技术领域
本发明涉及一种电接线连接件,具体地涉及一种被缚于一导电件的裸露端的绝缘的电接线连接件。
发明背景
本技术领域所涉及的绝缘电接线连接件具有与一束线端相连的接线端以连接电连接件的裸露端。其技术已为大家所熟知。例子可参见授予Dellale的美国专利Nos,5,118,313,Sindlinger的美国专利Nos,4,813,893,Loose的美国专利Nos.3,601,783以及Criminins的美国专利3,098,688等。这些接线连接器可具有多种接线端,例如:环型、叉型、销型或平插头座。这种接线连接器的几个理想的特性应包括电线裸露端可方便地插入束线端,简单、有效的束缚以通过同时缚牢绝缘部分和电线的裸露端面减小应力,制造简单以及连接件在绝缘外壳内的牢固安置。
为了获得减缓应力的束缚,必须同时缚住用于电连接的电线的裸露端和用于减缓应力的电线的绝缘部分。绝缘部分需要一较大直径的束线棒。然而,如果整个束线棒的直径都做得较大,将更可能出现无效的束缚。另外,若在电线裸露端用一较小直径的束线棒将有助于电线的定向和对中。先前的一些连接件采用由多部件部组成的束缚装置,例如较小的内套,它们的使用和制造都较复杂。
同样地,现有技术的电接线连接件采用了由几部分组成的接线连接件和其它较为复杂的用于牢固地将连接件安置于外壳中的装置。这些已有技术的措施包括折叠或弯曲操作以及化学粘结方法。然而,化学物品的使用是不理想的,并且没有一种其它现有技术的接线连接件能够达到以上的所有特性。所以,仍然需要对现有技术作出在本发明中所得到的改进。
发明的概述
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种改进的电接线连接件。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有一改进的电线入口端的绝缘电接线连接件。
本发明的又一个目的在于提供一种牢固地位于其绝缘外壳内的绝缘的电接线连接件。
本发明的其它目的和特点将通过以下详细的描述变得更明了。

较佳实施例的描述
本发明的完全绝缘的电接线连接件在图1-3中由标号10指出。该电连接件由一涂层或不涂层的黄铜带通过一冲压工艺制成。该连接件包括一束线部分12和一连接部分20。束线部分12制成为具有圆柱形束棒14,具有一向外张开的电线入口端16和一向外张开连接端18。一由热塑材料制成的绝缘外壳套24部分或全部地盖住金属连接件。连接部分20一体地连接到连接端18的束线部分并从其上伸出。电接线连接件被插入一绝缘外壳套24的前端,直至可由形成在壳套24的后端的内部上的挡肩28阻止其作进一步的运动。束线棒14的钟形漏斗式进口16和连接端18与绝缘外壳套24形成压配合从而将电连接件牢固定位在壳套24中以防止连接件滑动或作不必要的运动。在提供这种改进的安置方式的同时使束线棒14保持一较小直径以加强与要被连接的电线15的裸露端的电连接。
绝缘外壳24的漏斗形入口26形成漏斗形滑道,它斜入外壳24中直至到达挡肩28。挡肩28形成于围绕壳套24的内部以具有一与导入漏斗形入口16的束线棒14的壁厚基本相等的深度以提供不妨碍要被插入的电线15裸露端的通道。束线棒14的较小直径也使电线15的裸露端定向和对中,这样裸露端15插入时可较方便地贴近形成于连接部分20上的电线挡肩22。另外,束线棒14的向外扩张入口16形成一较大直径的颈部,可对一电线15的绝缘部分提供所需的减缓应力的束缚。
图4-5示出根据本发明的一部分绝缘的连接件30实施例。该连接件包括导入束线棒部分32的绝缘壳套44的漏斗形通道46以形成一不妨碍电线裸露端的电线入口。壳套44盖住整个束线棒部分32,该部分同时延伸过漏斗式电线入口36和漏斗式连接端38。这使得漏斗式开口压配在壳44中以形成连接件在壳套44中较牢固的定位。
图6-7示出了根据本发明的一部分绝缘的连接件50的第三个实施例。这一连接件是一环式连接件并也包括绝缘壳套64的漏斗式通道66,导入束线棒部分52以形成一不妨碍电线裸露端的电线入口。壳套64盖住整个束线棒部分52,该部分同时延伸过漏斗式电线入口56和漏斗式连接端58。这同样可产生连接件在壳套64中的较牢固的定位。

Claims (12)

1.一种用来束缚到一导电体的裸露端的绝缘的电接线连接件,包括:
一整体式的电线束缚部分,被制成为具有一漏斗式电线入口和一漏斗式连接端的束线棒;
一连接部分,一体地连接到所述束线棒的连接端;以及,
一绝缘壳套,至少盖住所述电线束缚部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其束线棒的漏斗式入口和漏斗式连接端为钟型漏斗形。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其壳套包括一制成为漏斗形的通道以引入束线棒的电线入口。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其连接部分制成为用来容纳一平插头的插座。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其绝缘壳套从束缚部分的电线入口延伸过整个连接部分以盖住所述电连接件。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接件,其特征在于,所述连接部分形成为一环形连接件。
7.一用来配合一平插头的电连接件,包括:
一电线束缚部分,制成为一束线棒,具有包括一漏斗式入口部分和一连接端的电线入口;
一连接部分,一体地连接到束线棒的连接端;以及,
一绝缘壳套,至少盖住电线束缚部分并包括一漏斗式通道以斜入所述壳直至到达一内部挡肩。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其挡肩具有一与束线棒的壁厚基本相同的深度。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其连接端是向外扩张的。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其漏斗式入口部分和漏斗式连接端都是钟型漏斗形。
11.如权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其连接部分为一用来容纳一平插头的插座端。
12.如权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于,其连接部分为一环形连接件。
