Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗氧化的生物油的生产方法,该方法包括:从垃圾高温蒸馏处理得到的生物油获得多酚提取物,将该多酚提取物加入到该高温蒸馏处理自身获得的经提质的生物油中,从而获得具有良好氧化安定性的生物油。

技术领域
本发明属于废物资源化利用技术领域,涉及一种抗氧化的生物油的生产方法,特别涉及一种抗氧化的生物油的生产方法,更特别涉及一种添加有衍生自同一工艺的酚类抗氧化剂的生物油制备方法。
背景技术
氧化安定性(抗氧化性)是生物油的一个非常重要的指标。与传统化石燃料相比,生物油由于自身的成分特点,氧化安定性较差。如何提高其抗氧化性,通常都是通过添加抗氧化添加剂来实现的。
酚类抗氧化剂是一类具有一定空间阻碍的酚类化合物,它们的抗热氧化效果显著,稳定性好,不会污染制品,受到广泛关注和应用。相比之下,传统的芳胺类抗氧化剂有毒,在颜色方面会产生污染,与很多基础物例如聚烯烃的相容性较差,将逐步被受阻酚类抗氧化剂所取代。另外,由于酚类抗氧化剂由于邻位和对位含有烷基和给电子取代基,所以酚类抗氧化剂的效能显著提高。这类抗氧化剂主要用在塑料、合成纤维、乳胶、石油制品、食品、药物和化妆品中。
随着经济快速发展,城市化进程持续加快,使得城市的数量和城市的规模也不断地发生变化,发生膨胀,由于城市中的居住人口和城市面积急剧增大,城市生活垃圾总量随之大幅度增加。目前的垃圾处理主要是焚烧处理。近年来,将垃圾进行蒸馏或气化以获得高价值的燃料和其它副产物的研究受到关注。
目前的酚类抗氧化剂基本都是通过合成或天然产物提取方法获得,成本比较高。本发明人在垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理中发现,生物油产物中含有较高量的酚类物质,特别是受阻酚类物质,如果能够将这些酚类进行提取,可可以用作高价值的抗氧化剂,会极大地提高垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理的经济效益。
CN105585454A公开了一种受阻双酚型抗氧化剂的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:向反应容器中加入2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和催化剂,每1mol的2,6-二叔丁基苯酚加入3-8mL催化剂,在40-60℃温度条件下搅拌至熔融状,加入甲醛溶液,甲醛与2,6-二叔丁基苯酚的摩尔比为1:2.0-2.2,添加完成后升温至60-80℃,反应2-5小时,进行抽滤,用40-50℃的热水水洗3-5次,滤饼真空干燥,对粗产物重结晶,每1g粗产物加入0.5-5mL重结晶溶剂,经真空干燥,得到黄色针状晶体。

CN103709438A公开了一种双酚类抗氧化剂,的合成方法,包括步骤:1)对甲酚与烷基酰氯在催化剂的催化下,进行酰化反应制备得到2-烷基酰基对甲酚;2)再将2-烷基酰基对甲酚进行还原得到2-烷基对甲酚;3)再将2-烷基酰基对甲酚通过亚甲基化反应制得产物。
CN101805245A公开了一种多取代受阻酚抗氧化剂合成方法,该方法采用叔胺和仲胺组合物为催化剂合成中间体产物,反应结束后,蒸出溶剂和催化剂,获得中间体粗产品,再将中间体在室温一次或分批加入到用含有机醚、硫酸和均三甲苯反应底物的卤代烷烃溶液中,合成多取代受阻酚抗氧化剂。
CN101475806A公开了一种以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八酯为单体的阻酚型抗氧化剂的制备方法,所使用的甲氧基碱金属催化剂甲醇溶液先利用滤孔孔径小于50微米的过滤装置滤除不溶物质后,再用于3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯与正十八醇为反应物的酯交换反应程序,由此程序可得到高转化率与低色相的3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八酯粗产物,然后再经过结晶、过滤与干燥等纯化程序,即可得高纯度与低色相的3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八酯产品。
CN101988001A公开了一种润滑脂抗氧添加剂,其由基础油;位阻酚;烷基琥珀酸衍生物;双亚水杨基丙二胺;烷基含磷酸酯和盐;环烷酸铅;硼酸金属盐;聚异丁烯组成。各组份的重量百分比为:位阻酚42-45%;烷基琥珀酸衍生物3-5%;双亚水杨基丙二胺3-5%;烷基含磷酸酯和盐6-8%;环烷酸铅4-6%;硼酸金属盐3-5%;聚异丁烯5-7%。
KR20110084323A公开了食物垃圾处理及生物油提取装置,其中将食物垃圾投入已有微生物投入的发酵干燥机及发酵室经24小时的发酵干燥及分解来减量,将干燥及分解的有机物利用粉碎机粉碎成小粒子,再将粉碎的粒子在蒸馏罐内低压环境下低温加热,分离排出经热分解气化的水蒸气、油,排出的气体在蒸馏塔被冷却液化后分离成水分和油,再将分离的油在真空储存罐收集后供应给离心分离器来精制。
在上述文献和其它现有技术中,生物柴油或化石燃料中的酚类抗氧化剂基本都是通过合成方法获得,成本比较高。另外,在垃圾的高温蒸馏炭化处理中,均未关注到其中酚类物质提取和利用。本发明人在垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理中发现,生物油产物油中含有较高量的酚类物质,特别是受阻酚类物质,将这些酚类有效地进行提取,可以有效用于对氧化安定性具有较高要求的同一工艺产生的生物油中,以有效替代目前的人工合成抗氧化剂,这种综合利用会显著提高垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理的经济效益。因此,本领域需要一种以综合利用方式获得抗氧化性强的生物油的方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明人经过深入和系统研究,充分结合垃圾高温蒸馏炭化得到的生物油的组成和其中的酚类物质(多酚)的抗氧化特点,结合生物油对抗氧化性的具体要求,同时对多酚提取方法和生物油提质进行了深入研究,提出了以下技术方案,从而以非常有效的资源化方式获得具有良好抗氧性的生物油。
在本发明的一方面,提供了一种从垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理得到的生物油和水的混合物获得多酚提取物,将多酚提取后的生物油进行提质和分离获得提质生物油,将所述多酚提取物加入到提质生物油中,从而获得抗氧化的生物油。
所述将多酚提取后的生物油进行提质优选为加氢提质。下文将进一步详细限定该加氢提质方法。
多酚提取物可以直接通过调合方式加入到提质生物油中;或者,通过将多酚提取物纳入到添加剂包中,再加入到提质生物油中。
优选地,基于生物油的总重量计,多酚提取物中的多酚化合物在生物油中的含量为0.01wt.%-0.2wt.%,优选0.02wt.%-0.05wt.%。
在现有的垃圾处理中,对处理过程产生的生物油基本均未关注到其中酚类物质及其提取,通常将其作为不期待的产物进行加氢脱氧处理,一方面是因为缺少对其中酚类化合物的结构与特性的详细研究,另一方面缺少针对酚类物质的产生对蒸馏炭化处理条件进行调节和选择。本发明人在垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理中发现,生物油产物油中含有较高量的酚类物质,特别是受阻酚类物质,将这些酚类有效地进行提取,能够有效地用作抗氧化剂,这样会极大地提高垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理的经济效益。
优选地,所述多酚包括酚类化合物和/或其低聚物。
所述酚类化合物包括下式(I)~(IV)所示的化合物:
在上述优选的酚类化合物中,甲氧基为给电子体,除了提供空间位阻外,还能够使抗氧化剂的抗氧效果得到显著提高。另外,经过研究出乎意料地发现,在特定的高温蒸馏炭化条件下,生物油和水的混合物中,酚类物质的含量可以达到5-10重量%,优选10重量%。
优选地,所述式(I)~(IV)的重量比为(5.0-10.0):(1.0-3.0):(1.0-3.0):(0.5-1.0)。当所述比例在该范围内时,可以使得制得的抗氧化剂具有良好的抗氧化效果平衡,这是因为不同的抗氧化剂在不同的抗氧应用环境中具有不同的抗氧效果和稳定性,单一化合物的抗氧化剂难以适应生物油的多种抗氧要求,这是因为生物油的氧化不稳定性是由多种杂质因素和成分特点引起的。所述比例可以通过垃圾原料的选择和蒸馏工艺条件的选择进行调节。
所述低聚物可以包括三聚物、四聚物、五聚物或更高的聚合物。
所述酚类化合物可以包括单甲氧基苯酚。
所述酚类化合物可以包括二甲氧基苯酚。
在一个优选实施方式中,所述多酚提取物以其二氯甲烷溶液的浓缩物形式使用来加入到基础油中。
从生物油和水的混合物获得多酚提取物优选通过如下方法进行:取垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理得到生物油和水的混合物(通常可以为乳浊液形式),向其中加入二氯甲烷,充分振摇,获得有机层、水层和中间乳浊液层,取出有机层,向该有机层中加入8-12重量%NaCl水溶液,该水溶液中KOH的浓度为0.5-1.5mol/L,从而将酚类物质转移到水相中,任选地,将该有机相与前述中间乳浊液层合并作为它用(该合并混合物标记为混合物M);取出水相,使用1-3mol/L的HCl将水相pH值调节至3-7,优选5,然后用体积为该水相体积1-3倍的二氯甲烷分三次提取该水相,合并二氯甲烷有机相,获得多酚提取物。优选地,可以将所述多酚提取物减压浓缩,获得浓缩的多酚提取物。
更具体地,从生物油和水的混合物获得多酚提取物优选通过如下方法进行:取垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理得到生物油和水的混合物(通常可以为乳浊液形式),向其中加入1-2倍体积的二氯甲烷,充分振摇,获得有机层、水层和中间乳浊液层,取出有机层,向该有机层中加入8-12重量%NaCl水溶液,该水溶液中KOH的浓度为1mol/L,NaCl水溶液的体积为有机层体积的5-10倍,优选8倍,从而将酚类物质转移到水相中,任选地将该有机相与前述中间乳浊液层合并作为它用(该合并混合物标记为混合物M);取出水相,使用1-3mol/L的HCl将水相pH值调节至3-7,优选5,然后用体积为该水相体积1-3倍的二氯甲烷分三次提取该水相,合并二氯甲烷有机相,获得多酚提取物。优选地,可以将所述多酚提取物减压浓缩,获得浓缩的多酚提取物。特别优选地,可以完全浓缩除去或基本除去二氯甲烷。
所述混合物M用下文所述的方法进行气相加氢处理,即进行加氢脱氧提质处理。
在本发明的所述提取方法中,充分利用了产物中的酚类物质呈弱酸性的特点,通过pH调节,实现了反向萃取和相转移,使得提取选择性非常高,从而将酚类物质与酸类(酸性通常明显强于酚类物质)、醛类、酮类、醇类等物质区分开。另外,该方法的提取效果比较高,酚类物质的提取率可以达到90%以上,优选95%以上。
在一个特别优选的实施方式中,所述生物油和水的混合物衍生自垃圾,特别优选来自垃圾进行高温蒸馏炭化处理。
优选地,所述垃圾为城市生活垃圾。城市生活垃圾含有较高含量的有机质,特别适合于酚类物质的产生。例如,在城市生活垃圾中,富含木质素的厨余垃圾和木质垃圾,特别有利于产生多酚
优选地,所述高温蒸馏炭化处理的温度为425-475℃,优选450℃,时间为3-8h,优选5h。
在现有的垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理中,通常都未意识到针对如何有利于产生酚类化合物来进行工艺条件的调节。例如,在很多高温蒸汽蒸馏炭化中,优选的温度为350℃左右,这样的温度难以使垃圾中所含的木质素材料分解产生酚类物质,并且在现有的高温蒸汽蒸馏炭化中,蒸馏炭化时间都比较长如9h,这样的蒸馏炭化时间容易使产生的酚类物质分解。本发明人经过深入研究和大量实验,确定了上蒸馏炭化温度和时间,所述温度和时间条件特别有利于酚类物质的产生,特别地,有利于中馏分(常压下200-300℃)酚类物质的产生,本发明人经研究发现,中馏分物质具有最佳的抗氧化效果。
特别优选地,在所述多酚中,常压下沸点为200-300℃(中馏分)的酚类物质的比例为60-80重量%,优选70重量%。本发明人经研究发现,与高馏分(300℃以上,优选350℃以上)和轻馏分(200℃以下)相比,中馏分酚类物质抗氧化效果好且稳定性好。这种发现在现有技术中尚属首次报导。
用于获得多酚提取物的生物油和水的混合物优选通过以下工艺获得,该工艺包括以下步骤:将垃圾进行高温蒸馏炭化获得包含生物油和水蒸气的气体物流,将该气体物流进行冷凝,获得包含生物油和水蒸气的混合物(即液体混合物)。所述混合物可以直接用于进行多酚的提取以获得上述多酚提取物。
任选地,多酚提取物后,将提取剩余物(即,前文标记为混合物M的合并混合物)进行气相加氢处理,以将其中的生物油(粗生物油)进行加氢提质,再将经加氢处理的气体物流进行冷凝,然后通过膜分离方法获得提质生物油。
在将经加氢处理的气体物流进行冷凝后,冷凝获得提质生物油和水的混合物,通过膜分离方法获得提质生物油。
多酚提取物可以直接通过调合方式加入到该提质生物油中;或者,通过将多酚提取物纳入到添加剂包中,再加入到提质生物油中,从而获得本发明的抗氧化的生物油。
优选地,基于生物油的总重量计,多酚提取物中的多酚化合物在生物油中的含量为0.01wt.%-0.2wt.%。
通常地,在所述提质生物油和水的混合物中,水含量为5-30wt.%,优选5-10wt.%。
更具体地,在高温蒸馏炭化处理中,将垃圾装入垃圾输运装置,使垃圾输运装置穿过高温蒸馏炭化装置,来进行垃圾的高温蒸馏炭化。
优选地,在加氢处理中,使该气体物流以气态形式通过催化剂床。该催化剂床优选为加氢催化剂床。
优选地,所述垃圾为城市生活垃圾。
在一个优选实施方式中,高温蒸馏炭化装置通过高温无氧蒸汽进行加热。
所述高温无氧蒸汽的温度优选为320-560℃,更优选360℃。
优选地,所述高温无氧蒸汽中包含氮气。
在本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式中,本发明人经过大量研究,开发了一种能够有效地对多酚提取后的剩余物(即混合物M)中的生物油进行加氢提质的催化剂,该催化剂包含载体和负载在所述载体上的活性成分,其中载体可以为沸石或分子筛,催化活性组分可以为Fe2O3与至少两种过渡金属以及至少一种贵金属的混合物。所述过渡金属选自Ni、Cu、Fe、Ce等,所述贵金属选自Pt、Pd、Ru等。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,催化剂可以为下式所示的催化剂:Ni-Cu-Pd-Fe2O3/MCM-41,其中Ni、Cu、Pd、Fe的摩尔比为(1-2):(5-10):(0.1-0.5):(10-20),基于催化剂总重量计,Ni-Cu-Pd-Fe2O3活性成分的含量为1-10%,优选2-8%,更优选5%。MCM-41为载体。优选地,MCM-41为低硅铝比的MCM-41,例如硅铝比低于15,更优选低于10,这是因为发现酸性强的MCM-41更有利于生物油重质组分的裂解,生物油蒸馏残余物最少。
生物油的成分通常比较复杂,主要可包括酸类、醛类、酮类、醇类、呋喃类、酯类、醚类和少量含氮化合物以及其他多功能化合物。由于生物油热稳定性差、酸性和腐蚀性强、含水量高、热值低以及不易与石油基产品互溶等特性,因此目前生物油只能实现初级应用例如用于工业窑炉和燃油锅炉等热力设备,不能替代石油产品直接应用于内燃机或涡轮机的燃烧,无法满足现代高品位的工业应用。为了提高生物油应用性,需要将其转变为高品位的液体燃料,达到运输燃料的要求,从而实现替代或部分替代石油产品,这就必须对生物油进行改性提质,使其化学组分由碳氢氧化合物转化为碳氢化合物。如何有效地对生物油进行提质的关键之一在于催化剂的开发。
研究发现,在本发明的上述催化剂中,Niδ+比常规的Moδ+具有更高的活性,Ni的使用可以高选择性地获得C6-C12烃(优选烷烃),Cu的使用可以高选择性地获得C16烃(优选烷烃),Ni、Cu的同时使用,惊奇地发现,还可以确保获得一定量的C18和C19烃,表面Ni、Cu的使用能够使生物油中的C-O键有效发生氢解反应。
气体物流的生物油中含有较多的非芳香族烃类,MCM-41分子筛上的酸性中心能够有效将非芳香族烃类转化为芳香族化合物。生物油中的羧酸大部分来源于半纤维素的乙酰基,其热解产物主要为乙酸,MCM-41分子筛有较好的脱羧基能力,生物油中的羧酸在分子筛催化作用下发生脱羧反应和脱氧反应,使得提质后的生物油中羧酸含量大幅减少。
上述特别优选的催化剂在先前文献中尚未见报道,其是本发明针对从垃圾回收的气体物流和生物油的具体组成特点有针对性地设计的,取得了良好的提质效果。
该催化剂可以采用本领域常规的浸渍煅烧法进行制备。具体地,按上述比例称取一定量的前体盐如Ni(NO3)2、Cu(NO3)2、Pd(NO3)2、Fe(NO3)3(或它们的水合物形式)和柠檬酸,加去离子水溶解,搅拌均匀,配成浓度为0.5-1.5mol/L的溶液,称取一定量的MCM-41分子筛放入反应容器中,将配好的溶液倒入反应容器内,置于带有搅拌器的恒温加热油浴装置内加热,在60-120℃温度下搅拌1h-10h,然后放入干燥箱中100℃-150℃干燥12h,随后将得到的催化剂前驱体置于马弗炉中500℃-800℃煅烧1h-6h,然后在H2存在下于200-300℃下还原活化,制得Ni-Cu-Pd-Fe2O3/MCM-41催化剂。
经测试,使用该催化剂时,所述经提质的生物油中的氧含量为5.0wt.%,催化剂寿命为约700h。与此形成对比的是,使用常规的NiMo/Al2O3催化剂时,获得的经提质的生物油中的氧含量为19.7wt.%,催化剂寿命为约120h。
就本发明而言,膜分离中使用的膜(即分离膜或过滤膜)为亲水性膜。
优选地,所述膜的平均孔径为约0.5-0.7μm,最大孔径不超过0.90μm。
更优选地,所述膜的水接触角基本为0。
进一步优选地,所述膜的弹性模量为60.0-90.0MPa。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,所述膜为基于聚偏二氟乙烯的分离膜。进一步优选地,所述基于聚偏二氟乙烯的分离膜为聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯分离膜。
本发明人经过进一步深入研究,通过采用纤维素对聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯分离膜进行改性,获得了一种新的改性的聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯分离膜,其特别适合于本发明中垃圾高温蒸馏炭化得到的生物油与水的分离。
特别地,所述改性方法优选为如下:
(1)将聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)溶解在丙酮和N-甲基吡咯烷酮的混合溶液(丙酮:N-甲基吡咯烷酮体积比为1:5-5:1,优选4:1)中,制得浓度为5-15wt.%,优选10wt.%的溶液;
(2)然后使用电纺丝装置(例如为Nanon-01 A,可购自日本MECC)进行电纺丝,其中电纺丝腔室温度为室温至40℃,优选室温,相对湿度为40-70%;将所述溶液置于电纺丝注射器中,注射器针头直径为0.2-0.8mm,优选0.5mm;在针头和旋转盘之间施加10-40kV,优选25kV的电压,溶液进料速度保持为0.5-2.0ml/h,优选1.0ml/h,收集电纺丝纤维构成的膜(即电纺丝纤维膜)并在45℃下干燥24h,将制得的电纺丝纤维膜进行热压;
(3)将纤维素(例如微晶纤维素)和下式(I)所示的离子液体分别进行减压干燥:
其中,减压干燥的温度彼此独立地为65-80℃,干燥时间彼此独立地为10-30h;
(4)将经干燥后的所述纤维素加入到所述离子液体中,制得2-8wt.%,优选5wt.%的纤维素溶液,然后将该纤维素溶液涂覆在步骤(1)制得的电纺丝纤维膜上,让纤维素溶液渗透穿过电纺丝纤维膜1-5h,优选3h,然后将渗透有所述纤维素的电纺丝纤维膜浸入水中以除去所述离子液体,然后在沸水中旋转1-3h,优选2h,并用去离子蒸馏水洗涤,制得分离膜。
当然,本领域技术人员可以意识到,可以对上述改性聚偏二氟乙烯-六氟丙烯分离膜制备方法按比例进行放大。
电纺丝纤维膜的这种纳米纤维的大表面积使得纤维素能够强有力地附着在电纺丝纤维膜的整个厚度中。推测其原因,与一般的有机溶剂相比,所述离子液体的使用,可以将纤维素有效携带至电纺丝纤维膜的孔隙中。
经纤维素浸渍后的电纺丝纤维膜具有0.5-0.7μm,优选约0.65μm的平均孔径,其中最大孔的孔径不超过0.90μm,由于纤维素的浸渍填充,孔隙率由原来的90%下降至45%。本发明的提质生物油和水的混合物形成的乳液液滴的直径通常大于18μm,因此本发明的分离膜可以起到很好的阻油效果。
本发明的分离膜由于纤维素的引入,水接触角基本为0,从而具有极佳的亲水性能。
另外,本发明人发现,用式(I)所示离子液体浸泡后的纤维素,与浸泡前相比,形成了三维氢键网络,使纤维素的结构得到有效改善与保持,并且能够有效控制孔隙率、亲水性和机械性能,而一般的溶剂却无法获得这种效果。另外,选择式(I)所示离子液体,是因为该离子液体中的氮原子能够与纤维素形成氢键,并且两个乙基限定出的其分子空间结构与电纺丝纤维膜的孔隙相配,与其它离子液体相比,一方面能够将纤维素有效带至电纺丝纤维膜的孔隙中,另一方面,又不至于“卡”在电纺丝纤维膜的孔隙中而难以去除。
优选地,所述分离膜中纤维素含量为10-20wt.%。
优选地,所述分离膜的弹性模量为60.0-90.0MPa,抗张强度为10.0-12.0MPa,断裂伸长率为100-150%。
所述纤维素优选为羧甲基纤维素或羟甲基纤维素。
在一个特别优选的实施方案中,所述纤维素为改性纤维素,其优选通过如下方法进行改性:
称取2.0g纤维素(优选羧甲基纤维素)和4.0g聚谷氨酸(单体摩尔比约1:2.5-3)混合,然后在红外灯下充分研磨30min得均匀细微粉末,用20mL二甲亚砜(DMSO)作共溶剂,超声搅拌30min,使其均匀分散DMSO溶剂体系中,通过油浴将体系升温至120℃,加热搅拌下加入硫酸作催化剂,反应6h,将反应体系过滤,滤渣用乙醇、去离子水洗涤,再用饱和碳酸氢钠洗涤,然后用去离子水洗涤至中性,最后再用乙醇、丙酮依次洗涤,80℃烘干,得改性后的纤维素。
通过采用上述化学改性方法,能够对纤维素表面的多羟基进行修饰改性,同时通过引入羧基、氨基等基团,在改性的纤维素分子中,接枝了羧酸官能团,从而有效改善其亲水性。另外,聚谷氨酸的使用,与其它改性剂相比,在有效改善其亲水性的同时,又不劣化纤维素的强度和影响其纤维素特性的发挥。
所述高温无氧蒸汽的压力优选为0.2-1.0MPa。
优选地,其中所述高温无氧蒸汽中包含氮气。更优选地,氮气含量为10-80v.%,更优选20-60v.%。
在本发明中,优选对垃圾不进行任何预处理。或者,可以除去垃圾中的无机类物质。
就本发明而言,与现有技术中的单纯干馏相比,氮气的存在能够避免垃圾在碳化过程中发生燃烧,使产生的炭具有较高的热值。另外,与现有技术中纯粹的蒸汽气化相比,氮气的存在还可以增加加热介质热值,提高加热效率从而提高炭化效率,同时还可以节约蒸汽用量,更重要地,通过氮气的加入,可以为后续馏出物的催化提质提供所需的催化条件,例如调节所需的蒸汽分压,因为过高的蒸汽压会导致催化提质难以有效进行,氮气的加入可以降低气体物流即馏出物中的蒸汽分压。
本发明人发现,在现有的垃圾蒸汽处理技术中,往往忽略了针对垃圾的组成有选择性地选择蒸汽处理条件,忽略了垃圾组成的差异,导致垃圾处理效率较低。本发明人经过大量研究,根据不同的垃圾组成选择不同的蒸汽处理条件,获得了良好的蒸汽处理效果。特别地,选择如下高温蒸馏炭化处理条件:(1)当垃圾组成中以垃圾的总重量计,有机类物质含量≥80重量%时,高温无氧蒸汽的温度为300-450℃,优选300-400℃;高温无氧蒸汽中的氮气含量为10-30v.%,优选10-20v.%;在高温蒸馏炭化装置中的停留时间为8-12h;和(2)当垃圾组成中以垃圾的总重量计,有机类物质含量<80重量%时且优选地塑料橡胶类物质含量<10重量%时,高温无氧蒸汽的温度为450℃-600℃,优选500℃-550℃;高温无氧蒸汽中的氮气含量为40-80v.%,优选60-80v.%;在高温蒸馏炭化装置中的停留时间为5-8h。
将该提质生物油与前文所述的多酚提取物混合或调合。
就本发明而言,所述气体物流优选基本不含二噁英。因在无氧状态下升温蒸馏,所以不会产生二噁英等有害物质,可以保护大气环境。这相比于普通的焚烧法具有很大的优势。
优选地,其中高温蒸馏炭化装置中使用的高温无氧蒸汽来自高压贯流蒸汽炉。
在本发明的另一方面,提供了根据前述方法获得的经提质的生物油。优选地,所述经提质的生物油中氧含量低于10重量%,优选低于5重量%,更优选低于2重量%。进一步地,该经提质的生物油的高位热值大于41MJ/kg。
在本发明的另一方面,提供了根据前述权利要求中任一项的方法获得的炭类物质。
优选地,所述炭类物质为活性炭。

具体实施方案
下面结合以下实施例和对比例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
选取来自北京市主城区的生活垃圾,通过以下步骤对上述垃圾进行高温蒸馏炭化:将垃圾装入垃圾输运装置,使垃圾输运装置穿过高温蒸馏炭化装置,从高温蒸馏炭化装置上部取出生物油和水蒸气的气体物流,将该气体物流进行冷凝,获得用于提取多酚的生物油和水的混合物。所述高温蒸馏炭化装置通过高温无氧蒸汽进行加热,高温无氧蒸汽的温度为450℃,高温无氧蒸汽中的氮气含量为12v.%,压力为1.0MPa,处理平均时间为5.0小时。
实施例2
取实施例1得到生物油和水的混合物100mL,向其中加入150mL的二氯甲烷,充分振摇,获得有机层、水层和中间乳浊液层,取出有机层,向该有机层中加入10重量%NaCl水溶液(分4次加入),该水溶液中KOH的浓度为1mol/L,NaCl水溶液的体积为800mL,从而将酚类物质转移到水相中,取出水相,同时将有机相与前面的中间乳浊液层合并获得获得混合物(标记为混合物M,留作它用),使用1mol/L的HCl溶液将水相pH值调节至5,然后用800mL的二氯甲烷分3次提取该水相,合并二氯甲烷有机相,浓缩至30mL,即得多酚提取物。
实施例3
将实施例2中的混合物M采用加氢脱氧方法进行提质,所述催化剂床的催化剂为Ni-Cu-Pd-Fe2O3/HZSM-5,其中Ni、Cu、Pd、Co、Fe的摩尔比为2:8:0.15:15,基于催化剂总重量计,Ni-Cu-Pd-Fe2O3催化活性组分的含量为5%,加氢提质条件为250℃,8.0MPa氢压,2h,然后使用上文所述的分离膜对经提质生物油和水的混合物进行分离,获得提质生物油。所述生物油中的氧含量为4.9wt.%。
实施例4
使用实施例2制得的多酚提取物按如下进行抗氧化性能测试:取实施例2获得的多酚提取物100mL,加入到100L实施例3制得的提质生物油中,在60℃下充分振摇72h,然后测试其中形成的过氧化物的量(按照GB25199-2015法进行测定)。经测试,生成的过氧化物含量为12.5mmol/kg。
对比例1
按照与实施例3相同的操作测试过氧化物含量,区别仅在于不加入实施例2获得的多酚提取物。经测试,生成的过氧化物含量为67.1mmol/kg。
由上述实施例和对比例清楚地可以看出,本发明的多酚抗氧化剂具有特别好的抗氧化效果,使得衍生自同一工艺的生物油的氧化稳定性显著提高,具有良好的商业应用价值,同时还能够使垃圾的资源化处理具有更大的经济效益。

Claims (8)
1.一种抗氧化的生物油的生产方法,该方法包括:从垃圾高温蒸馏炭化处理得到的生物油和水的混合物获得多酚提取物,将多酚提取后的生物油进行提质和分离获得提质生物油,将所述多酚提取物加入到该提质生物油中,从而获得抗氧化的生物油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述提质包括加氢提质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述提质生物油中的氧含量低于5重量%。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,所述多酚提取物以其二氯甲烷溶液的浓缩物形式使用来制备抗氧化的生物油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述生物油和水的混合物衍生自垃圾。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述垃圾为城市生活垃圾。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,所述城市生物垃圾为富含有机质的垃圾。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中所述多酚物质中,常压下沸点为200-300℃的酚类物质的比例为60-80重量%。
