Background
With the implementation of the 'blue granary' strategy in China, the marine ranch becomes the focus of increasing attention. Mussels as popular seafood food have various eating modes, delicious taste, high nutritive value and high medicinal and dietetic efficacy, and are deeply popular with the masses. But because domestic mussel is bred and adopts relatively independent short rope at present, production efficiency is low, lacks effective linking, restricts the continuity of collection process, and degree of mechanization is not high. The present hierarchical mechanization degree of mussel size is on the low side, relies on the manual work to divide the seedling basically, and the operating efficiency is low, consumes a large amount of manpowers and time moreover, has often missed the best harvest time, causes the decline of mussel taste and the loss of fisherman's interest.
Therefore, how to use automated equipment to replace manual work in the mussel culture process improves labor productivity, degree of mechanization and seedling separation quality, and realizes high-efficiency and high-quality seedling separation operation becomes a problem that needs to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a mussel grading device and a grading method.
A mussel grading apparatus comprising:
a frame;
the feeding unit is arranged at the upper part of the front end of the rack and used for conveying the mussels to the grading unit;
the grading unit comprises a first power source and first to N-th-stage rollers, the first to N-th-stage rollers are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the rack, first to N-th-stage grading holes are respectively formed in the first to N-th-stage rollers, the diameters of the first to N-th-stage grading holes are sequentially increased from left to right along the length direction of the rack, mussels enter the corresponding first to N-stage rollers through the first to N-th-stage grading holes for grading, and the first power source is used for driving the first to N-stage rollers to rotate in the same direction;

Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mussel grading device, including a rack 1, a feeding unit 2, a grading unit 3, and a discharging unit 4, where the rack 1 is mainly used to carry the feeding unit 2 and the grading unit 3, the feeding unit 2 is mainly used to convey mussels to the grading unit 3, the grading unit 3 is mainly used to grade the mussels, and the discharging unit 4 is mainly used to output the graded mussels to the outside.
Specifically, the frame 1 may be fixedly mounted on a deck, on the ground, or the like. The frame 1 in this embodiment includes a front frame and a rear frame, the front frame is mainly connected to the feeding unit 2, and the rear frame is mainly connected to the classifying unit 3 and the discharging unit 4.
Further, a feeding unit 2 is arranged at the upper part of the front end of the rack 1, and the feeding unit 2 is used for conveying the mussels to a grading unit 3; in an embodiment of the present invention, the feeding unit 2 includes a second power source 21 and a plurality of sliding rods 22, the second power source 21 is fixed on the rack 1, the plurality of sliding rods 22 are arranged in parallel in the same plane, and the second power source 21 can drive the plurality of sliding rods 22 to rotate in the same direction. In this embodiment, the second power source 21 includes a second stepping motor 211 and a second pulley 212, the second stepping motor 211 is fixedly connected to the frame 1, the second pulley 212 is mounted on the slide bar 22, and the second stepping motor 211 can drive the second pulley 212 to rotate. Specifically, the second stepping motor 211 may be connected to a transmission case, the transmission case drives the second belt wheel 212 to rotate through a belt, and the second belt wheel 212 drives the corresponding slide rod 22 to rotate, so as to convey the mussel to the classification unit 3.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the classifying unit 3 includes a first power source 301 and first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N), the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N) are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the rack 1, and first to nth-stage classifying holes (311-3N1) are respectively provided on the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N), diameters of the first to nth-stage classifying holes (311-3N1) sequentially increase from left to right along the length direction of the rack 1, and mussels enter the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N) through the first to nth-stage classifying holes (311-3N1) to be classified, respectively, wherein the first power source 301 is configured to drive the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N) to rotate in the same direction. In this embodiment, the first power source 301 includes a first stepping motor 3011 and a first pulley 3012, the first stepping motor 3011 may be connected to a transmission, and the transmission drives the first pulley 3012 to rotate through belt transmission, so as to drive the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N) to rotate, respectively.
In the present invention, the first to nth rollers (31-3N) have the same structure, and the first roller 31 includes two identical roller bodies, and the two roller bodies are distributed in parallel. Optionally, the discharging unit 4 comprises a material receiving plate 41, which is obliquely arranged in the first to nth stage rollers (31-3N) so that the mussels slide out of the first to nth stage rollers (31-3N) along the material receiving plate 41. And in order to collect the classified mussels, a material receiving bag is arranged at the outlet of the material receiving plate 41.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a water pipe 5 is disposed above the classifying unit 3, and water spraying holes are disposed on a side wall of the water pipe 5, and correspond to the first to nth-stage rollers (31-3N). Water pipe 5 sprays water through the hole for water spraying at mussel hierarchical in-process, and it can play the lubricated effect of buffering, prevents that mussel from taking place the damage with other spare parts in hierarchical in-process.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the mussel grading device further includes a platform controller 6, and the platform controller 6 is provided with a start button 61, a stop button 62 and an emergency stop button 63, which are used for controlling the start and stop of the mussel grading device. According to the mussel grading device and the grading method, mussels are conveyed to the grading unit 3 through the feeding unit 2, the first power source 301 of the grading unit 3 drives the first-to-Nth-level rollers (31-3N) to rotate in the same direction, so that the mussels of different sizes sequentially enter the first-to-Nth-level rollers (31-3N) through the first-to-Nth-level grading holes (311-3N1) respectively, and the automatic grading of the mussels is finally completed.
