When the rainfall is further increased, the water in the rainfall collecting device 10 is further increased, the lever connecting rod 1 is further pressed downwards, one end, connected with the moving rod 3, of the lever connecting rod 1 is further moved upwards, the pressure bump 20 is in contact with the pressure sensor 13, and along with the further increase of the water in the rainfall collecting device 10, the pressure of the pressure bump 20, which extrudes the pressure sensor 13, is increased, so that the increase condition of the current allowance can be more accurately known, the pressure value has three output ways, and the first is that the second audible and visual alarm 14 sends out audible/visual alarm through the controller 8; the second way is that the pressure value is displayed on the display screen 15 through the controller 8; the third way is to send the received pressure reading signal to the terminal 18 through the communication module 16, and the terminal 18 is a smart phone or a computer. Through the three ways, the existing precipitation can be reflected through pressure readings, and the mountain torrent disaster prevention work can be guided.
