The cover plate is fixed on the loading section through a pin shaft and can rotate around the pin shaft, and after the cover plate is put down, the cleaning projectile can be prevented from flying out when being blown into the launching section by compressed air. The entrance diameter of the launching section and the aperture diameter of the loading section are larger than the diameter of the cleaning projectile to facilitate loading of the cleaning projectile; the aperture of the filling section is smaller than that of the ball valve, the aperture of the ball valve is smaller than that of the inlet of the launching section, and the cleaning projectile is not blocked when being blown into the launching section by compressed air; the aperture of the inlet of the transmitting section is larger than that of the outlet, the aperture of the outlet of the transmitting section is the same as that of the transmitter conveying pipe, and the transmitting section is connected with the transmitter conveying pipe through a hose. The pressure gauge is arranged on the launching section and can monitor the air pressure in the pipe and judge whether the cleaning bomb blocks the conveying pipe or not. The throttle valve and the throttle valve are used for adjusting the flow of the pneumatic ball valve and the filling section. The pneumatic ball valve is a single-action normally-open pneumatic ball valve, the channel is closed by the pneumatic ball valve when the pneumatic ball valve is switched on, the filling section and the launching section are switched off, and the projectile is blown into the filter stick conveying pipe by compressed air through the air pipe joint.
The pneumatic control system is used for controlling the operation of all pneumatic elements of the pneumatic control system, and mainly comprises a manual valve, a mechanical valve, a pressure reducing valve, a throttle valve, a pneumatic ball valve, an air pipe and an air pipe joint. External compressed air is accessed through a connector, when the three-position four-way hand-operated rotary valve is positioned at the middle N position, the pneumatic control system is closed, the pneumatic ball valve is positioned at a normally open position, and the filling section is communicated with the launching section; when the hand-operated valve is at A position, the compressed air blows the projectile into the launching section through the pressure reducing valve and the first throttle valve. When the hand-operated valve returns to the middle N position from the A position, the compressed air of the filling section is cut off; when the hand-operated valve is positioned at the B position, the compressed air closes the pneumatic ball valve through the pressure reducing valve and the second throttle valve, and the filling section is not communicated with the launching section. The manual valve is kept at the B position, the mechanical valve is pressed down to compress air to enter the launching section through the air pipe and the air pipe joint, and the projectile is blown into the filter stick conveying pipe by the compressed air to clean the conveying pipe. The pressure gauge is arranged on the launching section and can monitor the air pressure in the pipe and judge whether the cleaning bomb blocks the conveying pipe or not. When the hand-operated valve returns to the middle N position from the B position, the transmitting section and the pneumatic ball valve compress air to be cut off, the pneumatic ball valve automatically returns to the original position under the action of the spring force and is in a normally open state.
The device has two kinds of use, and mode one is: a hose connecting joint and a filter stick conveying pipe inlet are used, a receiving box is connected to the outlet side of the conveying pipe, and a single conveying pipe is cleaned; the second method is as follows: connecting two adjacent conveying pipes of the filter stick launcher by using hoses, connecting a joint and a conveying pipe inlet by using a second hose, connecting a joint and a second conveying pipe by using a third hose, and ejecting a projectile through the joint, returning to the joint through the two filter stick conveying pipes and entering a recovery box. The invention has two working modes, one is single-tube cleaning, and the other is two-tube cleaning simultaneously.
The method has simple and reliable operation through a pneumatic system, the cleaning projectile is quickly installed and launched and can be fully attached to the inner wall of the pipeline for cleaning, the cleaning efficiency is high, and the method is suitable for production and application.
Compared with the prior art, the cleaning medium adopted by the invention is a cylindrical high-density sponge projectile, the material of the cleaning medium is polyurethane, the diameter of the cleaning medium is larger than the inner diameter of the filter stick conveying pipeline, the high-density sponge projectile is in overall contact with the inner wall of the conveying pipeline and moves forwards and rotates in the conveying pipeline at a high speed, and the rough outer surface of the cleaning medium is used for cleaning the inner wall of the conveying pipeline comprehensively; the cleaning medium adopted by the invention can deform under stress, the diameter of the cleaning medium is larger than the inner diameter of the filter stick conveying pipeline, and a radial acting force is applied to the pipeline wall when the cleaning medium is in the pipeline, so that the cleaning effect on the pipeline inner wall is better; the cleaning medium adopted by the invention can deform under stress, is not limited by the bending degree of the pipeline, and can easily pass through the bent pipe section. The pipe can be in overall contact with the pipe wall when passing through the bent pipe section, so that the cleaning effect of the bent pipe section is ensured; the cleaning medium adopted by the invention has high density and high elasticity and light weight, and can not damage the inner wall of the conveying pipe when the inner wall of the conveying pipe runs; the special receiving box is adopted to recover the cleaning projectile and the glue dirt, and the cleaning projectile cannot cause injury to a user when being ejected from the conveying pipe; the compressed air is adopted to push the high-density sponge bomb, so that the method is convenient and quick, no additional cleaning medium is needed, and secondary pollution can not be caused even if leakage exists at the joint of the conveying pipe; the invention adopts a special pneumatic launching device, and can simply, conveniently, quickly and continuously launch and recover the cylindrical cleaning bomb; the invention can clean two pipelines simultaneously, and the cylindrical cleaning bullet enters the recovery box for recovery; the invention is provided with the pressure gauge on the launching tube, and the pressure in the tube can be monitored to judge whether the cleaning bomb blocks the conveying pipe; the box body of the invention is divided into three areas, can be used for separately placing tools, cleaned glue stains and cleaned projectiles, and is convenient to use; the invention is a movable device, which can move freely according to the requirement; the left side plate and the right side plate are made of organic glass, so that the internal condition of the box body can be observed conveniently.
It is to be understood that the scope of the present invention is not to be limited to the non-limiting embodiments, which are illustrated as examples only. The essential protection sought herein is further defined in the scope provided by the independent claims, as well as in the claims dependent thereon.
Claims (10)
1. A pneumatic cleaning device for a filter rod emitter tube, comprising: a cleaning medium driven by a pneumatic system, characterized by:
the device also comprises a filling and launching device which is in driving connection with the pneumatic system, wherein the filling and launching device is provided with a front connector connected with a filter stick conveying pipe, the filling and launching device is tubular and is provided with an inner cavity for containing the cleaning medium along the axis of the filling and launching device, and the cleaning medium is a cleaning projectile driven by gas along the inner cavity; and is
The cleaning projectile is a cylindrical high-density sponge projectile, the diameter of the cleaning projectile is larger than the inner diameter of the filter rod conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface of the cleaning projectile is extruded and deformed by the radial acting force of the inner wall of the filter rod conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface and the inner wall are completely attached, abutted and contacted, and the cleaning projectile rotates at a high speed and advances along the inner wall through the loading and launching device.
2. A filter rod emitter tube pneumatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the high-density sponge projectile is made of polyurethane and has a rough outer cylindrical surface, and the filter stick conveying pipe comprises a bent pipe part and a straight pipe part.
3. A filter rod emitter tube pneumatic cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning projectile has a plurality and is sequentially arranged along the inner cavity.

A pneumatic cleaning device for a filter rod emitter tube according to claim 4, wherein: the outer surface of the loading section is provided with a cover plate which is rotatably connected around a pin shaft, the diameter of an inlet of the launching section and the diameter of an aperture of the loading section are both larger than the diameter of the cleaning projectile, the aperture of the loading section is smaller than that of the pneumatic ball valve, and the aperture of the pneumatic ball valve is smaller than that of the inlet of the launching section; the entrance aperture of the emission section is larger than the exit aperture.
6. A pneumatic cleaning device for a filter rod emitter tube according to claim 5, wherein: the box body comprises a recovery box, a tool box and a shooting box;
the recovery box is provided with an input joint, the cleaning projectile and the cleaned glue dirt enter the recovery box through the input joint, the tool box is provided with a connecting hose and tools, and the shooting box is provided with the cleaning projectile for cleaning;
the filling and launching device is fixedly installed on a side plate of the tool box through bolts, and the pneumatic system is installed on the box body and comprises: the pneumatic control component is connected with the first throttling valve, the second throttling valve and the air pipe joint of the filling and launching device.

9. A method of pneumatically cleaning a filter rod launch tube comprising: providing a pneumatic system and a cleaning medium driven thereby, characterized in that: it still includes:
providing a charge launcher in driving connection with the pneumatic system, wherein the cleaning medium is a cleaning projectile driven by gas along an inner cavity of the charge launcher, the cleaning projectile is a cylindrical high-density sponge projectile, and the diameter of the cleaning projectile is larger than the inner diameter of the filter rod conveying pipe;
connecting a front connector of the charge launcher to a filter rod transfer tube, activating the pneumatic system and launching the cleaning projectile through the charge launcher into the filter rod transfer tube;
the outer cylindrical surface of the cleaning projectile is extruded and deformed by the radial acting force of the inner wall of the filter stick conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface is completely attached to the inner wall and abutted to the inner wall, and the cleaning projectile rotates at high speed along the inner wall through the loading and launching device and advances and finishes cleaning.
10. A method for pneumatically cleaning a filter rod emitter tube according to claim 9, wherein:
the charge emission device includes: the pneumatic ball valve is connected with a second throttling valve, the rear part of the filling section is connected with a first throttling valve, and the rear part of the launching section is connected with a gas pipe joint;

the pneumatic system controls the first throttle valve to blow the clean projectile from the loading section into the launching section;
the pneumatic system closes the pneumatic ball valve through the second throttle valve to form the charging section and the launching section closed;
the pneumatic system provides driving gas to the launch section through the air tube connection to drive the cleaning projectile in the direction of the front connection of the charge launcher.
