1) weighing SBS1401 and naphthenic oil according to parts by weight, mixing, heating to 120-150 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
2) adding No. 90 road petroleum asphalt into the mixture obtained in the step 1) according to parts by weight, heating to 160-180 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at a rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
3) sequentially adding a mixture of terpene resin and coumarone resin, 110-mesh waste tire rubber powder, zeolite powder, zinc ricinoleate and zinc oxide into the mixed material obtained in the step 2) according to the mass ratio of 1:1, maintaining the temperature at 160-180 ℃, stirring for 30-60 min by a high-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min, and then cooling to obtain the product.
Example 8
The non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of No. 110 road petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of naphthenic oil, 8 parts of a mixture of SBS1401 and SIS according to a mass ratio of 3:1, 8 parts of a mixture of terpene resin and carbon five petroleum resin according to a mass ratio of 2:1, 14 parts of 90-mesh waste tire rubber powder, 10 parts of a mixture of zeolite powder and diatomite according to a mass ratio of 1:1, 0.5 part of zinc ricinoleate and 1.0 part of zinc oxide;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) weighing a mixture of SBS1401 and SIS in a mass ratio of 2:1 and naphthenic oil in parts by weight, mixing, heating to 120-150 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at a rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
2) adding No. 110 road petroleum asphalt into the mixture obtained in the step 1) according to the weight part, heating to 160-180 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at a rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
3) sequentially adding terpene resin and carbon five petroleum resin mixture according to the mass ratio of 2:1, 90-mesh waste tire rubber powder, zeolite powder and diatomite mixture according to the mass ratio of 1:1, zinc ricinoleate and zinc oxide into the mixed material obtained in the step 2), maintaining the temperature at 160-180 ℃, stirring with a high-speed stirrer for 30-60 min at the rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min, and then cooling to obtain the material.
Comparative example 1
The waterproof coating of the comparative example has the same raw material composition ratio and preparation method as those of example 1, and is different from the following steps: no zinc oxide was added.
Comparative example 2
The waterproof coating of the comparative example has the same raw material composition ratio and preparation method as those of example 1, and is different from the following steps: no zinc ricinoleate was added.
Comparative example 3
The waterproof coating of the comparative example is prepared from the following raw materials in the same proportion as in example 1, and has the following difference:
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing No. 70 road petroleum asphalt, naphthenic oil, SBS1301, terpene resin, 80-mesh waste tire rubber powder, zeolite powder, zinc ricinoleate and zinc oxide in parts by weight, adding into a high-speed stirrer, stirring and mixing, maintaining the temperature at 160-180 ℃, stirring for 60min at the rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min, and then cooling to obtain the road petroleum asphalt.
Comparative example 4
The waterproof coating of the comparative example has the same raw material composition ratio and preparation method as those of example 1, and is different from the following steps: replacing zeolite powder with calcium carbonate.
Performance testing
The coatings obtained in the examples and the comparative examples are detected according to the non-cured rubber asphalt coating industry standard JCT2428-2017, and the detection data is recorded in the table below.

The test results of the above examples and comparative examples show that: the odor-free environment-friendly non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating prepared by the invention has good heat resistance, low-temperature flexibility and extensibility which reach the quality standard, and good waterproof effect, and simultaneously removes harmful gases in the production and use processes, thereby being beneficial to environmental protection.
While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The odorless environment-friendly non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of petroleum asphalt, 10-30 parts of a compatilizer, 3-10 parts of a modifier, 5-20 parts of a tackifier, 5-20 parts of waste rubber powder, 5-25 parts of an adsorbent and 0.5-2.5 parts of a deodorant; the deodorant is a mixture of zinc ricinoleate and zinc oxide in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-5.
2. The odor-free environment-friendly non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of petroleum asphalt, 20-25 parts of a compatilizer, 6-7 parts of a modifier, 7-12 parts of a tackifier, 8-14 parts of waste rubber powder, 10-15 parts of an adsorbent and 1-2 parts of a deodorant; the deodorant is a mixture of zinc ricinoleate and zinc oxide in a weight ratio of 1: 1-4.
3. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the petroleum asphalt is one or a mixture of more of No. 110 road petroleum asphalt, No. 70 road petroleum asphalt and No. 90 road petroleum asphalt.
4. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the compatilizer is one or a mixture of more of aromatic oil, naphthenic oil and reduced line oil.
5. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the modifier is SBS or the mixture of SBS and SIS.
6. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 5, which is characterized in that: the SBS is linear, and the block ratio is S/B = 30-40/60-70; the SIS is linear, and the block ratio is S/I = 15-30/70-85.
7. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the tackifier is one or a mixture of more of coumarone resin, terpene resin, rosin resin, carbon five petroleum resin and carbon nine petroleum resin.
8. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the waste rubber powder is 60-120 meshes of waste tire rubber powder.
9. The odor-free environment-friendly non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized in that: the adsorbent is one or a mixture of more of zeolite powder, diatomite and activated clay.
10. The preparation method of the odorless environment-friendly non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) weighing the modifier and the compatilizer according to the parts by weight, mixing, heating to 120-150 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
2) adding petroleum asphalt into the mixture obtained in the step 1) according to the weight part, heating to 160-180 ℃, stirring for 20-30 min by a medium-speed stirrer at a rotating speed of 300-500 r/min to obtain a mixture;
3) adding tackifying resin, waste rubber powder, an adsorbent and a deodorant into the mixture obtained in the step 2) in sequence according to parts by weight, maintaining the temperature at 160-180 ℃, stirring for 30-60 min by using a medium-speed stirrer at the rotating speed of 600-1000 r/min, and then cooling to obtain the adhesive.
