Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及存储容器,具体地说是涉及那些适用于保存和保护包括易坏材料的各种物品的存储容器。本发明还涉及具有提高密封性能的存储容器,在使用范围很广的条件下用以保存和保护存储在容器内的物品。
背景技术
柔性存储袋用于保存和保护各种物品,以及保存一些诸如食品的易坏物品,这在本领域中是公知的。这种袋通常是由一矩形聚合膜片构成的,该聚合膜片被折叠在其自身上,并沿着两个边缘密封,从而形成一半封闭的容器,所形成的这种半封闭容器具有两个柔性的相对的侧壁,三个密封的或折叠的边缘,以及一个开口边缘。一封闭装置与这种袋整体地形成,例如一互锁的密封肋条,或者是单独设置封闭装置,例如塑料结或纸-覆盖-线结,从而完成容器的组装。采用一滑动套使得互锁肋条啮合或脱开的滑动封闭机构已普通使用,这是由于它们操作相当容易,并且能在视觉和触觉上证实已成功地完成打开和关闭操作。

还希望提供这样一种容器,它能向消费者提供视觉和/触觉的证实,证实已对这种容器完成令人满意的封闭。
发明内容
本发明提供一种容器,它包括:(a)一半封闭的容器主体,包括一具有两个开口端和一底板的空心结构,该底板封闭住容器主体的一端,空心结构的与底板相对的另一端形成一大致连续的向外延伸的周边突缘;(b)一个盖,用于选择性地使半闭容器变为封闭的容器;(c)一封闭装置,用于把所说的盖密封到容器主体上,该封闭装置包括一机械互锁密封元件和一可滑动的机械封闭元件,该机械封闭元件用于对机械互锁密封元件进行密封。
这种容器最好是可堆叠的和自撑式的,所说的机械互锁密封元件包括至少一个互锁配对的凸棱和凹槽,该配对的互锁凸棱和凹槽设置在盖和突缘上。通过对空心结构进行折叠,使得这种容器还可以压扁。

具体实施方式
图1表示根据本发明的优选实施例的一存储容器10。在图1所示实施例中,存储容器10包括一容器主体20和一盖40,其中,容器主体20最好是用一块片材整体形成,盖40最好与容器主体20做成一个整体,或至少在铰链线45处铰接在容器主体上。存储容器10还包括封闭装置30,该封闭装置30设置在边缘28附近,用于对盖40和容器主体20的周边部分进行密封,以形成如图1所示的一完全封闭的容器或贮器。封闭装置30包括盖40的边缘部分、容器主体20的边部突缘部分25。封闭装置30可选择性地打开、密封和再密封,这将在后面描述。图2中所示的铰链线45最好包括一整体的活页,也可以通过划痕、穿孔或类似手段设置成虚弱的线,这种虚弱的线可选择性地允许盖与容器主体分离。
在图1所示的优选实施例中,封闭装置30被设置在除了铰链线45处的铰接部分之外的沿着边缘28所有部分上。然而,在某些情况下,由包围程度更大形成的封闭装置30(例如,在没有铰接钱的情况下完全包围开口的封闭装置)可提供足够的封闭整体性。突缘25可以与容器主体20做成一个整体,也可以做成一个与容器主体相连接的单独的材料元件。当该突缘25做成一单独的最好是较硬的材料元件时,目前优选的方案是把容器主体的上边缘(形成开口)做成带有褶角的一小周边突缘,以形成一适合的连接点,用于把容器主体与突缘相连。
如图1所示,该封闭装置30包括一机械互锁密封件,该机械互锁密封件具有成对设置在突缘25和盖40的接合部分上的、至少一接合的或互锁的凸棱32和凹槽34。在一优选的实施例中,凸棱32与突缘25形成一个整体,并围绕着突缘的三自由边从该突缘25向上突出(即,不必围绕铰链后面的容器后部设置),而凹槽34具有一配合的形状,凹槽34的底部是敞开的,从而能在该凹槽内接收凸棱32。封闭装置30还包括一滑动机械元件或滑动器36,该滑动器与凸棱及凹槽可夹紧地接合,从而能保持与容器相连接,如果一个或多个元件发生变形,那么就可以卸去该滑动器。滑动器36的大小和形状做成使得当凸棱和凹槽完全相互接合时,滑动器能在凸棱和凹槽上自动滑动,从而形成足够的密封。因此,滑动器36的功能是在容器被打开后,当沿着容器周边从一侧到另一侧拉动滑动器时,把凸棱和凹槽相互密封起来。
图4是根据本发明的优选实施例的一滑动机械元件或滑动器36的立体示意图。如图4所示,在图5中更显著地表示出了滑动器36具有大致呈C形的结构,从而使得滑动器的端部在突缘25和盖40的周边上能向内延伸,并与凸棱32和凹槽34呈叠置关系。与凸棱及凹槽呈叠置关系的部分滑动器36具有一间隔,这个间隔足够小,以致于当滑动器在周边的凸棱与凹槽分离的区域上被拉动时,能迫使凸棱和凹槽成为互锁接合。
凸棱和凹槽最好间隔开一个向内距盖和突缘的周边大致恒定的距离,从而使得具有足够朝内长度的滑动器沿着容器周边被拉动,而不会留出间隙,也不会使成对的凸棱和凹槽留下未密封的部分。此外,尽管本发明的封闭机构可以用于具有圆形、卵形、椭圆形或其它曲线断面的容器上,但是,本发明的封闭机构也可以用于具有多边形断面的容器,如图1~3所示,例如矩形和四方形的容器,只要突缘和盖以及成对的凸棱和凹槽的角被适当地切成圆角,使得圆角半径超过滑动器改变方向所需的最小值即可。
此外,尽管本发明进行描述和说明了具有成对的单一凸棱和凹槽的容器,但是也可以采用其它的结构,在所采用的其它结构中,或是一个或多个滑动器可以与一个或多个配对的凸棱和凹槽接合,或是凸棱和凹槽并排地形成连续密封,或是它们头尾相接,或是它们占据容器上分开的不相连的区域。
存储容器10适合于对放置在容器主体内的各种各样的材料和/或物质进行保存和保护。图2表示出了存储容器10处于打开的状态,其中封闭装置30已被释放开,从而使得边缘28打开,以允许把材料和/或物质放入存储容器10的主体内部。在图2中表示出了在存储容器10内放有许多一般的固体物质99。
盖40最好是一个整体结构,它包括一中间盖板42和一盖框44,如果需要的话,中间盖板42和盖框44中的任何一个均可由不同的元件制成。由于能够由许多组合元件来制造这种容器,从而也就允许采用各种各样的材料,例如用透明的聚合板来做盖板,或采用更坚硬的弹性材料来做这些突缘和盖框,这与容器主体20所用的材料无关。在图1和图2中表示得最清楚,中间盖板42最好向下延伸,以形成一盘状盖,这个盘状盖通过配合在容器主体上部的相对应的凹部或架内,形成一种插塞式密封,从而提高了密封性能。
在图1所示的实施例中,存储容器10包括:两块大致呈平面的端板50,两块大致呈平面的装有角撑板的侧板60,一块大致呈平面的底板70,这些板构成一半封闭式容器,该半封闭式容器具有一个由上部突缘25形成的开口。端板50具有侧边55和底边54,而侧板60具有底部边缘64和大致传统结构的角撑板,该侧板60具有基部折痕62和中部折痕61,并带有侧向折痕63。这些折痕最好是做在材料内,使这些折痕成为虚弱的线,这些折痕是通过在材料中模制成一变薄的区域或通过划痕或通过其它方法形成的。在图1所示的结构中,存储容器处于自撑的打开状态。突缘25最好具有足够的弹性和刚性,以便帮助维持图1所示打开状态中的容器的开口端。
尽管根据图1所描述的存储容器与通常可以获得的柔性存储袋和存储容器相比具有许多优点,但是,这种存储容器还具有其它的特征,这些特征能使容器形成一自撑结构,以便有利于接近产品或装填产品,无需用人工支撑,从而使用更方便。
在这里所用的术语“自撑”是指材料、结构或容器能在平行于重力方向的平面内保持它们的朝向。例如,一种自撑材料,特别是一片材可以维持得使它平行于重力方向向上延伸,并保持它的朝向,而不会发生弯折或压扁。非自撑材料通常会发生弯折或压扁,从而不能维持在平行于重力方向上(即“竖直方向”),除非将它们固定住并从它们的支撑点向下延伸。因此,一自撑袋或容器能保持它的朝向,使表面在与重力相反的方向上从它们的支撑基部向上延伸,不会使这些表面弯折到表面自身上,也不会被压扁。
除了具有自撑性外,装有角撑板的存储容器10最好还可易于折叠或压扁,从而易于储存,占用空间小。图7表示出了图1所示的一装有角撑板的存储容器10处于侧放状态准备进行折叠。图8表示出了图1中的装有角撑板的存储容器10处于已被部分折叠或压扁状态。因此,中部折痕61已向内相向推动,使底部边缘64朝向并大致平行于突缘25。图9表示出了装有角撑板的存储容器10处于已更完全折叠的状态,其中,折叠继续进行直到底部70基本平行于并紧靠突缘25,以及使端板向内相互完全折叠为止。如果需要的话,中间折痕61还能向外折叠,这就提供了附加的技术特征,当中间折痕61被向内推时就能帮助容器竖立起来。在图7中还表示出了可选择的加强板72,该加强板72使大致矩形的平的底板70增加了整体性和稳定性。为了避免对容器主体的可折叠性产生不良的影响,加强底板72最好包括大致与侧面折痕63对齐的一些折痕,以便如图7~9所示那样进行折叠,或者使加强底板72的这些折痕位于折痕63之间,如图所示。
在底板上增加另外的加强元件,这样就降低了空容器的重心,从而在装填之前或在装填期间能更稳定。增大了容器底部的刚度,使在装满或空的大部分情况下使稳定性增大,还减小了当容器装满较重物质时容器底部发生弯曲的可能性。加强板的材料可以与容器主体的材料相同,也可以是稍微不同耐用性的材料,该加强板用胶粘剂或其它适当的方式固定在底板上。目前优选的是,当采用一加强板时,把加强板放置在底板的外表面,而不是放置在内表面,这是为了提供支撑和加强作用,并且在容器内部可能会夹卡部分所装物质并造成清除困难的地方没有增加其它的表面、接点和裂隙。
容器主体所用的柔性片材具有足够的柔性和屈服性,以便适应在图1的打开结构和图9的闭合结构之间的容器主体的折叠和压扁。更具体地是,当底板70移向盖40时,随着端板50朝相互向内转动,侧板60的柔性足够使侧板60在其自身上进行折叠或打褶。
适合用于制造本发明的存储容器的各种组合物包括基本不渗透的材料,例如聚氯乙稀(PVC),聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC),聚乙烯(PE),聚丙烯(PP),铝箔,带有覆层(上蜡等)和或不带覆层的纸,带有覆层的非织物等,以及基本上渗透材料,例如scrims,网状材料、织物,非织造物,或穿孔膜或多孔膜,主要为二维性质的还是做成三维结构的都行。这些材料可包括一种单一的组合物或单一层,也可以是由多种材料的组合结构,包括被用作物质载体的基材。适合用于本发明的材料包括可以从Chevron购得的制造商标为PE1122的低密度的聚乙烯膜,这种膜的厚度为10密耳(mil)。
根据本发明,用作封闭装置的材料可以在用材料元件组装成容器之前或在组装期间或在组装之后整体地形成,并作为存储容器主体的一部分。或者,还可在容器组装之前、组装期间、组装之后,将这种封闭装置分开制作并连接到存储容器的主体上。用于封闭装置的材料与用于容器主体的材料在大小和组成成分上可以是相同的,也可以是不同的。封闭装置还可结合其它的特征,例如采用纹理,以便当利用滑动器时,可提供一可听得见的或可触知的信号,或者在凸棱和凹槽上采用不同的颜色,以便当接合凸棱和凹槽时(类似于用在柔性袋上的可商业获得的封闭装置)能产生不同颜色的外观。
根据本发明,封闭装置30为使用者提供了一种易操作的封闭装置,以便对存储容器的开口进行关闭和密封。这种封闭装置30易于操作,因为所需要的唯一技巧是用一对手指来抓紧或捏紧这个滑动器,并在盖的被打开的范围上移动滑动器,以牢固接合凸棱和凹槽,从而使一半闭式容器转变成一完全封闭式容器。为了打开图1中的存储容器,使用者可以握紧一对相对的突舌35,并沿相反方向拉动这些突舌,使相对的半突缘31分开并延伸开,从而使封闭装置30分开。为了避免突舌与滑动器操作之间产生冲突,最好是通过去除突缘和盖材料的一部分,留出一些分开的突起,这些突起的突出不远于突缘的外边缘,从而由突缘和盖材料来形成这些突舌。如图所示,已证实,把突缘的边缘做成正弦曲线形以及把盖的边缘做成相位移的正弦曲线边缘是令人满意的。
除了对片材进行折叠和密封来形成容器主体以外,容器主体还可以用已知的和适当的方式来制造,例如,采用本领域公知的用于制造这种可商业获得的容器的一些方式。可以采用热封或胶粘剂密封技术把容器的各个部件或元件与它们自己或与其它部件相连。此外,容器主体可以被热成形、吹制,或者是用一初始坯料或片材进行模制,而不是依靠对薄板或片材进行折叠和弯曲技术来制造容器主体。

Claims (8)
1、一种容器(10),其特征在于它包括:
(a)一个半封闭的容器主体(20),包括一具有一开口端和一底板(70)的空心结构,该底板封闭所说容器主体的与所说开口端相对的一端,与所说底板相对的所说空心结构的另一端形成一基本连续的向外延伸的周边突缘(25),该周边突缘限定一平面;
