Description

Air conditioner operation control method, control device, air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner operation control method, an air conditioner operation control device, an air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The compressor is often shut down due to over-current protection caused by excessive current. There are many reasons for overcurrent protection, and except for the compressor itself, there are many times that the overcurrent protection is caused by abnormal wear and the like. After overcurrent protection appears, the existing air conditioner product treatment scheme mainly comprises the following steps: neglecting the fault, and directly restarting the compressor to continue running; and secondly, the compressor is considered to be damaged, and shutdown treatment is carried out.
According to the scheme I, after the compressor is restarted, overcurrent protection still exists, the compressor is restarted continuously, the unit fault cannot be processed in time, and finally the compressor is damaged. In the second scheme, although the compressor is subjected to overcurrent protection, the compressor can continue to operate when the current of the compressor is reduced as long as the load of the compressor is reduced, and the comfortable experience of the air conditioner is greatly reduced due to direct shutdown treatment.
The prior art does not give an effective solution to the above-mentioned problems caused by compressor overcurrent protection.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and specific embodiments, it being understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for facilitating the explanation of the present invention, and have no specific meaning in itself. Thus, "module", "component" or "unit" may be used mixedly.
Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides an air conditioner operation control method, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner operation control method includes:
s101, when an abnormal compressor occurs in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the abnormal compressor is restarted successively;
s102, in the process of successive restarting, sequentially reducing the operation parameter values of the abnormal compressor to search the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor;
s103, when the abnormal compressor is found out, the restarting is stopped, and the abnormal compressor is controlled to operate in the safe operation range;
and S104, controlling the abnormal compressor to stop running when the abnormal compressor is not found.
Wherein the abnormality may be that the compressor is in an overcurrent protection state. The operating parameter values include an operating frequency value and/or an operating current value. Successive may also be described as sequential.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the abnormal compressor is restarted one by one, and the operation parameter values of the abnormal compressor are reduced in sequence, so that the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is searched, the abnormal compressor is further controlled to operate within the safe operation range, and when the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is not found, the abnormal compressor is controlled to stop, and the problem that the compressor is completely damaged due to the fact that the comfortable experience of the air conditioner is greatly reduced or the compressor is forced to operate within the unsafe operation range caused by the fact that the air conditioner is abnormal and the air conditioner processing scheme is unreasonable is effectively solved.
In some embodiments, the sequentially decreasing the operation parameter values of the abnormal compressor during the gradual restart process to find the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor includes:
in the process of successive restarting, reducing the operation parameter value of the abnormal compressor according to a preset parameter adjustment value;
when the abnormal compressor is recovered to be normal from abnormal after one-time restarting and the operation parameter value of the abnormal compressor is larger than the minimum parameter value of the abnormal compressor, determining to find out the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor;
and when the abnormal compressor is not recovered to be normal from the abnormal state after the successive restarting and the operation parameter value of the abnormal compressor is not larger than the minimum parameter value of the abnormal compressor, determining that the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is not found. The parameter adjustment value may be set according to an operating parameter maximum value of the compressor, for example, 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% of the operating parameter maximum value. The parameters include frequency, current, etc.
When an abnormal compressor occurs in an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the abnormal compressor is restarted successively, and the method optionally includes:
when the outdoor unit contains 1 compressor and the compressor is abnormal, the abnormal compressor is restarted successively;
when the outdoor unit comprises at least 2 compressors and an abnormal compressor occurs in the outdoor unit, if a normal compressor in the outdoor unit can meet the requirement of a first air conditioner indoor unit in operation, controlling the abnormal compressor to stop operating; and if the normal compressor in the outdoor unit can not meet the requirement of the first indoor unit of the air conditioner, the abnormal compressor is restarted gradually.
If the normal compressor in the outdoor unit can not meet the requirement of the first indoor unit of the air conditioner, the abnormal compressor is restarted successively, and the method optionally comprises the following steps:
if the normal compressor in the outdoor unit can not meet the requirement of the first air-conditioning indoor unit, the first air-conditioning indoor unit requirement is preferentially distributed to the normal compressor, when the normal compressor can not meet the requirement of the first air-conditioning indoor unit, the unallocated requirement in the first air-conditioning indoor unit requirement is distributed to the abnormal compressor, and the abnormal compressor is restarted gradually.
In some embodiments, before the restarting the abnormal compressor in series, the method includes:
when the air conditioner comprises at least 2 outdoor units, if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor meets the requirement of a second indoor unit of the air conditioner, controlling the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor to stop running; and if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor does not meet the requirement of the second indoor unit of the air conditioner, the abnormal compressor in the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor is restarted successively.
Among them, an air conditioner (i.e., an air conditioning system) includes various numbers of outdoor units, one outdoor unit is called a stand-alone unit, and at least 2 outdoor units are called a module.
The operation adjusting control method in the embodiment of the invention fully considers the factors such as the number of outdoor units, the capacity of the operated indoor units, the number of compressors contained in an abnormal compressor unit (outdoor unit) and the like, and formulates the most reasonable control scheme: on the premise that the requirement of the indoor unit can be met without continuously running, the abnormal compressor is stopped and a fault code display mode is used for informing a user through a line controller, a unit main control board and the like; when the abnormal compressor is stopped and the requirement of the indoor unit of the air conditioner cannot be met directly, starting operation is tried, the minimum load or no load of the abnormal compressor is distributed as much as possible, and the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is searched in a continuous frequency reduction mode, so that the phenomenon that the requirement of the air conditioner of a user is directly supplied by interruption can be avoided.
In addition, if the installed capacity is relatively small, that is, the capacity of the indoor unit is relatively small, that is, the capacity of the outdoor unit is relatively large, there may be 1 outdoor unit which is abnormal at this time, but even if the outdoor unit does not work, the remaining outdoor units still can meet the capacity requirement of the running indoor unit, and at this time, the outdoor unit can be shut down to process, and a prompt is given to enable the user to maintain as early as possible. On the contrary, the installed capacity is large, the demand of the indoor unit is high, the outdoor unit is directly shut down to process the outdoor unit, the capacity demand of the running indoor unit cannot be met by the residual outdoor unit, the outdoor unit needs to be run at the moment, and the use demand of a user is guaranteed as far as possible within the safe running range.
Optionally, if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor does not meet the requirement of the second indoor unit of the air conditioner, the successively restarting the abnormal compressor in the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor includes:
if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor can not meet the requirement of the second air-conditioning indoor unit, the requirement of the second air-conditioning indoor unit is preferentially distributed to the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor, if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor can not meet the requirement of the second air-conditioning indoor unit, the demand which is not distributed in the requirement of the second air-conditioning indoor unit is distributed to the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor, and the abnormal compressor in the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor is restarted successively,
if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor meets the requirement of the second indoor unit of the air conditioner, before the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor is controlled to stop running, optionally including:
determining the ratio of the total capacity of the running air conditioner indoor units in a running state to the ratio of the outdoor units without abnormal compressors;
and determining whether the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor meets the requirement of the second indoor unit of the air conditioner or not according to the ratio and a preset capacity judgment threshold.
Optionally, the air conditioner operation control method further includes:
the air conditioner operation control method further includes:
if the outdoor unit without the abnormal compressor meets the requirement of the second indoor unit of the air conditioner, controlling the outdoor unit with the abnormal compressor to stop running, and sending a first-grade warning fault signal G1;
and when the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is not found, controlling the abnormal compressor to stop operating, and sending a second-level warning fault signal G2.
That is, different prompt levels G1 and G2 can be assigned, G1 is a general reminder, and the user is informed that the unit is abnormal and needs to be processed as soon as possible; and G2 is an emergency prompt for prompting the user that the fault cannot be ignored and the horse standing treatment is needed.
In an embodiment of the invention, the operating parameter value comprises an operating frequency value and/or an operating current value. Wherein the operating frequency of the compressor after restart is not higher than the pre-fault frequency. The frequency determination can be replaced by a method of controlling the current value, i.e. restarting the compressor after a fault: and after restarting, controlling the current value to be smaller than the current before the fault, when the current value approaches to a certain degree, the frequency of the press is not increased any more, after the fault occurs again, controlling the current to be smaller than the current before the fault by a certain value, and performing cyclic control.
A specific embodiment is provided below by the operating frequency.
As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning operation control method in the present embodiment includes:
and step 1, the over-current fault of the compressor occurs.
And 2, judging whether the number of the outdoor units is not less than 2. Different control is carried out according to the number of the contained outdoor units, namely, two different control schemes are provided for a single unit (the number of the outdoor units in the system is 1) and a modularization (the number of the outdoor units is more than or equal to 2).
And 3, if the unit is a single unit, considering the requirements of the indoor unit, starting the unit to operate after a fault occurs, and judging whether the number of the compressors is not less than two.
And 4, if the number of the compressors is more than or equal to two, preferentially enabling the abnormal compressors to work, if the abnormal compressors cannot meet the requirements of users, trying to restart the abnormal compressors, and executing the step 6.
And 5, directly trying to restart if the number of the compressors is one. Step 6 is performed.
And 6, according to the running frequency f1 of the compressor before the fault, the compressor is restarted and then runs according to (f 1-delta f), if the fault is still reported after the compressor is restarted, the frequency is continuously reduced to run, the preset frequency adjustment value delta f (namely the parameter adjustment value) is reduced each time until the unit fails to report the fault, the current frequency running is maintained at the moment, the current configuration is stored, the follow-up is executed all the time, and the judgment is carried out again after the power is cut off again and the power is turned on. Step 10 is performed.
And step 10, judging whether the stable operation frequency after the compressor is subjected to frequency reduction is not less than the lowest frequency fb. If yes, go to step 9, otherwise go to step 11.
And step 11, if the abnormal compressor is reduced to the lowest frequency fb, still reporting a fault, indicating that the compressor cannot be safely operated, and performing shutdown treatment.
And step 12, sending out a warning fault signal G2, displaying the warning fault signal on an online controller, a unit main control board and the like, and prompting a user to process the warning fault signal immediately.
And 7, if the modular outdoor unit is modularized, the unit judges the ratio of the capacity of the startup indoor unit to the total capacity of the non-fault outdoor unit (except the abnormal outdoor unit of the compressor), and judges whether the ratio is smaller than a preset A (such as 80%).
And 8, the user requirements can be ensured without restarting the abnormal unit of the compressor, and the abnormal outdoor unit of the compressor is stopped according to the safest processing scheme.
And 9, sending a warning fault signal G1, displaying the warning fault signal on an online controller, a unit main control board and the like, and prompting a user to maintain as soon as possible.
And step 13, if the ratio is greater than A (such as 80%), directly stopping the abnormal outdoor unit of the press, which has great influence on the cooling/heating requirements of users, and trying to start up the press to operate in a safe operation range in order to reduce the influence.
And step 14, preferentially distributing the abnormal outdoor units, and after the full capacity of the abnormal outdoor units is distributed, distributing the abnormal outdoor units to the abnormal outdoor units (namely the outdoor units containing the abnormal compressors).
And step 15, preferentially distributing the abnormal outdoor unit to the abnormal compressor, and distributing the abnormal outdoor unit to the abnormal compressor after the full capacity of the abnormal compressor is distributed. The trying mode is as follows: according to the operation frequency f1 of the compressor before the fault, the unit is restarted and then operated according to (f 1-delta f), if the fault is still reported after the restart, the frequency is continuously reduced to operate, the delta f is reduced each time, until the fault is not reported by the unit, the current frequency operation is maintained at the moment, the current configuration is stored, the follow-up is executed all the time, and the judgment is carried out again after the power is cut off again and the power is turned on. And step 10 is executed, if the abnormal press is reduced to the lowest frequency fb and still reports a fault, the press cannot run safely, shutdown processing is carried out, and a G2 prompt is sent to allow a user to process the press immediately.
The air conditioner operation control method of the embodiment takes the factors of the number of modules in the system, the capacity of the indoor unit when the air conditioner is started, the number of compressors contained in the abnormal outdoor unit and the like into full consideration, and a most reasonable control scheme is formulated: on the premise that the requirement of a user can be met without continuously running, the abnormal compressor is stopped and the user is informed of the abnormal compressor in a fault code display mode through a line controller, a unit main control board and the like; when the abnormal compressor is stopped and user requirements cannot be met directly, starting operation is tried, the minimum load or no load of the abnormal compressor is distributed as much as possible, and the safe operation range of the abnormal compressor is searched in a continuous frequency reduction mode, so that the phenomenon that the air conditioner requirements of users are directly disconnected can be avoided, meanwhile, if the frequency of the compressor is reduced to a very low value and faults are still reported, the compressor cannot normally operate, the compressor is stopped, the compressor is prevented from being continuously operated and being thoroughly damaged, the damaged compressor affects other units, and the influence is prevented from being enlarged.
In the embodiment, the installed ratio is fully considered, if the capacity of the indoor unit is smaller and the installed capacity of the outdoor unit is larger, 1 outdoor unit may be abnormal at this time, but even if the outdoor unit does not work, the remaining outdoor units still can meet the capacity requirement of starting the indoor unit, and then the outdoor unit can be shut down to process, and a prompt is sent to enable a user to maintain as early as possible. On the contrary, the capacity of the outdoor unit is large, the indoor units are in more demands, the outdoor unit is directly shut down to process, the capacity demand of the indoor units during starting up cannot be met by the rest outdoor units, and at the moment, the outdoor unit needs to be operated, so that the use demand of users is guaranteed as much as possible within a safe operation range.
The embodiment can also be divided into different prompt levels G1 and G2, wherein G1 is a general prompt for informing a user that the unit is abnormal and needs to be processed as soon as possible; and G2 is an emergency prompt for prompting the user that the fault cannot be ignored and the horse standing treatment is needed.
When the compressor fails, the operation scheme is adjusted, if the requirement of the indoor unit can be guaranteed without an abnormal compressor, the compressor is stopped, the operation safety of the unit is guaranteed, if the user requirement is greatly influenced by non-operation, the compressor tries to operate in the safety range of the abnormal compressor, the requirement capacity of the indoor unit is guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the air conditioner comfort influence caused by the abnormal compressor is reduced to the minimum. Meanwhile, after the abnormal compressor is judged to be incapable of being started and operated safely, the abnormal compressor is stopped in time and informed to a user, so that the serious adverse effect caused by complete damage is prevented.
