresponding to each table.
Optionally, the apparatus 800 further comprises:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the table state updating information sent by the first preset terminal;
the third updating module is used for updating the state of the corresponding table according to the table state updating information;
the second storage module is used for storing the updated table state;
and the third sending module is used for sending the stored updated table state to the communication device of the corresponding table so as to enable the information output device of the corresponding table to output the updated table state.
Optionally, the apparatus 800 further comprises:
the third receiving module is used for receiving the dish updating information sent by the second preset terminal and/or the kitchen terminal;
the fourth updating module is used for updating corresponding dish information or serving progress information according to the dish updating information;
the third storage module is used for storing updated dish information or updated serving schedule information;
and the fourth sending module is used for sending the stored updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information to the communication device of the corresponding table so as to enable the information output device of the corresponding table to output the updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information.
Based on the same inventive concept, another embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the steps in the method according to any of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application.
Based on the same inventive concept, another embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device. The electronic device comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any of the above embodiments of the present application when executed.

Claims (14)

1. A table information output method applied to a table information output apparatus mounted on a table, the method comprising:
inquiring whether table information corresponding to the table identification of the table stored in the cashier device is updated or not, wherein the table information comprises at least one of the following: table state information, dish information and serving progress information;
when the table information corresponding to the table identification of the table stored in the cashier device is updated, acquiring the updated table information;
and updating the table information currently output by the table information output device to the updated table information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
detecting an adjusting operation of a user for at least one dish in the dishes;
according to the adjustment operation, dish information corresponding to the current table is updated;
outputting updated dish information corresponding to the current table;
and sending the updated dish information corresponding to the current table to the cash register.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the updating of the dish information corresponding to the current table according to the adjustment operation comprises at least one of:
according to the serving sequence adjustment operation, updating the serving sequence of each dish corresponding to the current table;
according to the dish adjusting operation, adding corresponding dishes or reducing corresponding dishes in the dish information corresponding to the current table, or adjusting the number of each dish included in the dish information corresponding to the current table;
and updating the serving time of each dish in the dish information corresponding to the current table according to the serving time adjusting operation.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining and outputting the current table state information;
wherein, different state information corresponds to different display modes; the state information of the current table and the dish information corresponding to the current table correspond to different information output areas respectively.
5. A desk information processing method is applied to a cash register and comprises the following steps:
generating corresponding table information respectively aiming at the table identification of each table;
and sending the table information corresponding to each table identification to the communication device of the corresponding table so as to enable the information output device of the corresponding table to output the table information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving updated dish information sent by the communication devices of the tables;
and storing the updated dish information corresponding to each table.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving table state updating information sent by a first preset terminal;
updating the state of the corresponding table according to the table state updating information;
storing the updated table state;
and transmitting the stored updated table state to the communication device of the corresponding table so that the information output device of the corresponding table outputs the updated table state.
8. The method of claim 5 or 7, further comprising:
receiving dish updating information sent by a second preset terminal and/or a kitchen terminal;
according to the dish updating information, updating corresponding dish information or serving progress information;
storing the updated dish information or the updated serving progress information;
and sending the stored updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information to the communication device of the corresponding table so that the information output device of the corresponding table outputs the updated dish information or the updated serving schedule information.
9. A table information output apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an inquiry module, an inquiry module and a checkout device, wherein the inquiry module is used for inquiring whether table information corresponding to a table identifier of a table stored in the checkout device is updated or not, and the table information comprises at least one of the following: table state information, dish information and serving progress information;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring updated table information when the table information corresponding to the table identification of the table stored in the cash register device is updated;
and the first updating module is used for updating the table information currently output by the table information output device into the updated table information.
10. A table information processing device, applied to a cash register, comprising:
the generating module is used for respectively generating corresponding table information aiming at the table identification of each table;
and the second sending module is used for sending the table information corresponding to each table identifier to the communication device of the corresponding table so as to enable the information output device of the corresponding table to output the order information.
11. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the table information output method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the table information output method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
13. A desktop electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of processing desktop information according to any one of claims 5 to 8 when executing the computer program.
14. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the table information processing method of any one of claims 5 to 8.
