The dust suppressant disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the surface tension of the solution is reduced to be within the range of 20-30N/m through the synergistic effect of the accelerator and the surfactant, the free coal dust can be effectively captured, and the wetting and penetrating effects are good. The surface tension of the dust suppressant solutions prepared in examples 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 was significantly less than the surface tension of commercial dust suppressant solutions;
2. as the bonding components are added into the dust suppressant, fine coal dust forms agglomerates through adsorption and condensation, the coal dust settling speed is accelerated, and a full immersion settling experiment shows that the coal dust settling speed of the dust suppressant can reach 10s and the overall capture speed is accelerated;
3. the bonding component and the auxiliary material are combined, so that a film is formed on the surface of the settled coal dust, the secondary dust raising time of the settled coal dust is prolonged compared with a commercially available dust suppressant, and the treatment effect is more obvious.
4. The dust suppressant disclosed by the invention is composed of biodegradable substances which can not generate secondary pollution, can not generate harm to the environment and human bodies, is an environment-friendly reagent, is low in product cost and has good economic and social benefits.

Claims (10)

1. A dust suppressant for coal loading and unloading process is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: based on 100 parts by weight, the coating comprises 4-6 parts of surfactant, 2-5 parts of accelerator, 0.5-2 parts of adhesive, 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary material, 0.2-0.5 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 part of bactericide and the balance of water.
2. A dust suppressant for coal handling according to claim 1 wherein said surfactant is a mixture of anionic surfactant and zwitterionic surfactant in a mass ratio of 1:1 is compounded according to the proportion of 1.
3. A dust suppressant for coal handling according to claim 2 wherein said anionic surfactant is sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or sodium dodecyl sulfate.
4. A dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to claim 2 wherein said zwitterionic surfactant is dodecyl dimethyl betaine or octadecyl dimethyl aminoethylenolactone.
5. A dust suppressant for coal handling according to claim 1 wherein said promoter is any one or more of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
6. A dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to claim 1 wherein said binder is any one or more of carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
7. A dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to claim 1 wherein said adjuvant is any one or more of corn pregelatinized starch, potato pregelatinized starch or tapioca pregelatinized starch.
8. A dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to claim 1 wherein said defoamer is a silicone defoamer.
9. A dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to claim 1 wherein said biocide is an isothiazolinone.
10. A method of producing a dust suppressant for a coal handling process according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: (1) preparing materials; (2) preparing solution A by using an adhesive and auxiliary materials; (3) preparing a solution B by using a surfactant and an accelerator; (4) preparing a finished product; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
(1) preparing materials: weighing the following components in parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight: 4-6 parts of surfactant, 2-5 parts of accelerator, 0.5-2 parts of adhesive, 0.5-2 parts of auxiliary material, 0.2-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.2-0.4 part of bactericide and the balance of water;
(2) preparing solution A by using a bonding agent and auxiliary materials: slowly adding the adhesive and the auxiliary materials weighed in the step (1) into a container containing 60 parts by weight of water while stirring, and continuously stirring until the solution is completely dissolved to obtain a solution A;
(3) preparing a solution B by using a surfactant and an accelerator: adding the surfactant and the accelerant weighed in the step (1) into a container filled with 20 parts by weight of water, and continuously stirring until the solution is completely dissolved to obtain a solution B;
(4) preparing a finished product: and (3) adding the solution B prepared in the step (3) into the solution A prepared in the step (2), uniformly stirring, adding a defoaming agent and a bactericide, and uniformly mixing to obtain a finished product.
