Description

Method, device, server, client, terminal and storage medium for calling vehicle owner
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a server, a client, a terminal, and a storage medium for calling a car owner.
Background
At present, as automobiles and motor vehicles are more and more, the problem of difficult parking is increasingly serious, the automobile owner and the vehicle are damaged due to the fact that the automobile owner cannot be found in time, and the travel of other people or unnecessary social problems are influenced due to the fact that the parking position and the parking passage are blocked. Because the original mobile phone number of the owner of the vehicle is placed on the vehicle, other people can contact the mobile phone number, the personal privacy of the owner of the vehicle is seriously influenced, and the owner of the vehicle is unwilling to use the mobile phone number. Since the car owners do not place contact means in the significant positions of the vehicles, the social government organization provides 110 car moving services, 12532 car owner contact services and the like, a large amount of social resources are consumed, and the efficiency is not high. Therefore, aiming at the problem of protecting the privacy of the owner of the vehicle, the owner of the vehicle can be contacted, and a plurality of methods and hardware devices for contacting the owner of the vehicle appear, although the methods are various, the following methods are summarized:
1. the third-party service, similar to the service of a government organization such as 110 or 12532, provides the contact owner service of the 3 rd party according to the association between the automobile license plate of the automobile owner and the automobile contact person of the client, without exposing the contact way of the automobile owner;
2. the platform provides automatic virtual number service after a user provides a license plate number or a two-dimensional code provided by the platform, so that the privacy of the user is protected;
3. the hardware contact way transfers the requirement of contacting the car owner to the car owner with corresponding association by utilizing the separately provided wireless communication hardware equipment.
The above methods all have significant drawbacks, and are based on specific hardware products and third party services, and the operation and use costs of the society and the owner are high. The existing method based on the virtual number plays a certain role in helping to protect the privacy of the car owner on the surface, but because the car owner identity two-dimensional code or the license plate number bound with the virtual number is fixed, a malicious user can continuously harass the car owner without being constrained after obtaining the license plate information and the two-dimensional code information, only because the mobile phone number of the car owner is not known, harassment means such as characters are reduced, and the like can continuously harass the car owner by dialing the virtual phone. Meanwhile, the virtual number service needs the telecommunication service support of the third party, so that the operation and use costs of the third party and the user are high. In addition, the prior art does not solve the problem that the vehicle owner is repeatedly called with high frequency in the same parking event, which brings trouble to the vehicle owner.
Meanwhile, a method and an effective means for establishing an instant messaging session in the running process of the vehicle based on instant messaging are lacked at present.

It should be noted that the terms "calling user", "owner user", etc. in the description and claims of the present invention and the above-mentioned drawings are used for distinguishing similar objects and are not necessarily used for describing a specific order or sequence. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, apparatus, article, or device that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or device.
Embodiment 1:
the present embodiment provides a method for calling a car owner, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s1, acquiring a setting instruction for setting a vehicle anchor position related to the vehicle owner user sent by the vehicle owner user, and setting the vehicle anchor position; or after acquiring dynamic data sent by a vehicle owner user, setting a vehicle anchor position according to a preset judgment condition; or acquiring a setting instruction for setting a vehicle anchor position sent by electronic equipment associated with a vehicle owner user, and setting the vehicle anchor position; or after dynamic data sent by the writing electronic equipment associated with the owner user is acquired, setting a vehicle anchor position according to a preset judgment condition; the setting instruction or the dynamic data comprise data reflecting the actual geographic position of the vehicle owner;
the vehicle anchor position is information reflecting the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner;
the setting of the vehicle anchor position is setting of setting information reflecting the actual geographic position of the vehicle owner in the setting instruction or the dynamic data as the vehicle anchor position.
When the server sets the vehicle anchor position, the vehicle anchor position is stored so as to be used in a subsequent step.
The vehicle owner user can also cancel or forbid the vehicle anchor position, and after the server obtains a setting instruction of canceling or forbidding the vehicle anchor position sent by the vehicle owner user through the client, the original stored vehicle anchor position is deleted or the original stored vehicle anchor position data is forbidden to be used in the subsequent steps. The server can also cancel or disable the vehicle anchor position by itself according to the dynamic data acquired from the client side according to the preset logic. The vehicle owner user or the server can frequently set the vehicle anchor position, frequently cancel the vehicle anchor position or forbid the vehicle anchor position in the using process.
And when the client sends the setting instruction or the dynamic data to the server, the client acquires the data reflecting the actual geographic position of the vehicle from the terminal where the client is located. The data reflecting the actual geographic position of the vehicle can be real-time geographic position data acquired by a geographic positioning component of a terminal where the client is located in real time, and can also be user-defined geographic position data selected and set by a vehicle owner user through tools such as an electronic map and the like at the client according to needs.
The electronic device associated with the owner user is a vehicle-mounted electronic device or a special electronic device for triggering, disabling or clearing the position of the anchor position of the vehicle. With the improvement of vehicle system intellectualization, information such as vehicle engine stop can be further acquired through vehicle-mounted electronic equipment of a vehicle, and in order to facilitate setting and canceling of vehicle anchor positions, the vehicle anchor positions can be set through special electronic equipment for setting the vehicle anchor positions. The special vehicle anchor position electronic device can also have the signal prompt function such as light, and when the special vehicle anchor position electronic device is placed in a vehicle, a calling user is reminded, and the vehicle owner starts the vehicle anchor position function. The calling efficiency of the calling user is improved.
The setting instruction of the vehicle anchor position is triggered and sent by a control displayed by a client in a terminal of a vehicle owner user, or the client in the terminal of the vehicle owner user judges that shaking information data, audio information data, geographical position data and/or speed information data of the terminal obtained by the client meet preset conditions and then automatically sends the shaking information data, the audio information data, the geographical position data and/or the speed information data. Triggering the action of setting the anchor position through the control of the vehicle owner user triggering terminal page requires the vehicle owner user to open the client of the terminal. And the client can automatically analyze by acquiring the dynamic information of the terminal to judge whether the owner wants to set the vehicle anchor position. Specifically, after the client acquires the information data of the shaking of the terminal, for example, if the shaking frequency of the terminal is greater than 100 times per minute and the shaking frequency of the terminal is greater than 100 times per minute, the client sends an instruction for starting the setting of the vehicle anchor position to the server according to the condition for judging the start of the vehicle owner user and preset by the client program. Or the client captures the voice information of the owner user, such as 'starting anchor position', judges that the condition of starting the vehicle anchor position is met through a voice recognition program embedded in the client, and automatically sends a command for setting the vehicle anchor position to the server. Or the geographic position of the client or the vehicle master user is a trust position prestored in the client, and the client judges that the real-time position is the trust position and automatically sends an instruction for setting the vehicle anchor position to the server. Or the client acquires the moving speed information of the terminal, the program is embedded in the client, the terminal is judged to be in a parking state when the speed of the terminal is 0 and lasts for more than 5 minutes, and an instruction for setting the vehicle anchor position is automatically sent to the server.
The dynamic data includes: terminal shake information data, audio information data, speed information data, geographical location information data and/or image information data.
S2, acquiring a call request sent by a calling user; and calling the request, wherein the calling request comprises vehicle identity information and/or calling user description information about the event. The vehicle identity information is license plate information, identity coding information, image information and/or audio information. The image information comprises a license plate image or an identity code image.
S3, judging whether the vehicle identity information in the call request is matched with vehicle owner vehicle identity information associated with a vehicle owner user;
if the real-time position information is matched with the real-time position information, an instruction for acquiring the real-time position information is sent to the calling user; or firstly sending the user information of the calling user to the vehicle master user, and if a request for acquiring the real-time geographical position information of the calling user sent by the vehicle owner user is acquired, or a request for matching the real-time geographical position information of the calling user with the vehicle anchor position is acquired, sending an instruction for acquiring the real-time geographical position information of the calling user to the calling user;
s4, acquiring the real-time geographic position information of the calling user;
s5, sending the user information, the real-time geographic position information, the description information about the event and/or the calling request of the calling user to the vehicle main user (displaying the geographic position of the calling user and the geographic position of the vehicle owner on the client page, and letting the vehicle main user decide whether to establish the session);
or judging whether the real-time geographic position information of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position meet preset conditions or not; if the preset conditions are met, starting to establish an instant communication session between the calling user and the owner user; and/or sending the communication information of the vehicle owner user or the calling user to the calling user and/or the vehicle owner user.
The sending of the communication information of the vehicle owner user or the calling user to the calling user and/or the vehicle owner user specifically includes: sending description information of a calling user about an event to a vehicle main user, sending prompting information of the existence of a vehicle owner user to the calling user, sending user information of the calling user to the vehicle main user, sending user information of the vehicle owner user to the calling user, sending preset reply information related to the vehicle owner user to the calling user, sending the preset reply information of the vehicle owner user to the calling user, and/or sending a contact way related to the vehicle owner user to the calling user;
for example, the following steps: when a calling user calls a request, sending prompting information about a lane blocking event, such as 'the vehicle blocks the lane and please move the vehicle soon' to a vehicle master user; and sending a prompt message of 'the owner is on line and sends a call request to the calling user'. The calling user client displays the prompt information page in the terminal, and if the calling user triggers a 'confirm' control of the prompt page, a call request is sent to the server; preset by the server, e.g. "your request has been sent to the owner, please patiently wait for a reply! "such information, sent to the calling user; and sending an automatic reply message preset by the owner user, wherein the automatic reply message is that the owner user knows and can return to move the car in about 10 minutes later. Therefore, the repetition of the communication content between different calling users and the same vehicle owner user in the same parking event can be greatly reduced. The communication pressure of the owner user is relieved remarkably. And different calling users can quickly know the process and real-time state of the event in time. The server sends the information carrying the contact way of the vehicle owner to the calling user in the state that the user of the vehicle owner is not on line or the network signal difference and asks to dial the virtual phone 138888883334 of the vehicle owner.
It should be noted that, in the above description, the owner vehicle identity information related to the owner of the vehicle needs to be generated by the owner user through the registration of the server. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, the following steps are also generally required to be performed before step S1: acquiring a setting request for setting the identity information of an owner vehicle by an owner user, wherein the setting request comprises information related to the owner vehicle; and generating associated vehicle owner identity information for the vehicle owner user according to the information related to the vehicle owner and/or a preset rule.
Specifically, the server obtains a setting request for setting the identity information of the vehicle owner by the vehicle owner user, where the setting request includes information related to the vehicle owner, and the information related to the vehicle owner generally includes: driving license, ID card, contract, invoice and authorization book for vehicle use, picture of vehicle, etc.; and the server generates the associated vehicle owner identity information for the vehicle owner user according to the information and/or the preset rule related to the vehicle owner. The owner vehicle identity information generated by the server and related to the owner user can be the license plate number of the vehicle directly, an ID code which can be identified by the server, a two-dimensional code and other image codes. And the ID code or the two-dimensional code is generated by the server according to a preset code generation rule.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
the server acquires an instruction sent by a registered owner user for setting the vehicle anchor position of the vehicle associated with the registered owner user, and sets the vehicle anchor position of the owner user. The vehicle owner user sends a setting instruction for setting the vehicle anchor position by triggering controls inside a client in an electronic terminal such as a mobile phone and a smart watch of the vehicle owner user. Or the owner user triggers the electronic equipment in the associated vehicle, such as a vehicle-mounted computer or a setting control in a client side of the special anchor position setting electronic equipment, and sends a setting instruction for setting the anchor position of the vehicle. The server can also set the vehicle anchor position of the vehicle owner user after acquiring the dynamic data sent by the handheld electronic terminal of the vehicle owner user, such as a mobile phone, a smart watch and the like or the dynamic data sent by the vehicle-mounted electronic equipment associated with the vehicle owner user and judging according to preset judgment logic in the server. The vehicle anchor position is geographical position information describing the actual position of the vehicle, and when the vehicle owner user parks the vehicle and sets the vehicle anchor position, the actual position of the vehicle or the actual parking position close to the vehicle is obtained by the electronic terminal held by the vehicle owner user or the electronic setting of the associated vehicle.
The dynamic data obtained by the server comprises: the terminal shaking information data, the audio information data, the speed information data, the geographic position information data and/or the image information data.
Specifically, the server obtains shaking information of the electronic device of the vehicle owner user, such as a mobile phone or a smart watch, and when the server has preset judgment logic, if the frequency of shaking of the mobile phone or the smart watch is greater than 100 times per minute, the vehicle owner user is considered to start to set the anchor position of the associated vehicle, and the server sets the anchor position of the associated vehicle. If the frequency is less than 100 times per minute, the vehicle anchor position is not set.
Or the server acquires audio information data sent by a mobile phone, a smart watch of a vehicle owner user or electronic equipment of the associated vehicle, and sets the anchor position of the associated vehicle after finding the information of the 'start anchor position' according to preset audio analysis.
Or the server continuously acquires the speed data sent by the electronic equipment of the owner user or the vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, if the speed is 0 after 5 minutes, the vehicle related to the owner user is considered to be in a parking state, and the server sets a vehicle anchor position.
Or the server continuously acquires the geographical position information data sent by the electronic equipment of the owner user or the vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, the owner user presets a cell or a working area as a trusted position, when the server finds that the continuously acquired geographical position is consistent with the trusted position, the owner user is considered to enter the home or the working area, and the server starts to set an anchor position of the associated vehicle.
The server sets the anchor position of the associated vehicle according to an instruction directly sent by the owner user or the associated vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, or can set the anchor position of the associated vehicle by acquiring dynamic data sent by the owner user (a handheld mobile phone or a smart watch) or the associated vehicle-mounted electronic equipment continuously and automatically after judgment.
When the calling user finds that the associated vehicle needs to be contacted because of occupation or other influences on the behavior of the associated vehicle. The calling user inputs character information of a vehicle license plate, or shot image information of the license plate, or short video information containing license plate content, or voice information containing license plate information, or shot image information of an identity two-dimensional code generated when the associated vehicle is posted on a server for registration, and sends a request for contacting a vehicle owner to the server. Meanwhile, the calling user can also input description information (event prompt information for prompting the owner user of the associated vehicle) about the parking event at the client, and the description information and the vehicle identity information are submitted to the server when a request for contacting the owner is sent.
After the server obtains the request of the calling user, whether the vehicle identity information associated with the owner user is matched with the request information is searched according to the vehicle identity information in the request information sent by the requesting user.
And if so, the server sends an instruction for submitting the real-time geographic position of the calling user to the calling user client. Or the server sends the user information of the calling user to the vehicle master user, for example, the server acquires an instruction sent by the vehicle owner user for acquiring the geographic position of the calling user and matching the real-time geographic position of the calling user with the vehicle anchor position; the server sends an instruction to the calling user to acquire the real-time geographic location. The geographic position acquisition instruction of the calling user or the instruction matching the anchor positions set by the calling user and the vehicle owner user is given to the vehicle owner user for determination, so that the self judgment and the determination right of the vehicle owner user for various problems possibly occurring in the parking event are increased.
The server acquires the real-time geographic position of the calling user.
The server sends the user information of the calling user, the real-time geographic position information of the calling user, the description information about the event and/or the calling request to the vehicle master user. After the mobile phone or the smart watch terminal of the owner user receives the information of the calling user sent by the server, the geographic position, the own vehicle position and/or the event prompt information sent by the calling user are displayed on the client page of the client terminal through a map. And may also include a control for granting consent to the calling user's call request. The owner user can judge the relevant information of the calling user before feeling whether to establish a session with the calling user.
Or the server directly judges whether the real-time geographic position information of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position of the matched vehicle owner user meet preset conditions, for example, the distance between the default real-time position of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position of the vehicle owner in the server is not more than 50 meters, which means that the calling user is actually nearby the vehicle associated with the vehicle owner. If the agreement accords with the preset condition, the server starts to establish the flow and operation of the instant communication session between the calling user and the owner user; or the server sends the vehicle owner user or the communication information of the calling user to the calling user and/or the vehicle owner user.
It is noted that the owner vehicle identity information associated with the owner user has been stored in the server prior to all of the steps described above. The server generates the owner vehicle identity information associated with the owner user for the owner user according to the information related to the vehicle and/or the preset rule after acquiring the setting request of the owner user for setting the owner vehicle identity information. All the owner vehicle identity information generated by the server is stored in the server. The owner user may include vehicle-related information in the setup request sent from the client to the server, such as: driving license, ID card, contract, invoice and authorization book for vehicle use, picture of vehicle, etc. The owner vehicle identity information generated by the server is typically: vehicle license plate number, ID code, two-dimensional code, etc. The vehicle license plate number is used as the vehicle identity information of the vehicle owner, the calling user can easily obtain the vehicle identity information when the calling vehicle is used, and the two-dimensional code and other image codes are used as the vehicle identity information of the vehicle owner, so that the calling vehicle has the characteristics of large information content and high privacy.
Embodiment 2:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: in step S3 of embodiment 1, if the determination result is that there is no match, a prompt message is sent to the calling user; alternatively, in S5, if the result of the determination is that the preset condition is not met, a prompt message is sent to the calling user. As in fig. 1.
The prompt message includes: and prompting information such as prompting information which cannot be established with the owner user, or a preset third party contact way, or prompting information which is not actively contacted with the owner user or does not exist in the owner user (in the case, the owner user associated with the identity information exists, but the vehicle anchor position does not exist) is waited.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
if the vehicle identity information in the call request sent by the calling user is not matched with the vehicle owner vehicle identity information associated with the vehicle owner user, sending to the calling user that 'the vehicle owner called by you does not exist or is not the user of the platform' or 'the user does not exist, and calling 110 or 12532 to contact the vehicle owner'; or if the geographic position information of the vehicle in the calling request and the position relation of the vehicle anchor position associated with the vehicle owner user do not accord with the preset condition, sending prompting information that the position of the vehicle does not accord with the calling condition and the vehicle owner cannot be contacted to the calling user.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 3:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: in S5 of embodiment 1, after determining that the preset condition is met and before starting to establish the instant messaging session, the method further includes the following steps:
acquiring a request which is sent by a calling user and establishes an instant communication session with a vehicle owner user;
sending the position information, the user information and/or the call request information of the calling user to a vehicle master user;
and after obtaining the agreement instruction of the owner user, establishing an instant communication session between the owner user and the calling user. As shown in fig. 3.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
before the instant communication session is established between the calling user and the owner user, the server executes the following steps: sending user information and/or a calling request of a calling user to a vehicle master user; and after obtaining the agreement instruction sent by the owner user from the client, the server establishes an instant communication session between the owner user and the calling user. Of course, if the owner user disagrees, an instant messaging session cannot be established between the calling user and the owner user.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 4:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: in S5 of embodiment 1, after determining that the preset condition is met, before starting to establish the instant messaging session or sending the communication information to the calling user and/or the vehicle owner user, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether the time when the calling user sends the calling request is within a preset time period, if so, starting to establish an instant communication session, and/or sending communication information to the calling user and/or a vehicle owner user; if not, sending prompt information that the instant communication session cannot be established and/or the communication information cannot be acquired to the calling user. As shown in fig. 4.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
under the condition that the real-time geographic position information of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position accord with preset conditions, if the time limit is set by the vehicle owner user, whether the time of calling of the calling user accords with the time limit rule set by the vehicle owner user is judged, if the time of calling of the calling user does not accord with the time limit rule set by the vehicle owner user, the calling user can not contact the vehicle owner user even if the time of calling of the calling user accords with the preset conditions, and the purpose of the calling user is to enable the vehicle owner user to have a rest or be not disturbed at night or at an important moment.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 5:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: in S5 of embodiment 1, after determining that the preset condition is met and before starting to establish the instant messaging session, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether the calling user is a trusted user (a special user preset by a server or a trusted user preset by a vehicle owner user) or a blacklist user according to preset trusted user and blacklist user information;
if the user is trusted, entering the subsequent step;
if the user is the blacklist user or the user which can not be identified, the prompt message which can not establish the instant communication session and/or can not obtain the communication information is sent to the calling user. As shown in fig. 5.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
in practical applications, part of the calling users are harassed due to frequent calling or malicious calling of the owner users, so that in S5, after the judgment that the preset conditions are met, the method further comprises the judgment of the identities of the calling users, and if the server judges that the calling users are trusted users, the server performs subsequent matching steps or executes the steps after the judgment is established. And if the user is a blacklist user defined by the platform or a user complained by a plurality of vehicle owner users, the matching step or the execution step after judgment is not executed. Thereby protecting the owner user from being harassed by malicious users.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 6:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: in S2 of embodiment 1, if the vehicle identification information includes encoded information, image information, and/or audio information, the vehicle identification information is analyzed and recognized before S3, and vehicle identification information meeting preset requirements is obtained. As shown in fig. 6.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
if the information of the call request submitted by the calling user can not directly reflect the vehicle identity information, the server extracts the vehicle identity information in the request information through analysis and recognition processes such as picture recognition, language recognition or two-dimensional code decoding, and the like, so that the data form of the vehicle identity information can be consistent with the data form of vehicle owner vehicle identity information associated with the vehicle owner user for the server, and the vehicle identity information matching is completed. In real life, a mobile phone or other intelligent terminal users can shoot images more conveniently and quickly than inputting characters, or can directly input language more quickly, so that from the angle of facilitating the use of calling users, the calling users can directly submit license plate photos or input license plates in voice, and a server can analyze and recognize images or audio information through a server program.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 7:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: following S5 of embodiment 1, the method further includes:
and judging whether the position relation between the real-time geographic position information of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position and/or the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner meets a preset condition or not in real time, and if not, disconnecting the instant communication session. As shown in fig. 7.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
after the instant communication session is established between the calling user and the vehicle owner user, the real-time geographic position information of the calling user is continuously acquired, and the instant communication session between the calling user and the vehicle owner user is ended after the distance between the real-time geographic position of the calling user and the vehicle anchor position exceeds the preset distance of 500 meters. The purpose is mainly to protect the safety of the owner user and prevent the owner user from being maliciously disturbed by the calling user.
And for a scene of establishing an instant communication session with the owner user in motion, continuously acquiring the real-time geographic position of the calling user and the real-time geographic position of the owner vehicle, and when the distance between the vehicle of the calling user (the real-time geographic position of the calling user) and the vehicle of the owner user (the real-time geographic position of the owner user) is greater than a preset distance, such as 1 kilometer, the instant communication between the two parties is finished.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 8:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: following S5 of embodiment 1, the method further includes:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring speed information data, geographical position information data and/or terminal shaking information of a vehicle owner user in real time, and forbidding a set vehicle anchor position, emptying data of the set vehicle anchor position or terminating an ongoing instant communication session when the speed information data, the geographical position information data and/or the terminal shaking information meet preset conditions. As shown in fig. 8.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
the server is preset to automatically forbid using the set vehicle anchor position of the vehicle owner user or clear the vehicle anchor position data when the terminal shaking frequency is more than 100 times per minute or the speed is more than 30 kilometers per hour or the distance between the real-time position and the vehicle anchor position is less than 30 meters after 30 minutes in the terminal dynamic data sent by the vehicle owner user. The calling user cannot contact the owner user. The measure aims at greatly facilitating the owner user to terminate the setting of the vehicle anchor position, namely the call of the called user.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 9:
this embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvements are: following S5 of embodiment 1, the method further includes:
the method comprises the steps that a client of an owner user obtains shaking information data, audio information data, geographical position data and/or speed information data of a terminal where the owner user is located in real time, and sends an instruction for forbidding a set vehicle anchor position, clearing data of the set vehicle anchor position or stopping an ongoing instant communication session to a server after judging that the shaking information data, the audio information data, the geographical position data and/or the speed information data of the terminal meet preset conditions according to a preset logic judgment method.
For ease of understanding, the above method is illustrated below by a specific example:
embodiment 8 describes that the server automatically prohibits using the set vehicle anchor position of the vehicle owner user or clears the vehicle anchor position data by acquiring the continuous dynamic data sent by the client in the vehicle owner user terminal and automatically determining the continuous dynamic data according to the preset condition. In the embodiment, the client program of the owner user automatically judges according to the acquired dynamic data of the terminal and the preset program and the preset judgment condition embedded in the client, and the client automatically sends an instruction for prohibiting using the set vehicle anchor position of the owner user or clearing the vehicle anchor position data to the server under the condition that the client does not receive the trigger command of the owner user.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
