The pneumatic ball valve is a single-action normally open pneumatic ball valve, when the pneumatic ball valve is connected, the pneumatic ball valve closes the channel, the loading section and the launching section are disconnected, and air is compressed through the air pipe joint to blow the projectile into the filter rod conveying pipe.
The pneumatic control system is used for controlling the operation of all pneumatic elements of the application and mainly comprises a hand-rotating valve, a mechanical valve, a pressure reducing valve, a throttle valve, a pneumatic ball valve, an air pipe and an air pipe joint. The external compressed air is connected through the connector, when the three-position four-way manual rotary valve is positioned at the middle N position, the pneumatic control system is closed, the pneumatic ball valve is positioned at the normally open position, and the filling section is communicated with the transmitting section; when the hand-operated valve is in position A, compressed air passes through the pressure reducing valve and the first throttle valve to blow the projectile placed in the loading section into the launching section. When the hand-rotating valve returns to the middle N position from the A position, compressed air in the filling section is turned off; when the hand-rotating valve is positioned at the position B, compressed air closes the pneumatic ball valve through the pressure reducing valve and the second throttle valve, and the filling section is not communicated with the transmitting section. The hand-turning valve is kept at the B position, compressed air enters the launching section through the air pipe and the air pipe joint by pressing the mechanical valve, and the projectile is blown into the filter rod conveying pipe by the compressed air to clean the conveying pipe. The transmitting section is provided with a pressure gauge which can monitor the air pressure in the pipe and judge whether the cleaning bullet blocks the conveying pipe. When the hand-rotating valve returns to the middle N position from the B position, the compressed air of the transmitting section and the pneumatic ball valve is turned off, and the pneumatic ball valve automatically returns to the normally open state under the action of the spring force.
The device has two use modes, one is: a hose connecting joint and a filter rod conveying pipe inlet are used, a receiving box is connected to the outlet side of the conveying pipe, and a single conveying pipe is cleaned; the second mode is as follows: two adjacent conveying pipes of the filter stick transmitter are connected through hoses, a second hose connecting joint and a conveying pipe inlet are used, a third hose connecting joint and a second conveying pipe are used, projectiles are ejected through the joints, and the projectiles return to the joints through the two filter stick conveying pipes and enter the recovery box. The application has two working modes, one is single-tube cleaning and the other is two-tube cleaning.
The method is simple and reliable to operate through the pneumatic system, the cleaning projectile is quickly installed and launched and can be fully attached to the inner wall of the pipeline for cleaning, the cleaning efficiency is high, and the method is suitable for production and application.
Compared with the prior art, the cleaning medium adopted by the application is a cylindrical high-density sponge projectile, the material of the cleaning medium is polyurethane, the diameter of the cleaning medium is larger than the inner diameter of a filter rod conveying pipeline, the high-density sponge projectile is in full contact with the inner wall of the conveying pipe, and the cleaning medium advances and rotates at a high speed in the conveying pipe, and the rough outer surface of the cleaning medium is used for fully cleaning the inner wall of the conveying pipe; the cleaning medium adopted by the application can deform under the stress, the diameter of the cleaning medium is larger than the inner diameter of the filter stick conveying pipeline, the pipeline wall has radial acting force when the cleaning medium is in the pipeline, and the cleaning effect on the pipeline inner wall is better; the cleaning medium adopted by the application can deform under the stress, is not limited by the bending degree of the pipeline, and is easy to pass through the bent pipe section. The pipe wall can be fully contacted with the pipe wall when passing through the pipe bending section, so that the cleaning effect of the pipe bending section is ensured; the cleaning medium adopted by the application has high density and high elasticity, is light in weight, and does not damage the inner wall of the conveying pipe when the inner wall of the conveying pipe runs; the special receiving box is adopted to recycle the cleaning projectile and the glue dirt, so that the cleaning projectile can not cause injury to a user when being ejected from the conveying pipe; the application adopts compressed air to push the high-density sponge bullet, is convenient and quick, does not need to use extra cleaning medium, and does not cause secondary pollution even if the joint of the conveying pipe is leaked; the application adopts a special pneumatic launching device, and can simply, conveniently, rapidly and continuously launch and recycle the cylinder cleaning bullet; the application can clean two paths of conveying pipes at the same time, and the cylindrical cleaning bullet enters the recovery box for recovery; the pressure gauge is arranged on the transmitting tube, so that the air pressure in the tube can be monitored, and whether the cleaning bullet blocks the conveying tube or not can be judged; the box body is divided into three areas, tools, clean glue dirt and clean projectiles can be placed in a partitioned mode, and the box is convenient to use; the application relates to a movable device which can freely move according to the requirement; the left side plate and the right side plate are made of organic glass, so that the inside condition of the box body can be conveniently observed.

Claims (4)

1. A filter rod emitter tube pneumatic cleaning device, comprising: a cleaning medium driven by a pneumatic system, characterized in that:
the device also comprises a loading and launching device which is in driving connection with the pneumatic system, wherein the loading and launching device is provided with a front joint which is connected with a filter rod conveying pipe pipeline, the loading and launching device is tubular and is provided with an inner cavity for containing the cleaning medium along the axis of the loading and launching device, and the cleaning medium is a cleaning projectile which is driven by gas along the inner cavity; and is also provided with
The cleaning projectile is a cylindrical high-density sponge projectile, the diameter of the cleaning projectile is larger than the inner diameter of the filter rod conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface of the cleaning projectile is extruded and deformed by the radial acting force of the inner wall of the filter rod conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface is fully attached to, abutted against and contacted with the inner wall, and the cleaning projectile rotates and advances along the inner wall at a high speed through the loading and launching device;
the high-density sponge projectile is made of polyurethane and has a rough outer cylindrical surface, and the filter rod conveying pipe comprises a bent pipe part and a straight pipe part;
the cleaning projectile has a plurality of cleaning projectiles and is arranged along the inner cavity in sequence;
the priming emitting device includes: the pneumatic ball valve is positioned between the filling section and the front strip-shaped tubular emission section and controls the opening and closing of the air paths of the filling section and the front strip-shaped tubular emission section, and is connected with a second throttle valve; and
the rear part of the loading section is connected with a first throttle valve for driving the cleaning projectile to enter the launching section through gas, the rear part of the launching section is connected with a gas pipe joint for driving the cleaning projectile to be launched along the launching section, accelerated and ejected from the front joint through gas, and a pressure gauge is further arranged on the launching section;
the box body comprises a recovery box, a tool box and a shooting box;
the recovery box is provided with an input connector, the cleaning projectile and the clean scale enter the recovery box through the input connector, the tool box is provided with a connecting hose and tools, and the cleaning projectile for cleaning is arranged in the projectile box;
the filling and transmitting device is fixedly installed on a side plate of the tool box through bolts, and the pneumatic system is installed on the box body and comprises: the air source interface is connected with an external air source, and the air control component is connected with the first throttle valve, the second throttle valve and the air pipe joint of the filling and transmitting device;
the pneumatic control component includes: the hand-rotating valve is used for pneumatically controlling the first throttle valve and the second throttle valve, and the mechanical valve is used for pneumatically controlling the air pipe joint.

4. A method of pneumatically cleaning a filter rod launch tube using a filter rod launch tube pneumatic cleaning device of claim 1, comprising: providing a pneumatic system and its driven cleaning medium characterized by: it also includes:
providing a loading and launching device in driving connection with the pneumatic system, wherein the cleaning medium is a cleaning projectile which is driven by gas along the inner cavity of the loading and launching device, the cleaning projectile is a high-density sponge projectile which is in a cylinder shape, and the diameter of the cleaning projectile is larger than the inner diameter of the filter rod conveying pipe;
connecting the front connector of the loading and launching device to a filter rod delivery tube, activating the pneumatic system and launching the cleaning projectile through the loading and launching device into the filter rod delivery tube;
the outer cylindrical surface of the cleaning projectile is extruded and deformed by the radial acting force of the inner wall of the filter rod conveying pipe, the outer cylindrical surface is fully attached to, abutted against and contacted with the inner wall, and the cleaning projectile automatically rotates and advances along the inner wall at a high speed through the loading and launching device to finish cleaning;
the priming emitting device includes: the pneumatic ball valve is connected with a second throttle valve, the rear part of the filling section is connected with a first throttle valve, and the rear part of the transmitting section is connected with an air pipe joint;

the pneumatic system provides a driving gas to the launching section through the air connection to drive the cleaning projectile to be ejected in the direction of the front connection of the loading and launching device.
