Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt concrete, in particular to an environment-friendly odorless asphalt mixture and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The process of heating asphalt for paving roads, repairing houses or using the asphalt as an anticorrosive coating can generate a large amount of asphalt smoke, which has serious influence on the surrounding environment and is harmful to the health of people.
The smoke contains various organic matters including carbocyclic hydrocarbon, cyclic hydrocarbon derivatives and other compounds, which have harmful effects on human health, and the asphalt smoke contains various cyclic aromatic hydrocarbon substances such as benzopyrene, benzanthracene, carbazole and the like, most of which are carcinogenic and strong carcinogenic substances, the particle size is 0.1-1 mu m, the minimum is only 0.01 mu m, the maximum is about 10 mu m, and particularly, the smoke contains various carcinogenic substances represented by 3, 4-benzopyrene. The gas includes harmful gas with pungent smell, such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia gas, etc. These gases either result from the volatilization of light components from the bitumen or from the oxidation of some of the components of the bitumen, which, while polluting the atmosphere, can also have an adverse effect on human health.
The asphalt flue gas is treated by adding a flue gas purification device in the prior stage, for example, an absorption purification method is to utilize different solubilities of the absorbent selected by each mixed component in the waste gas or the reaction of a certain component and an active component in the absorbent to purify the waste gas; for another example, the adsorption purification method is an operation of using a porous solid (adsorption filter material) to accumulate or condense one or more components in a liquid (gas or liquid) mixture on the surface to achieve separation; however, the flue gas treatment equipment has large investment in the early stage and high operation cost, and the emission is reduced by intelligently collecting the flue gas in the asphalt production process, so that the secondary emission of the asphalt flue gas in the subsequent asphalt construction application cannot be avoided.
Therefore, a new solution is needed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the environment-friendly odor-free asphalt mixture, which is used for treating volatile organic matters in the asphalt mixture from the source, so that the generation of asphalt smoke in the production and construction processes of the asphalt mixture is reduced, and the purposes of environment protection and odor removal are achieved.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly odorless asphalt mixture, which has the advantages of simple operation method and suitability for large-scale production.
In order to achieve the first purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an environment-friendly odorless asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight:
base asphalt or modified asphalt: 100-150 parts;
flavor-purifying agent: 0.1-0.5 part;
dispersing agent: 0.05-0.1 part;
carbonizing rice hull powder: 5-10 parts;
aggregate: 1500-2000 parts;
mineral powder: 50-100 parts.
By adopting the technical scheme, aiming at different construction requirements, the asphalt can adopt matrix asphalt or modified asphalt, and the performances of the mixture obtained by different types of asphalt are different; the odor eliminator mainly acts to suppress or decompose pungent odor substances, such as H from the volatilization of light components in asphalt2S、SO2、NH3Noxious gases with pungent odors; the carbonized rice hull powder achieves the effect of reducing the discharge amount of pungent odor in a physical adsorption mode; the dispersing agent can eliminate the interfacial activity between the odor purifying agent and the asphalt and between the odor purifying agent and the carbonized rice husk powder, so that the odor purifying agent is uniformly and stably dispersed in the asphalt and the carbonized rice husk powder.
The carbonized rice hull powder is obtained by carbonizing waste rice hulls serving as a raw material, contains rich lignin, has excellent adsorbability, can play a role in physically adsorbing pungent odor gas, has a certain amplification effect on the softening point and viscosity of asphalt due to the fact that the main component of the carbonized rice hull powder is silicon dioxide, reduces the penetration degree, improves the ductility of the asphalt, and can remarkably improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of the silicon dioxide. According to the invention, the carbonized rice hull powder and the smell purifying agent are compounded for use, the smell purifying agent can be pre-dispersed in pores of the carbonized rice hull powder, and the carbonized rice hull powder and the smell purifying agent cooperate to achieve a good smell purifying effect.
Further preferably, the odor eliminator is an aldehyde compound selected from one or more of vanillin, 5-hydroxy-2-methoxy-benzaldehyde and 3-ethylhexyl aldehyde.
By adopting the technical scheme, the aldehyde compounds can mainly perform chemical reaction with substances with small molecular weight and light pungent odor in the asphalt, particularly sulfides, to generate new substances without emission, with large molecular weight and heavy weight, so that emission is reduced, and odor generated by volatile matters is eliminated.
Further preferably, the carbonized rice hull powder is obtained by the following preparation steps: boiling rice hull in 10 vol% dilute hydrochloric acid for 1 hr, washing, oven drying, carbonizing at 580 deg.C in high temperature furnace for 2 hr, and grinding with grinding aid to obtain carbonized rice hull powder with particle size of 0.5-1 μm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the carbonized rice hull powder in the invention adopts the raw material rice hull which is agricultural waste, has wide source, reasonably utilizes the waste, has the advantages of environmental protection and environmental protection, and has simpler preparation method, thus being suitable for large-scale production.
More preferably, the grinding aid adopts ethylene glycol, and 0.025mL of ethylene glycol is added into every 1g of carbonized rice hull powder.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ground rice hull powder has huge surface energy and serious secondary agglomeration tendency, and the grinding aid is added to perform dispersion depolymerization on the rice hull powder, so that the ground carbonized rice hull powder is uniform in distribution and stable in storage.
More preferably, the base asphalt is petroleum asphalt, and the modified asphalt is SBS modified asphalt.
More preferably, the dispersant is one selected from lecithin and alkyldimethylbetaine.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dispersing agent can eliminate the interfacial activity between the odor purifying agent and the asphalt and between the odor purifying agent and the carbonized rice husk powder, so that the odor purifying agent is uniformly and stably dispersed in the asphalt and the carbonized rice husk powder.
More preferably, the aggregate is selected from one of basalt, diabase and limestone, and has a particle size of 4.75-9.25 mm.
By adopting the technical scheme, the limestone has good processability, polishing performance and cementing performance, and can have good combination effect with the asphalt; the pavement performance of the asphalt mixture can be improved by adding a certain amount of diabase aggregates, and the price of diabase is lower than that of limestone, so that the cost can be reduced to a greater extent; most of the basalt is neutral, has many pores and is hard in texture; when the asphalt mixture is mixed for use, a good matching effect can be achieved, and the integral structural strength of the asphalt mixture is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the particle size of the basalt is larger than that of the limestone, and the basalt and the limestone are both formed by particles with different particle sizes, so that larger gaps are not easily formed among the basalt and the limestone, the whole body is compact, and the asphalt mixture has good and stable structural strength.
Further preferably, the mineral powder grading range is as follows:
mesh (mm)13.29.54.752.361.180.60.30.15
Transmittance (%) 10097.463.348.534.426.612.38.4.
By adopting the technical scheme, the mineral powder plays a role in filling the asphalt mixture, gaps of the asphalt concrete, sometimes called as fillers, can be reduced, and the mineral powder and the asphalt in the gradation range jointly form asphalt mucilage, so that the strength and the stability of the asphalt concrete are improved.
In order to achieve the second purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly odorless asphalt mixture comprises the following steps of:
s1, mixing the carbonized rice hull powder with the smell purifying agent, adding 1/2 dispersing agent, and stirring and mixing for 10-15min at the rotating speed of 200-400 r/min;
