Adding the three components into a mixing container in sequence of a dust suppressant composition, an antibacterial agent composition and a Chinese herbal medicine water carrier, stirring while adding, finally adding a detergent, and stirring for half an hour to obtain a dust suppressant and antibacterial agent; the mass ratio of the dust suppressant composition to the antibacterial agent composition to the Chinese herbal medicine water carrier to the liquid detergent is 40:40:20: 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the dust-suppressing antibacterial agent prepared in this example is uniformly sprayed to the conjunctiva pores; the uniform pores ensure that the water-retaining effect is good, and the slow release of water ensures that the film can be formed for a long time to cover dust, thereby playing a good role in dust suppression. The long-acting effect of the dust suppression conjunctiva drives the long-acting antibacterial effect.
Table 1 shows the data of the dust suppressing antibacterial agents prepared in examples 1-5 for their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, according to the protocol "Disinfection Specification" (2002 edition) 2.1.8.2.

Claims (9)

1. A dust suppressing antimicrobial agent characterized by: the raw materials comprise a dust suppressant composition, an antibacterial composition and a herbal water carrier;
the dust suppressant composition consists of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, instant polyvinyl alcohol glue solution, pregelatinized starch solution, sodium silicate aqueous solution and cellulose ether aqueous solution;
the antibacterial agent composition consists of potassium monopersulfate aqueous solution, urea peroxide aqueous solution, isothiazolinone aqueous solution and wood vinegar aqueous solution;
the Chinese medicinal liquid carrier comprises herba Agastaches water, folium Artemisiae Argyi water and fructus Zanthoxyli water.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1, wherein: the mass concentration of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion is 13.04-23.08%; the instant polyvinyl alcohol glue solution is prepared by dissolving instant polyvinyl alcohol in water at normal temperature to obtain glue solution with the mass content of 2.91-16.67%; the pre-gelatinized starch solution is prepared by dissolving pre-gelatinized starch in water at normal temperature to obtain 9.09-16.67% by mass of pre-gelatinized starch solution; the mass content of the sodium silicate in the sodium silicate aqueous solution is 9.09-16.67%, and the mass content of the cellulose ether aqueous solution is 9.09-16.67%.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1, wherein: the mass fraction of the potassium monopersulfate aqueous solution is 0.99-1.8%, the mass fraction of the urea peroxide aqueous solution is 1.96-3.85%, the mass fraction of the isothiazolinone aqueous solution is 9.09-28.57%, and the mass fraction of the wood vinegar aqueous solution is 1.96-3.85%.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1, wherein: the agastache rugosus, the folium artemisiae argyi and the pepper water are obtained by soaking the agastache rugosus, the folium artemisiae argyi and the pepper water for two hours simultaneously and then decocting the soaked agastache rugosus, the folium artemisiae argyi and the pepper for one hour and filtering the soaked agastache rugosus, the folium artemisiae argyi and the pepper water, wherein the mass ratio of: 3: 1:100.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1 or 2, wherein: the mass ratio of the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, the instant polyvinyl alcohol glue solution, the pregelatinized starch solution, the sodium silicate aqueous solution and the cellulose ether aqueous solution in the dust suppressant composition is 115: 11-104:11-17:11-12: 6-11.5.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the mass ratio of the aqueous solution of potassium monopersulfate, the aqueous solution of urea peroxide, the aqueous solution of isothiazolinone and the aqueous solution of wood vinegar in the antibacterial composition is 101-101.8:51-52:110-140: 51-52.
7. A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the dust suppressant composition, the antibacterial agent composition and the Chinese herbal water carrier is 4:4: 2.

A dust suppressing, antimicrobial agent as defined in claim 7, wherein: the dust-suppression antibacterial agent also contains a wetting agent, the wetting agent is detergent or glass water, and the mass ratio of the total mass of the three components of the dust-suppression antibacterial agent composition, the antibacterial agent composition and the Chinese herbal water carrier to the wetting agent is 100: 1.

A process for the preparation of a dust suppressing, antibacterial agent as claimed in claim 8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion with water in proportion, stirring uniformly for later use, dissolving the instant polyvinyl alcohol with water at normal temperature in proportion, stirring uniformly to prepare a glue solution for later use, dissolving the pregelatinized starch with water at normal temperature for later use, preparing a sodium silicate aqueous solution for later use, and preparing a cellulose ether aqueous solution for later use; mixing the five raw materials and stirring uniformly; (2) uniformly stirring and mixing potassium monopersulfate aqueous solution, urea peroxide aqueous solution, isothiazolinone aqueous solution and wood vinegar aqueous solution; (3) preparing a Chinese herbal medicine water carrier; (4) the dust suppressant composition, the antibacterial agent composition and the Chinese herbal medicine water carrier are uniformly mixed according to the proportion, and then the wetting agent is added and uniformly stirred.
