Description

User display method, device, server, client, terminal and storage medium for indirectly monitoring telephone in instant messaging
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of instant messaging, in particular to a user display method, a device, a server, a client, a terminal and a storage medium for indirectly monitoring a telephone in instant messaging.
Background
Instant communication tools are widely used as indispensable communication tools for people's life. Besides instant communication tools such as WeChat, there are also many instant communication tool products that define specific market groups to meet the requirements of different groups or different application scenarios.
No matter which instant communication tool is used, the convenience for users to add the instant communication tools is the most important function and product popularization approach. At present, the most popular methods are ID number searching and adding, related mobile phone number adding, or code scanning two-dimensional code adding of the other side, and special adding methods such as shaking, drifting bottles and the like are provided.
At present, various different friend adding modes are used for establishing user relationships more conveniently under different scenes. The various modes have respective advantages and disadvantages when applied.
For example, an ID number or a mobile phone number needs to be added after the other party remembers or copies information, searches for the information at the client side of the other party.
And adding users in a scanning mode and the like, wherein the optimal application scene is the face-to-face addition among the users.
The motion capture modes of shaking one and shaking the other are suitable for making friends among completely strangers, but easily cause the interference of the user by unintentionally adding the user.
When a user who installs a third party including an instant messaging tool receives a call, a third party application program uploads call information data to a server of the third party application program through monitoring and acquiring the call information data to judge whether the call is the user of the application program, if the call is the user of the third party application program, the user can see identity information of a caller in a phone application program (non-third party application program) interface of a mobile phone which installs third party software (including the instant messaging tool) by using Google GCM or apple APNS push function. The purpose of the caller identification of the non-telecommunication channel is achieved. Of course, through the function, the third-party application program can also judge whether the incoming call is a malicious or harassing call and decide whether to answer the call or reject the call on hook. This functionality does not associate call information with the added contact in the instant messaging or other type of 3 rd party application.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment 1:
the present embodiment provides a user display method for indirectly monitoring a phone call in instant messaging, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
s1: acquiring a request instruction for setting a telephone number which cannot be directly monitored by a related user as a related telephone;
the phone number that cannot be monitored directly means that the instant messaging tool client of the associated user cannot directly obtain the call information of the phone number that is not associated with the terminal from the terminal installed and operated by the client, such as a fixed phone number, a virtual phone number, or a mobile phone number.
S2: judging whether the monitoring of the associated user on the associated telephone accords with a preset rule or not according to a preset judgment process;
if the judgment result is that the preset rule is met, the step S3 is entered;
s3: setting the telephone number which cannot be directly monitored as the associated telephone of the associated user;
s4: obtaining call information of a dialing user who installs the instant communication tool client and dials a related call from data sent to an instant communication server by the instant communication tool client;
s5: and sending the user information and/or call information of the dialing user to the associated user.
If the result of the determination at S2 is that the predetermined rule is not met, the execution of the following steps S3 to S5 is terminated.
For example, the instant messaging server obtains a request instruction sent by a PC client or a mobile phone client of an enterprise user to set an enterprise fixed phone as an associated phone. Of course, the private user can also make the request setting of the association of the fixed telephone through the desktop client and/or the mobile phone client of the instant messaging tool.
When the operator at the instant communication tool server end submits the request to the enterprise user client, the validity of the submitted business license or the attribution file of the fixed telephone provided by the telecommunication department related to the fixed telephone is checked, and the fixed telephone is judged to be owned by the enterprise user with the association request. Of course, the enterprise user may also set a virtual phone or a cell phone number owned by the enterprise as the associated phone. These telephone numbers are not owned by the terminal installed in the client of the enterprise user, and for the client, they are not directly monitored telephone numbers.
And when the operator at the instant communication tool server judges that the phone is legal, setting the fixed phone or the virtual phone or the mobile phone number as the associated phone of the enterprise user.
And in the operation process, the instant messaging server analyzes and acquires the call information related to the associated telephone from the acquired communication data of the user client of the instant messaging tool and the instant messaging server. The communication information related to the associated telephone in the communication data is mainly generated by actions of dialing the associated telephone by a communication tool user through a control of an instant communication tool client, or uploading a query call record by the client, or automatically submitting the call record of a terminal installed by the client, and the like.
After the instant communication tool server acquires the call information related to the associated phone, the user information and/or the communication information of the instant communication tool user who dials the associated phone in the call information is sent to the associated user (namely, an enterprise user), namely, a call record of the associated phone is formed on a PC or a mobile phone installed at a client of the enterprise user.
Certainly, the act of sending the user information of the dialing user needs to meet a preset condition, where the preset condition includes that the dialing user sets a permission server in the instant messaging tool to send the user information and/or the call information of the dialing user to the associated user. If the dialing user of the instant communication tool sets that the sending of own user information and/or call record information is forbidden, the user information and/or call information of the dialing user cannot be sent to the enterprise user even if the dialing user dials the associated telephone. Thereby protecting the privacy of the dialing user.
Embodiment 2:
the present embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and the main improvement is that, in embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 2, after S1 and before S2, the method further includes the following steps: sending a prompt message for submitting the audit data to the associated user; and acquiring the audit data submitted by the associated user.
Still taking the example in embodiment 1 as an example, after the instant messaging server obtains the request instruction for setting the enterprise fixed phone as the associated phone, before determining whether the monitoring of the enterprise user on the fixed phone is legal, the instant messaging server further sends a prompt message for submitting the audit data to the enterprise user to prompt the enterprise user to submit the audit data, and after the server obtains the audit data submitted by the enterprise user, the instant messaging server determines whether the monitoring of the enterprise user on the fixed phone is legal.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 1, and will not be described herein.
Embodiment 3:
the present embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 2, and the main improvement is that, in embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 3, after S2 and before S3, the method further includes the steps of: and sending the judgment result to the associated user.
Still taking the example in embodiment 1 as an example, after determining that the monitoring of the fixed telephone by the enterprise user is legal or illegal, the legal or illegal determination result is sent to the enterprise user, so that the enterprise user can know the association situation at any time.
Otherwise, this embodiment is identical to embodiment 2, and will not be described herein.

Still taking the example in embodiment 1 as an example, when another user who installs the instant messaging tool client dials the associated phone call, the server first determines whether the dialing user and the enterprise user are already in a contact relationship through the acquired user information and/or call information of the dialing user, and if not, sends the user information and/or call information of the dialing user to the enterprise user, and if so, does not send the user information and/or call information.
