The audio component 910 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 910 includes a Microphone (MIC) that is configured to operate when terminal 900 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a record mode, and a voice recognition mode
Is arranged to receive an external audio signal. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 904 or transmitted via the communication component 916. In some embodiments, audio component 910 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 912 provides an interface between processing component 902 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 914 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the terminal 900. For example, sensor assembly 914 can detect an open/closed state of terminal 900, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of terminal 900, a change in position of terminal 900 or a component of terminal 900, the presence or absence of user contact with terminal 900, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of terminal 900, and a change in temperature of terminal 900. The sensor assembly 914 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 914 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 914 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
Communication component 916 is configured to facilitate communications between terminal 900 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. Terminal 900 can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, an operator network (e.g., 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 916 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal 900 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the technical solution for executing the external command of the system provided by the present invention can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concepts and features of the present invention, and the purpose of the embodiments is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. A method for adding contacts by an instant messaging tool according to call records is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: acquiring a request instruction for inquiring and/or adding friends of a requesting user according to a call record in a terminal;
s2: judging whether a user associated with the telephone number in the call record exists or not;
if the judgment result is that the associated user associated with the telephone number in the call record exists, the step S3 is carried out;
s3: and sending the information of the associated user meeting the preset conditions to the requesting user.
2. The method for adding contact according to the call record of the instant messenger of claim 1, further comprising the following steps after S2 and before S3:
judging whether the associated user is a contact of the requesting user or whether the requesting user stores a business card of the associated user;
if the judgment result shows that the associated user is the contact of the requesting user or the requesting user stores the business card of the associated user, sending the prompt information of the contact or the stored business card to the requesting user;
if the result of the determination is that the associated user is not the contact of the requesting user, or the requesting user does not store the business card of the associated user, the process proceeds to S3.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S2, if there is no user associated with the phone number in the call record as a result of the determination, the method proceeds to the following steps:
s4: sending prompt information whether to send a short message for adding a friend or not to the requesting user;
s5: obtaining an instruction that the requesting user agrees to send the short message for adding the friend;
s6: and sending an invitation short message to the telephone number in the request instruction.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising the following steps after the step of S2 and before the step of S4:
and sending prompt information that no associated user exists to the requesting user.
5. The method for adding contact according to the call record of the instant messenger according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the step S1, the call record is a call record within a certain query time period.
6. The method for adding contact according to the call record of the instant messenger according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the step S3, the preset condition is any one or a combination of the following conditions:
the associated user has permitted own user information to be queried, the associated user is not an existing contact of the requesting user, and the requesting user does not store the user information of the associated user in the form of a business card.
7. An apparatus, comprising:
the request instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a request instruction for requesting a user to inquire and/or add a friend according to the call record in the terminal;
the associated user judging module is used for judging whether a user associated with the telephone number in the call record exists or not;
and the associated user information sending module is used for sending the information of the associated user meeting the preset conditions to the requesting user when the result judged by the associated user judging module is that the associated user associated with the telephone number in the call record exists.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a contact judging module, configured to judge whether the associated user is a contact of the requesting user or whether the requesting user stores a business card of the associated user before the associated user information sending module sends the information of the associated user to the requesting user if the associated user exists as a result of judgment by the associated user judging module;
and the first prompt information sending module is used for sending the prompt information of the contact or the stored business card to the requesting user when the judgment result of the contact judgment module is that the associated user is the contact of the requesting user or the requesting user stores the business card of the associated user.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a second prompt information sending module, configured to send a prompt information about whether to send a short message to add a friend to the requesting user when the result determined by the associated user determining module is that the associated user does not exist;
the friend adding instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an instruction that the requesting user agrees to send the friend adding short message;
and the invitation short message sending module is used for sending the invitation short message to the telephone number in the request instruction.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the third prompt information sending module is used for sending the prompt information of no associated user to the requesting user after the associated user judging module judges that the associated user does not exist and before the second prompt information sending module sends the prompt information of whether to send the short message of adding the friend to the requesting user.
11. A server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions and an apparatus as claimed in claims 7 to 10;
wherein the processor is configured to: the step of operating the instant messaging tool of any one of claims 1 to 6 to add a contact according to a call record.
12. A client, comprising:
the request instruction sending module is used for sending a request instruction for requesting a user to inquire and/or add a friend according to the call record in the terminal to the server;
and the associated user information receiving and displaying module is used for requesting the user to receive and display the information of the associated user meeting the preset conditions when the server judges that the associated user associated with the telephone number in the call record exists.
13. The client of claim 12, further comprising:
the first prompt information receiving and displaying module is used for requesting a user to receive and display prompt information sent by a server, wherein the related user is a contact of the requesting user or the requesting user stores the business card of the related user.
14. The client of claim 12, further comprising:
the second prompt message receiving and displaying module is used for requesting the user to receive and display prompt messages for judging whether the short messages added with friends are sent or not when the server judges that no user associated with the telephone numbers in the call records exists;
a friend adding instruction sending module, configured to send, to the server, an instruction agreeing to send the friend adding short message by the requesting user;
and the invitation short message receiving module is used for receiving the invitation short message sent by the server to the telephone number in the request instruction.
15. The client of claim 14, further comprising:
and the third prompt information receiving and displaying module is used for receiving and displaying the prompt information which is sent by the server and does not have the associated user after the server judges that the associated user does not exist and before the prompt information which is sent by the request user and whether the short message with the friend is added is sent to the request user.
16. A terminal, characterized in that it comprises a memory for storing the relevant programs, instructions of the client, a processor for executing the instructions of the client, and a client according to claims 16-19.
17. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, wherein instructions in the storage medium, when executed by a processor of a server, enable the server to perform the method of adding contacts according to call records by an instant messenger of any one of claims 1 to 6.
