Compared with the prior art, this ventilation valve with sealed effect of clearance function can clear up the debris in the space between the periphery of rotor plate 5 and the through-hole inner wall through clearance mechanism, avoids these debris to influence the sealing performance of equipment, moreover, make air cushion 9 stretch into the space between rotor plate 5 and the through-hole through sealing mechanism to make air cushion 9 expand through aerifing, fill the space, thereby guaranteed the good sealing performance of equipment, improved this ventilation valve's practicality.

The ventilation valve with the cleaning function and the sealing effect is characterized by comprising a pipeline (1), a processor (2), a first motor (3), a rotating shaft (4), a rotating plate (5), a fixed plate (6), a sealing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, wherein the processor (2) and the first motor (3) are fixed above the pipeline (1), a P L C is arranged in the processor (2), the first motor (3) is electrically connected with the P L C, the rotating shaft (4), the rotating plate (5), the fixed plate (6), the sealing mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are arranged in the pipeline (1), the periphery of the fixed plate (6) is fixed on the inner wall of the pipeline (1), a through hole is formed in the fixed plate (6), the rotating plate (5) is arranged in the through hole, the first motor (3) is in transmission connection with the rotating plate (5) through the rotating shaft (4), and the sealing mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are respectively located on two sides of the fixed plate (6);
the sealing mechanism comprises a translation assembly, a translation rod (7), an inflation assembly, a circular ring (8) and an air cushion (9), the translation assembly is located on one side, away from a fixing plate (6), of the translation rod (7), the inflation assembly is located on the other side of the translation rod (7), the translation assembly is in transmission connection with the translation rod (7), the air cushion (9) is fixed on one side, away from the inflation assembly, of the circular ring (8), the air cushion (9) is annular in shape, the inflation assembly comprises an inflation tube (10) and a plurality of connecting tubes (11), the inflation tube (10) is fixed on the translation rod (7), the connecting tubes (11) are circumferentially and uniformly distributed at one end, away from the translation rod (7), of the inflation tube (10), the inflation tube (10) is fixedly connected with the circular ring (8) through the connecting tubes (11), and the inflation tube (10) is communicated with the air cushion (9) through the connecting tubes (11), one end of the inflation tube (10) close to the translation rod (7) is provided with a plurality of ventilation ports, and an inflation unit is arranged in the inflation tube (10);
