背景技术
在对患者的医疗护理或人类、动物或植物领域的研究工作的背景下,通常采集组织或细胞样品以进行组织学和/或分子分析,其目的可能是也可能不是为了准备诊断。
为了能够在显微镜下完美地观察被分析的细胞或组织结构,此类样品需要包括不同步骤的预先准备。

可以进一步提供安装在所述设备的空腔中的至少一个风扇,以便主动排出福尔马林蒸气,福尔马林蒸气有阻止读取编码数据的风险。
根据本发明,用于读取编码数据的装置可以包括光扫描仪和/或RFID类型的无线电扫描仪。

具体实施方式
参照这些附图,在所示的变型实施例中,根据本发明的设备产品1包括通用容器2,该通用容器2被设计成能够容纳用于内含物盒3的不同类型的筐20、21、22。通常,筐20、21、22设置有用于使样品脱水的“组织处理器”,并且具有其形状可以从一个筐模型到另一个筐模型而有所不同。简而言之,筐的形状由它们的制造商限定,并且例如可以对应于半月形(参照图1A),梯形(参照图1B),平行六面体形状(参照图1C),或使得有可能以顺序方式存储多个内含物盒3的任何其他形状。如图1A至图1C中所示,后者通常被放置在筐20、21、22所包括的单独的壳体中,从而使得它们的设置有编码识别数据31的面30是可见的并且优选地朝向上方取向。
参照图2,在本发明的上下文中已经设想将容器2设计成使得其包括具有不同形状的不同隔室,每个隔室专用于接收具有给定结构或形状的筐20、21、22。因此,在图2中所示的示例中,容器2采取板的形状,其底部优选具有多个孔18,包括三个分别专用于接收平行六面体形状的筐22、梯形的筐21和半月形的筐20的隔室10、11、12。接收区域10和11重叠;当然,这样的容器不能同时容纳平行六面体的筐22和梯形的筐21。相反,它完美地适合于同时接收平行六面体的筐22或梯形的筐21和半月形的筐20。换言之,视情况而定,这种容器2可容纳单个筐10或11或12,或两个筐10和12或11和12。当然,还可以设置除所示示例的容器2所包括的隔室布置之外的隔室布置。
此外,设备产品1还包括用于读取贴附在盒3上的编码数据的设备4,所述盒3放置在放置于容器2中的至少一个筐20、21、22中。更具体地,设备4由底部、周壁6和上壁7界定。其设有至少一个开口8,用于通向至少一个内部空腔9,该内部空腔9被配置成容纳容器2并且配备有用于读取编码数据的装置13,例如光扫描仪或“RFID”类型的无线电扫描仪。用于对通过读取装置13读取的数据进行计算机化处理的装置,诸如包括屏幕15和键盘16的计算机14,也通过有线或无线连接17连接到设备4。
在所示的变型实施例中,读取设备4还配备有用于检测至少一个筐20、21、22在容器2中存在的装置(未示出),并且被设计为能够将相应的信息发送至用于控制用于读取编码数据31的装置的装置。简而言之,这种特征使得在简单地检测到给定隔室中筐的存在之后,可以自动地进行编程,从而读取装置使得它们能够适当地读取识别数据31,识别数据31贴附在视情况而定放置在半月形筐20中或梯形筐21中或平行六面体筐22中的内含物盒3上。由于这种结构,设备产品1使得能够自动读取内含物盒3所包括的编码数据31,并在单个步骤中同时验证一个或两个筐20、21或22的所有内容物,而无需考虑这种筐的常规形状。
此外,在所示的变型实施例中,设备4的周壁6包括两个相对的壁,两个相对的壁设置有导轨,每个导轨与设备4的底部5形成角度α,角度α优选地包括在10°至80°之间(包括10°和80°),并且被设计为能够与由容器2所包括的载玻片合作。这种结构有利于福尔马林的任何流动,通过容器2的孔口18仍可以用福尔马林浸渍内含物盒3所包含的生物样品。模制以搁置在设备4的底部5上的可移除托盘19进一步使得有可能回收和排放从容器4流出的任何液体,从而避免有毒产品在设备4中的停滞,并有利于编码数据31的适当读取。
在这方面,应当指出的是为了延长设备4的寿命并有利于适当地读取编码数据31,在空腔9中安装至少一个风扇23,而用于读取编码数据的装置13优选地被配置成承受潮湿和潜在腐蚀性的气氛。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于可对生物样品进行追溯性的设备产品(1),该生物样品被放置在设有为编码数据(31)形式的识别信息并且旨在彼此相邻地被存储在布置在筐(20,21,22)内的壳体中的内含物盒(3)中,筐(20,21,22)的常规形状从一个筐到另一个筐可有所不同,所述设备产品包括:
-至少一个容器(2),设计成能够容纳至少一个筐(20,21,22);
-至少一个用于读取贴附在盒(3)上的编码数据(31)的设备(4),所述盒(3)布置在放置于容器(2)中的至少一个筐(20,21,22)中,所述设备(4)由底部(5)、周壁(6)和上壁(7)界定并设有至少一个开口(8)以通向至少一个内部空腔(9),所述内部空腔(9)配置成容纳所述容器(2)并配备有用于读取编码数据(31)的装置(13);
-用于对由读取装置(13)读取的数据进行计算机处理的装置(14);以及
-用于识别放置在容器(2)中的筐(20,21,22)的形状的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于,所述容器(2)被分成具有不同形状的若干个隔室(10,11,12),每个隔室(10,11,12)被配置成接收给定形状的筐(20,21,22),而读取设备(4)配备有检测装置,所述检测装置能够检测筐(20,21,22)在所述容器(4)的至少一个所述隔室(10,11,12)中的存在,或者如果适用能够检测在所述容器(4)的至少一个所述隔室(10,11,12)中不存在筐(20,21,22),并将相应的信息发送到用于控制用于读取编码数据(31)的装置(13)的装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于容器(2)的底部是开放式的。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于该设备(4)的空腔包括用于容器(2)的支撑装置,该支撑装置被模制为允许该容器(2)的底部相对于该设备(4)的底部(5)倾斜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于该设备(4)的周壁(6)包括两个相对的壁,该两个相对的壁设有导轨,每个导轨与该设备(4)的底部(5)形成一个角度α并且设计成能够与由所述容器(2)所包括的载玻片合作。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于该角度α包括在10°和80°之间,包括10°和80°。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于设备(4)包括模制成搁置在其底部(5)上的可移动托盘。
8.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于所述读取设备(4)的用于读取编码数据(31)的装置(13)被设计为能够承受潮湿的气氛。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于所述设备(4)装配有安装在所述空腔(9)中的至少一个风扇(23)。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备产品(1),其特征在于用于读取编码数据(31)的装置(13)由光扫描仪和/或RFID类型的无线电扫描仪限定。
