First, the operator opens the first valve 232, the air in the air bag 14 is discharged into the exhaust pipe 15, further discharging into the L-shaped groove 191 to move the pressing plate 196 to the right into the vertical groove 197, then placing the data into the groove 6, closing the first valve 232, starting the driving motor 12 to rotate reversely, so that the cylinder 5 rotates forward to drive the L-shaped groove 191 to rotate forward, the pressing plate 196 moves leftward to fix the data, meanwhile, under the action of the second spring 237, the reverse rotation of the pinion 13 also drives the contact plate 231 to move left and right, the contact plate 231 moves left and right to drive the slide rod 236 to move left and right, the slide rod 236 moves left and right to drive the third piston 239 to move left and right, as the third piston 239 moves rightward, the third piston 239 draws air into the compression cylinder 238 through the hard tube 234, when the third piston 239 moves leftward, the third piston 239 pushes the air in the compression cylinder 238 into the intake pipe 21, and the air in the intake pipe 21 is discharged into the airbag 14. When required data are positively rotated to the upper part of the lower opening 7, an operator can open the second valve 27, air in the air bag 14 is discharged into the exhaust pipe 15, air in the exhaust pipe 15 is discharged into the hose 26, air in the hose 26 is discharged into the second through hole 28, air in the second through hole 28 is discharged into the L-shaped groove 191 through the second rubber ring 29, the pressing plate 196 is further made to move to loosen the data, the data fall out of the groove 6 through the lower opening 7, the second valve 27 is closed, and the data can be taken up for review. Therefore, the operator is not required to pull out the data, and the data abrasion is avoided.
