Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of hand sanitizer, in particular to an antibacterial infant wash-free bubble hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The no-clean hand sanitizer is a cleaning product which can clean hands without using towels, water and soap. The existing hand-washing-free disinfection gel contains a large amount of alcohol, and after the hand skin is used for multiple times, the skin barrier is damaged, so that the skin is dry, chapped, red and swollen, itchy and stabbing pain. The epidermis of the skin of infants is a single-pass cell, and the thickness of the epidermis is one tenth of that of the skin of adults, so that the infants are more sensitive to skin irritation. The disposable liquid soap product for infants has the defects at present.
In the prior art, another patent of the present inventor, publication No. CN105854823B, discloses a method for preparing a biocomposite antibacterial adsorbent material, which is characterized in that the preparation method comprises: 1) pretreating, namely soaking the shell in a sodium hydroxide solution, cleaning, drying and coarsely crushing to obtain coarse shell powder; 2) performing first calcination, namely calcining the shell coarse powder in the pretreatment step under a vacuum condition, wherein the calcination temperature is 300-800 ℃, and the calcination time is 1-5 h, so as to obtain first shell coarse powder; 3) second calcining, calcining the shell coarse powder in the pretreatment step in an oxidizing atmosphere, wherein the oxidizing atmosphere is a mixed gas of air and carbon dioxide, the volume ratio of the carbon dioxide to the air is 0.03-0.1%, the calcining temperature is 1000-1400 ℃, and the calcining time is 1-3 hours, so as to obtain second shell coarse powder; 4) crushing, namely cooling the first shell coarse powder and the second shell coarse powder, mixing the first shell coarse powder and the second shell coarse powder in proportion, and crushing to obtain shell micro powder with the particle size of 10-100 nm; 5) embedding, namely embedding the antibacterial polypeptide in the shell micro powder by using an embedding agent, wherein the embedding agent is a sodium polyacrylate solution with the mass concentration of 0.1-0.5% or a polylysine solution with the mass concentration of 0.01-0.1%, the shell micro powder and the antibacterial polypeptideThe mass ratio of the polypeptide is 108:1~106:1. The biological composite antibacterial adsorption material prepared by the preparation method is called HyCal powder. HyCal powder has good bactericidal effect, but is not yet incorporated into infant leave-on hand sanitizer products.
In view of the above-mentioned related arts, the inventors consider that the current leave-on hand sanitizer is still insufficient in terms of skin irritation for infants.

1. The inspection basis is as follows: the neutralizer identification test and the quantitative sterilization test are respectively carried out according to 2.1.1.5 and 2.1.1.7 and 2.1.1.9 of disinfection technical Specification (2002 edition) of Ministry of health. The standard requirement of killing log value KL is as follows: escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus are more than or equal to 5.00; candida albicans is greater than or equal to 4.00.
2. And (3) identification test of a neutralizer: the neutralizing agent D/E used neutralizes the broth. The action time of the test stock solution is 0.5min, the test is repeated for three times, and the test strain is candida albicans.
Three, result in
1. Neutralizer identification test
Group 1: adding 1.0mL of bacterial suspension to 4.0mL of test sample liquid, acting for a preset time, adding 0.5mL of uniformly mixed liquid into 4.5mL of diluent, sucking 1.0mL, and culturing and counting.
Group 2: adding 1.0mL of bacterial suspension to 4.0mL of test sample liquid, acting for a preset time, adding 4.5mL of neutralizer into 0.5mL of uniformly mixed liquid, uniformly mixing for l0min, sucking 1.0mL, culturing, counting, and diluting by 10 times of diluent.
Group 3: adding 0.4mL of hard water into 0.1mL of bacterial suspension, uniformly mixing, adding 4.5mL of neutralizing agent, uniformly mixing for 10min, absorbing 1.0mL of culture count, and diluting with 10 times of neutralizing agent.
Group 4: 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension was added to 4.9mL of the neutralized product, mixed and incubated for l0min, 1.0mL of the suspension was aspirated and counted, diluted 10-fold with the neutralized product.
Group 5: adding 0.1mL of bacterial suspension into 0.4mL of hard water, mixing, adding 4.5mL of diluent, mixing for 10min, sucking 1.0mL, culturing, counting, and diluting with 10 times of diluent.
Group 6: diluent, neutralizer and hard water were each 1.0mL inoculated into plates.
The results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 neutralizer identification test results
Groups 3, 4, and 5 had similar amounts of test bacteria grown and had a group error rate of 6.7% (< 15%), group 6 was aseptically grown and the neutralizer was rated acceptable.
2. Killing effect on test bacteria
Adding 0.5mL of organic interfering substance into 0.5mL of bacterial suspension, uniformly mixing in a water bath for 5min, adding 4.0mL of disinfectant, acting for a preset time, adding 0.5mL of mixed solution into 4.5mL of neutralizer, uniformly mixing, taking a proper dilution, inoculating 1.0mL of neutralizing agent into a plate, performing viable bacteria culture counting, and simultaneously performing a control sample. The results are detailed in table 2.
TABLE 2 log kill of the samples to the test bacteria KL
Fourth, conclusion
The results of three repeated tests show that the stock solution of the sample acts for 0.5min, 1.0min and 1.5min, the killing log values of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa are all greater than 5.00, and the killing log values of candida albicans are all greater than 4.00, so that the sample has the killing effect on escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans.
