placing the material A in a steam explosion machine, carrying out explosion under the condition that the steam explosion pressure is 1.1MPa, taking explosion slag, and carrying out air drying and crushing to obtain pretreated plant straws; the plant straw is corn straw; when the mixed acid is soaked, ultrasonic dispersion is carried out every 1h, and the ultrasonic dispersion time is 15 min.
(2) Adding deionized water and powdered rock phosphate into pretreated plant straws, mixing and stirring for 24min, transferring to a high-pressure reaction kettle, reacting at 166 ℃ for 2.5h, cooling to 80 ℃, adding sodium bisulfate, continuing to react for 4.5h, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing and drying to obtain plant straw powder;
(3) taking the pretreated plant straw prepared in the step (1), adding diatomite and deionized water, mixing and stirring for 28min, carrying out microwave carbonization, cooling, grinding and crushing, and sieving by using a 100-mesh sieve to obtain loaded biochar; wherein the microwave carbonization power is 245W, and the carbonization time is 11 min.
(4) Mixing chicken manure, pig manure and soybean meal, adding pleurotus eryngii waste mushroom bran, the plant straw powder prepared in the step (2) and the loaded charcoal prepared in the step (3), stirring for 25min, adding sophorolipid and water, regulating and controlling the water content to 65%, adding a fermentation microbial inoculum, and performing composting fermentation to obtain a material B; wherein the composting time is 53 d;
and mixing and stirring the material B, the selenite aqueous solution, the urea, the zinc salt aqueous solution, the ferrite aqueous solution and the compound bacteria for 15min to obtain a finished product.

Comparative example 2 is improved on the basis of example 2, no plant straw powder is added in comparative example 2, and the parameters and component content of the rest steps are consistent with those of example 2.
Comparative example 3 was modified on the basis of example 2, in comparative example 3 a conventional commercial biochar was added, the remaining process parameters and component content being in accordance with example 2.
Comparative example 4 was modified on the basis of example 2, in comparative example 4 an aqueous selenite solution was added, and the remaining process parameters and component contents were identical to those of example 2.

placing the material A in a steam explosion machine, carrying out explosion under the condition that the steam explosion pressure is 1-1.2MPa, taking explosion slag, and carrying out air drying and crushing to obtain pretreated plant straws;
(2) adding deionized water and powdered rock phosphate into pretreated plant straws, mixing and stirring, transferring the mixture into a high-pressure reaction kettle, reacting for 2-3h at the temperature of 160-80 ℃, cooling to 70-80 ℃, adding sodium bisulfate, continuing to react, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing and drying to obtain plant straw powder;
(3) taking the pretreated plant straw prepared in the step (1), adding diatomite and deionized water, mixing and stirring, performing microwave carbonization, cooling, grinding and crushing, and sieving by a 100-mesh sieve to obtain loaded biochar;
(4) mixing folic acid modified chitosan and acetic acid solution, adding sodium selenite solution, stirring, adding ascorbic acid, standing in dark place, and dialyzing to obtain selenium fertilizer;
(5) mixing chicken manure, pig manure and soybean meal, adding pleurotus eryngii waste mushroom bran, the plant straw powder prepared in the step (2) and the loaded charcoal prepared in the step (3), stirring uniformly, adding sophorolipid, water and a fermentation microbial inoculum, and performing composting fermentation to obtain a material B;
and mixing and stirring the material B, the selenium fertilizer, the urea, the zinc salt aqueous solution, the ferrous salt aqueous solution and the compound bacteria to obtain a finished product.
2. The method for preparing the multi-selenium long-acting ecological compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking plant straws, putting the plant straws into a mixed acid solution, stirring and soaking for 10-20h at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, filtering, and drying to obtain a material A;
placing the material A in a steam explosion machine, carrying out explosion under the condition that the steam explosion pressure is 1-1.2MPa, taking explosion slag, and carrying out air drying and crushing to obtain pretreated plant straws;
(2) adding deionized water and powdered rock phosphate into pretreated plant straws, mixing and stirring for 20-30min, transferring the mixture into a high-pressure reaction kettle, reacting for 2-3h at the temperature of 160-170 ℃, cooling to 70-80 ℃, adding sodium bisulfate, continuing to react for 4-5h, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing and drying to obtain plant straw powder;
(3) taking the pretreated plant straw prepared in the step (1), adding diatomite and deionized water, mixing and stirring for 20-30min, carrying out microwave carbonization, cooling, grinding and crushing, and sieving with a 100-mesh sieve to obtain loaded biochar;
(4) mixing folic acid modified chitosan and acetic acid solution, adding sodium selenite solution, stirring for 3-5 hr, adding ascorbic acid, standing in dark for 10 hr, and dialyzing to obtain selenium fertilizer;
(5) mixing chicken manure, pig manure and soybean meal, adding pleurotus eryngii waste mushroom bran, the plant straw powder prepared in the step (2) and the loaded charcoal prepared in the step (3), stirring for 20-30min, adding sophorolipid and water, regulating and controlling the water content to be 60-70%, adding a fermentation microbial inoculum, and performing composting fermentation to obtain a material B;
mixing and stirring the material B, the selenium fertilizer, the urea, the zinc salt aqueous solution, the ferrous salt aqueous solution and the compound bacteria for 10-20min to obtain a finished product.
3. The method for preparing the multi-selenium long-acting ecological compound fertilizer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (1), the plant straw is any one or more of corn straw, wheat straw and sugarcane straw.
