in step S203, the historical driving record of the target vehicle is returned to the driving vehicle, and the driving vehicle is configured to output a driving safety prompt according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before implementing step S201, the method further includes the following steps S301 to S303:
in step S301, any one or more of comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, violation accident information of the target vehicle, and historical driving image information of the target vehicle is acquired.
In step S302, a historical driving record of the target vehicle is generated according to the acquired information, and the historical driving record comprises the acquired information, or comprises the safety level of the target vehicle, or comprises the acquired information and the safety level of the target vehicle.
In step S303, the license plate information of the target vehicle is stored in association with the historical driving history of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps B1-B2:
in step B1, receiving image information sent by the driving vehicle, wherein the image information is generated by the driving vehicle after the driving vehicle captures the current driving behavior of the target vehicle by using the camera device; storing the image information in a historical driving record of the target vehicle;
in step B2, receiving comment information of the driver on the target vehicle sent by the traveling vehicle; and storing the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, the cloud server may only perform step B1, may only perform step B2, and may also perform step B1 and step B2 at the same time.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can provide the searched historical driving record of the vehicle for the driving vehicle, so that the driving vehicle can output the driving safety prompt to the user according to the historical driving record, the user can make corresponding measures according to the driving safety prompt, the potential safety hazard caused by the vehicle with poor historical driving record to the user is avoided, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents is greatly reduced.
The following describes a driving safety prompting method provided by the present disclosure with specific embodiments.
Example one
In this embodiment, the target vehicle is a vehicle located within a preset distance in front of the traveling vehicle, the historical traveling records of the vehicle are stored in the cloud server, and the cloud server divides the safety level of the vehicle into three levels according to the historical traveling records. As shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps S401 to S409:
in step S401, a driving vehicle acquires license plate information of a target vehicle;
in step S402, the driving vehicle sends an inquiry request to the cloud server, where the inquiry request includes license plate information of the target vehicle;
in step S403, the cloud server searches historical driving records of the target vehicle from the stored historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle; for example, the cloud server divides the safety level of the vehicle into three levels according to the historical driving record, wherein the three levels are respectively as follows: a first level indicating that the target vehicle is safe, a second level indicating that the target vehicle is safer, and a third level indicating that the target vehicle is unsafe; the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, violation accident information of the target vehicle and historical driving image information of the target vehicle;
in step S404, the cloud server returns the searched historical driving record of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle; for example, the cloud server returns the security level of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle;
in step S405, the driving vehicle determines whether the security level of the target vehicle is lower than a preset security level according to the received security level of the target vehicle; if the safety level of the target vehicle is lower than the preset safety level, executing step S406, for example, the preset safety level is a second level, and the safety level of the target vehicle is a third level; if the safety level of the target vehicle is not lower than the preset safety level, executing step S408;
in step S406, the driving vehicle determines that the target vehicle satisfies driving safety prompting conditions;
in step S407, the driving vehicle outputs a driving safety prompt matching the safety level of the target vehicle; for example, when the safety level of the target vehicle is a third level, the driving vehicle outputs prompt information that the current driving is unsafe, and proposes a user to increase the distance between the driving vehicle and the target vehicle or change lanes;
in step S408, the driving vehicle determines that the target vehicle does not satisfy the driving safety prompting condition;
in step S409, the driving vehicle does not output the driving safety notice.
Example two
In this embodiment, the target vehicle is a vehicle located within a preset distance in front of the traveling vehicle, and the historical traveling records of the vehicle are downloaded in advance and stored in the local memory, and are stored in the form of historical behavior record information of the vehicle. As shown in fig. 5, the method includes the following steps S501 to S506:
in step S501, a driving vehicle acquires license plate information of a target vehicle;
in step S502, the driving vehicle searches historical driving records of the target vehicle from vehicle historical driving records stored locally according to the license plate information of the target vehicle; for example, the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, historical driving image information of the target vehicle and violation accident information of the target vehicle;
in step S503, the driving vehicle compares the historical driving record of the target vehicle with the pre-stored unsafe factors; for example, pre-set unsafe factors include the driver throwing something out of the window, running a red light, speeding and hard braking;
in step S504, when the historical driving record of the target vehicle contains more than a preset number of unsafe factors, the driving vehicle determines that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions; for example, the preset number is five, and when the historical driving record of the target vehicle contains over five unsafe factors, the target vehicle is determined to meet the driving safety prompting condition;
in step S505, the driving vehicle generates a behavior safety prompt according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle; for example, when the unsafe factor exceeds five times in the historical driving record of the target vehicle, the driving vehicle generates a behavior safety prompt of 'the unsafe factor of the vehicle exceeds five times';
in step S506, the driving vehicle outputs a behavior safety prompt.
By adopting the technical scheme provided by the two specific embodiments, the driving vehicle can acquire the historical driving record of the target vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle, and output the driving safety prompt when the historical driving record of the target vehicle meets the driving safety prompt condition, so that the user can make corresponding measures according to the driving safety prompt, the potential safety hazard caused by the vehicle with poor historical driving record to the user is avoided, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents is greatly reduced.
Corresponding to the driving safety prompting method for the driving vehicle, the disclosure provides a driving safety prompting device. Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a driving safety prompting device according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, the device is used for a driving vehicle and comprises a first acquisition module 61, a second acquisition module 62, a judgment module 63 and an output module 64; wherein,
the first obtaining module 61 is configured to automatically obtain license plate information of a currently monitored target vehicle.
The second obtaining module 62 is configured to obtain a historical driving record of the target vehicle from the pre-recorded historical driving records of the vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle.
The determination module 63 is configured to determine whether the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
The output module 64 is configured to output a driving safety prompt when it is determined that the target vehicle satisfies the driving safety prompt condition.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the first obtaining module 61 includes a photographing sub-module 611 or a first receiving sub-module 612; wherein,
the shooting submodule 611 is configured to shoot license plate information of a target vehicle located within a preset distance range of a driving vehicle by using a camera device arranged on the driving vehicle; and performing character recognition on the shot image to obtain the license plate information of the target vehicle.
The first receiving sub-module 612 is configured to receive input license plate information of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the second obtaining module 62 includes a second receiving sub-module 621 and/or a searching sub-module 622; wherein,
the second receiving submodule 621 is configured to send a query request to the cloud server when the historical driving records are stored in the cloud server, where the query request includes license plate information of the target vehicle, and the cloud server is configured to search the stored historical driving records of the target vehicle in the historical driving records of the vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle; and receiving historical driving records of the target vehicle returned by the cloud server.
The searching submodule 622 is configured to search the historical driving records of the target vehicle from the vehicle historical driving records stored locally according to the license plate information of the target vehicle when the historical driving records are downloaded and stored in the local memory in advance.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the determination module 63 includes a first determination submodule 631 and a second determination submodule 632; wherein,
the first determination sub-module 631 is configured to determine whether the safety level of the target vehicle is lower than a preset safety level when the historical driving record of the target vehicle includes the safety level of the target vehicle; when the safety level of the target vehicle is lower than a preset safety level, determining that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompt conditions;
the second determination submodule 632 is configured to compare the historical driving record of the target vehicle with the pre-stored unsafe factors when the historical driving record of the target vehicle includes any one or more of the comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, the historical driving image information of the target vehicle, and the violation accident information of the target vehicle, and determine that the target vehicle satisfies the driving safety prompt condition when the historical driving record of the target vehicle includes more than a preset number of unsafe factors.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the output module 64 includes a first output submodule 641 or a second output submodule 642; wherein,
the first output submodule 641 is configured to output a driving safety notice matching the safety level of the target vehicle when the historical driving record of the target vehicle includes the safety level of the target vehicle and it is determined that the target vehicle satisfies the driving safety notice condition.
The second output sub-module 642 is configured to generate a driving safety prompt according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle and output the driving safety prompt when the historical driving record of the target vehicle includes any one or more of comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, historical driving image information of the target vehicle, and violation accident information of the target vehicle and it is determined that the target vehicle satisfies the driving safety prompt condition.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the apparatus further includes an upload module 65 and a transmission module 66; wherein,
the uploading module 65 is configured to capture the current driving behavior of the target vehicle by using the camera device arranged on the driving vehicle, and generate image information; and uploading the image information to a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is used for storing the image information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
The sending module 66 is configured to receive input comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, and send the comment information to the cloud server, where the cloud server is configured to store the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the historical driving record of the vehicle can be acquired according to the license plate information of the vehicle, and the driving safety prompt is output when the historical driving record of the vehicle meets the driving safety prompt condition, so that a user can make corresponding measures according to the driving safety prompt, the potential safety hazard caused by the vehicle with poor historical driving record to the user is avoided, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents is greatly reduced.
Corresponding to the driving safety prompting method for the cloud server, the disclosure provides a driving safety prompting device. Fig. 12 is a block diagram illustrating a driving safety prompting device according to an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 12, the apparatus is for a cloud server, and includes a first receiving module 121, a searching module 122, and a returning module 123; wherein,
the first receiving module 121 is configured to receive an inquiry request sent by a driving vehicle, where the inquiry request includes license plate information of a target vehicle.
The search module 122 is configured to search historical driving records of the target vehicle from pre-stored vehicle historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle.
The returning module 123 is configured to return the historical driving record of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle, and the driving vehicle is used for outputting driving safety prompt according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus further includes a third obtaining module 124, a generating module 125 and a storing module 126; wherein,
the third obtaining module 124 is configured to obtain any one or more of comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, violation accident information of the target vehicle, and historical driving image information of the target vehicle.
The generating module 125 is configured to generate a historical driving record of the target vehicle according to the acquired information, wherein the historical driving record comprises the acquired information, or comprises the safety level of the target vehicle, or comprises the acquired information and the safety level of the target vehicle.
The storage module 126 is configured to store license plate information of the target vehicle in correspondence with a historical driving history of the target vehicle.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the apparatus further includes a second receiving module 127 and a third receiving module 128; wherein,
the second receiving module 127 is configured to receive image information sent by the driving vehicle, wherein the image information is generated after the driving vehicle captures the current driving behavior of the target vehicle by using the image capturing device; and storing the image information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
The third receiving module 128 is configured to receive the driver comment information on the target vehicle sent by the driving vehicle; and storing the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
According to the technical scheme, the searched historical driving record of the vehicle is provided for the driving vehicle, so that the driving vehicle can output the driving safety prompt to the user according to the historical driving record, the user can make corresponding measures according to the driving safety prompt, potential safety hazards of the user caused by the vehicle with poor historical driving record are avoided, and the incidence rate of traffic accidents is greatly reduced.
In one embodiment, the present disclosure further provides a driving safety prompting device, including:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
automatically acquiring the currently monitored license plate information of a target vehicle;
acquiring historical driving records of the target vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;
judging whether the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions or not according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle;
and outputting a driving safety prompt when the target vehicle is determined to meet the driving safety prompt condition.
In another embodiment, the present disclosure further provides a driving safety prompting device, including:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
receiving an inquiry request sent by a driving vehicle, wherein the inquiry request comprises license plate information of the target vehicle;
searching historical driving records of the target vehicle in pre-stored historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;
and returning the historical driving condition of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle, wherein the driving vehicle is used for outputting driving safety prompts according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which each module performs the operation has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated here.
Fig. 15 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 1400 for driving safety notification, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1400 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 14, apparatus 1400 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1402, a memory 1404, a power component 1406, a multimedia component 1408, an audio component 1410, an input/output (I/O) interface 1412, a sensor component 1414, and a communication component 1416.
The processing component 1402 generally controls the overall operation of the device 1400, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 1402 may include one or more processors 1420 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, processing component 1402 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between processing component 1402 and other components. For example, the processing component 1402 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1408 and the processing component 1402.
The memory 1404 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 1400. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 1400, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 1404 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile storage device or combination of devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
Power components 1406 provide power to the various components of device 1400. Power components 1406 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for device 1400.
The multimedia component 1408 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 1400 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 1408 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 1400 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 1410 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1410 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the apparatus 1400 is in operating modes, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 1404 or transmitted via the communication component 1416. In some embodiments, audio component 1410 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 1412 provides an interface between processing component 1402 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 1414 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the apparatus 1400. For example, the sensor component 1414 may detect an open/closed state of the device 1400, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 1400, a change in position of the apparatus 1400 or a component of the apparatus 1400, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 1400, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 1400, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 1400. The sensor assembly 1414 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1414 may also include a photosensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1414 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1416 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the apparatus 1400 and other devices. The device 1400 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication section 1416 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1416 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 1400 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as the memory 1404 that includes instructions executable by the processor 1420 of the apparatus 1400 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a driving safety prompting method, the method comprising:
automatically acquiring the currently monitored license plate information of a target vehicle;
acquiring historical driving records of the target vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;
judging whether the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions or not according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle;
and outputting a driving safety prompt when the target vehicle is determined to meet the driving safety prompt condition.
The automatically acquiring the currently monitored license plate information of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:
shooting license plate information of a target vehicle within a preset range of the driving vehicle by utilizing camera equipment arranged on the driving vehicle; performing character recognition on the image obtained by shooting to obtain the license plate information of the target vehicle; or
And receiving the input license plate information of the target vehicle.
The acquiring the historical driving record of the target vehicle from the pre-recorded historical driving record of the vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:
when the historical driving records are stored in a cloud server, sending a query request to the cloud server, wherein the query request comprises license plate information of the target vehicle, and the cloud server is used for searching the historical driving records of the target vehicle in the stored historical driving records of the vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle; receiving historical driving records of the target vehicle returned by the cloud server;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the historical driving record is downloaded in advance and stored in the local memory, searching the historical driving record of the target vehicle in the locally stored vehicle historical driving record according to the license plate information of the target vehicle.
The step of judging whether the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions or not according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:
when the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises the safety level of the target vehicle, judging whether the safety level of the target vehicle is lower than a preset safety level; when the safety level of the target vehicle is lower than a preset safety level, determining that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompt conditions; or
When the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises any one or more of comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, historical driving image information of the target vehicle and violation accident information of the target vehicle, comparing the historical driving record of the target vehicle with pre-stored unsafe factors, and when the historical driving record of the target vehicle contains unsafe factors exceeding a preset number, determining that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompt conditions.
When it is determined that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompt conditions, outputting driving safety prompts, including:
when the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises the safety level of the target vehicle and the target vehicle is determined to meet the driving safety prompting condition, outputting a driving safety prompt matched with the safety level of the target vehicle; or
And when the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises any one or more of comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, historical driving image information of the target vehicle and violation accident information of the target vehicle and the target vehicle is determined to meet driving safety prompting conditions, generating a driving safety prompt according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle and outputting the driving safety prompt.
The method further comprises the following steps:
shooting the current driving behavior of the target vehicle by utilizing a camera device arranged on the driving vehicle to generate image information; uploading the image information to a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is used for storing the image information in a historical driving record of the target vehicle;
and receiving input comment information of the driver on the target vehicle, and sending the comment information to a cloud server, wherein the cloud server is used for storing the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein which, when executed by a processor of a cloud server, enable the cloud server to perform a method of driving safety prompting, the method comprising:
receiving an inquiry request sent by a driving vehicle, wherein the inquiry request comprises license plate information of the target vehicle;
searching historical driving records of the target vehicle in pre-stored vehicle historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;
and returning the historical driving record of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle, wherein the driving vehicle is used for outputting driving safety prompts according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
Before the query request sent by the driving vehicle is received, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring any one or more of comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, violation accident information of the target vehicle and historical driving image information of the target vehicle;
generating a historical driving record of the target vehicle according to the acquired information, wherein the historical driving record comprises the acquired information, or comprises the safety level of the target vehicle, or comprises the acquired information and the safety level of the target vehicle;
and correspondingly storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
The method further comprises the following steps:
receiving image information sent by the running vehicle, wherein the image information is generated after the running vehicle captures the current running behavior of the target vehicle by using a camera device; storing the image information in a historical driving record of the target vehicle;
receiving comment information of a driver to the target vehicle, which is sent by the driving vehicle; and storing the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 1900 for driving safety tips, according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 1900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 15, the device 1900 includes a processing component 1922 further including one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 1932, for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by the processing component 1922. The application programs stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method.
The device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 configured to perform power management of the device 1900, a wired or wireless network interface 1950 configured to connect the device 1900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1958. The device 1900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1932, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, FreeBSDTM, or the like.

Claims (20)

1. A driving safety prompting method is used for a driving vehicle and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
automatically acquiring the currently monitored license plate information of a target vehicle;
acquiring historical driving records of the target vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein automatically obtaining license plate information for a currently monitored target vehicle comprises:
shooting license plate information of a target vehicle within a preset range of the driving vehicle by utilizing camera equipment arranged on the driving vehicle; performing character recognition on the image obtained by shooting to obtain the license plate information of the target vehicle; or,
and receiving the input license plate information of the target vehicle.
3. The method of claim 1,
the obtaining of the historical driving record of the target vehicle according to the license plate information of the target vehicle comprises:
when the historical driving records are stored in a cloud server, sending a query request to the cloud server, wherein the query request comprises license plate information of the target vehicle, and the cloud server is used for searching the historical driving records of the target vehicle in the stored historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle; receiving historical driving records of the target vehicle returned by the cloud server;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and when the historical driving record is downloaded in advance and stored in the local memory, searching the historical driving record of the target vehicle in the locally stored historical driving record according to the license plate information of the target vehicle.

the step of judging whether the target vehicle meets driving safety prompting conditions or not according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises the following steps:

When the historical driving record of the target vehicle comprises any one or more of comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, historical driving image information of the target vehicle and violation accident information of the target vehicle, comparing the historical driving record of the target vehicle with pre-stored unsafe factors, and when the historical driving record of the target vehicle contains unsafe factors exceeding a preset number, determining that the target vehicle meets driving safety prompt conditions.

receiving an inquiry request sent by a driving vehicle, wherein the inquiry request comprises license plate information of the target vehicle;
searching historical driving records of the target vehicle in pre-stored historical driving records according to the license plate information of the target vehicle;
and returning the historical driving record of the target vehicle to the driving vehicle, wherein the driving vehicle is used for outputting driving safety prompts according to the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein prior to receiving the query request transmitted by the driving vehicle, the method further comprises:
acquiring any one or more of comment information of a driver on the target vehicle, violation accident information of the target vehicle and historical driving image information of the target vehicle;
generating a historical driving record of the target vehicle according to the acquired information, wherein the historical driving record comprises the acquired information, or comprises the safety level of the recording vehicle, or comprises the acquired information and the safety level of the recording vehicle;
and correspondingly storing the license plate information of the target vehicle and the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving image information sent by the running vehicle, wherein the image information is generated after the running vehicle captures the current running behavior of the target vehicle by using a camera device; storing the image information in a historical driving record of the target vehicle;
receiving comment information of a driver to the target vehicle, which is sent by the driving vehicle; and storing the comment information in the historical driving record of the target vehicle.
