解决现有电动机体形大、重量大、动能损耗大、启动和制动时间长、机体内部发热和只有一个传动轮的问题。其特征是:1、内转子空心电动机,内转子的转轴部位成空心圆筒状,在空心圆筒内壁上,向轴心方向焊接或连接内螺旋叶片。2、内转子空心圆筒两端安装转子压片及密封轴承,空心圆筒两端超出转子压片的部位,是动力输出传动轮。3、外转子空心电动机,外转子外沿中间部位成为动力输出传动轮,外转子压片外沿超出外转子外沿,超出部分成螺旋扇叶形状。4、内定子中心部位成空心圆筒状,空心圆筒内壁上设置内散热片,两端超出转子压片内的密封轴承,超出部分连接固定机座和电源接线盒。

本发明是一种空心节能电动机。
背景技术:
1、现有的内转子电动机,动力发力点在定子与转子之间,动力传动都是从内转子旋转发力点向中心轴旋转传送,再从中心轴向传动轮外沿传送,向外传送过程中存在着从轴心到传动轮边沿的力臂动力损耗,传动轮直径越大,动力传送的损耗也越大,中心轴受到的扭力就越大,对中心轴生产材料的品质要求也越高。
2、现有电动机的散热系统,是在电动机一端的中心轴上安装螺旋扇叶,在金属机体外壳上设置散热导流槽,中心轴旋转,带动螺旋扇叶旋转作功而产生风力,在导流罩的作用下,用风力对电机外壳上的导流散热槽进行散热,设置机体散热导游槽,增加了机体材料也增大了机体体积和重量,却不能解决电动机内部发热的问题。
3、使用中心轴上安装螺旋扇叶散热,使电动机只能设置一个传动轮,失去了另一端进行动力传送的功能。
4、内转子采用实心轴设计,内转子使用材料多、质量大,启动功耗大,启动和制动时间长。
发明内容:
1、内转子空心电动机,内转子中心部位成空心圆筒形状,在空心圆筒内壁上,向轴心方向焊接或连接内螺旋叶片。
2、内转子空心圆筒两端伸出转子压片内套装的密封轴承,两端伸出部分构成空心传动轮。
3、外转子空心电动机,外转子外沿中间部位成为动力传动轮,外转子压片外沿超出外转子外沿,超出部分呈螺旋扇叶形状,形成外散热叶片。
4、内定子中心部位呈空心圆筒状,空心圆筒内壁上设置内散热片,两端超出转子压片内的密封轴承,超出部分连接固定机座和安装电源接线盒。

具体实施方式
1、内转子空心电动机运行时,内转子空心圆筒(7)旋转,带动内壁上的内螺旋叶片(6)旋转,产生对空气的挤压力,推动空气在空心圆筒(7)内快速流动,在散热导流罩(8)的作用下,形成散热气流,对机体内部和外部进行散热。
2、内转子空心电动机旋转,内转子空心圆筒(7)两端伸出转子压片(3)的部分作为动力输出的空心传动轮(2)向外传送动力。
3、外转子电动机运行时,外转子旋转成为动力传动轮(10),两端的外散热叶片(9)与内定子空心筒内的散热片(11)同时散热。

1.内转子空心电动机,其特征是:内转子的转轴部位呈空心圆筒形状,空心圆筒内壁上,焊接或连接内螺旋叶片。
2.内转子空心电动机,其特征是:内转子空心圆筒两端安装转子压片及密封轴承,空心圆筒两端超出转子压片的部位,是动力输出传动轮。
3.外转子空心电动机,其特征是:外转子外沿中间部位成为动力输出传动轮,外转子压片外沿超出外转子外沿,超出部分呈螺旋扇叶形状,内定子呈空心圆筒形状,空心圆筒内壁上设置内散热片。
