Abstract
The invention relates to a workpiece rolling mechanism, in particular to a heavy-duty revolving body workpiece rolling mechanism.A driving frame is arranged on hoisting equipment, and a driving motor reducer and a driving chain wheel which are responsible for driving the rolling mechanism are respectively arranged on the driving frame; the driven chain wheel is arranged on the outer surface of the revolving body workpiece in a surrounding way, the hoisting ring chain is divided into a plurality of sections, the sections are connected into a ring shape through a ring chain movable joint and are connected between the driven chain wheel and the driving chain wheel in a surrounding way to transmit power required by rolling; the driving motor reducer drives the driving chain wheel to rotate, and the revolving body workpiece is driven by the hoisting ring chain and the driven chain wheel to realize rolling. The invention can realize synchronous hoisting and rolling, has high efficiency and better adaptability to different revolving body workpiece sizes and rolling angles; the invention has simple structure, low cost and simple hoisting and dismounting process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a workpiece rolling mechanism, in particular to a heavy revolving body workpiece rolling mechanism which is suitable for heavy revolving body workpieces which need to be hoisted and roll by a set angle along the revolving center.
Background
At present, when a heavy-duty revolving body workpiece needs to be rolled, the workpiece is usually hoisted to a special rolling device, and is hoisted again after being rolled by a specific angle. On one hand, the roll mode has a long beat, and the workpiece needs to be hoisted to a specific roll device to be rolled firstly, so that the workpiece cannot be hoisted in place directly; on the other hand, when the external dimension of the workpiece changes, the prior rolling equipment is difficult to adapt to the new workpiece completely.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a rolling mechanism for a heavy-duty revolving body workpiece, aiming at the problems of long beat and poor adaptability of the prior art when the workpiece rolls. The rolling mechanism can realize the transportation and the rolling simultaneously and can adapt to heavy revolving body workpieces with different specifications.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention comprises a driving frame, a driving motor reducer, a hoisting loop chain, a loop chain movable joint, a driven chain wheel and a driving chain wheel, wherein the driving frame is arranged on hoisting equipment, and the driving frame is respectively provided with the driving motor reducer and the driving chain wheel which are used for driving a rolling mechanism; the driven chain wheel is arranged on the outer surface of a revolving body workpiece in a surrounding manner, the hoisting ring chain is divided into a plurality of sections, the sections are connected into a ring shape through the ring chain movable joint, and the ring chain is connected between the driven chain wheel and the driving chain wheel in a surrounding manner to transmit power required by rolling; the driving motor reducer drives a driving chain wheel to rotate, and the revolving body workpiece is driven to realize rolling through a lifting ring chain and a driven chain wheel;
wherein: a bolt hole is formed in the driven chain wheel at a position corresponding to the loop chain movable joint, and the hoisting loop chain is fixed on the surface of the driven chain wheel through a bolt inserted into the bolt hole;
the driven chain wheel is a sectional driven chain wheel, namely the driven chain wheel is divided into a plurality of sections, and each section is respectively installed on an installation ring on the outer surface of the revolving body workpiece through a screw;
the hoisting ring chain is divided into a plurality of sections with equal length, and the positions of all ring chain movable joints on the hoisting ring chain after and before rolling are kept unchanged;
one end or two ends of the driving frame are rotatably provided with driving chain wheels, and when one end of the driving frame is provided with the driving chain wheel, the driving chain wheel is directly connected with the driving motor reducer to drive the hoisting ring chain; when the two ends are provided with the driving chain wheels, the driving chain wheel at one end is taken as a driving wheel to be directly connected with the driving motor reducer to drive the hoisting ring chain, and the driving chain wheel at the other end is taken as a driven wheel to be driven by the hoisting ring chain to rotate.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the invention can realize synchronous hoisting and rolling and has high efficiency. The hoisting ring chain used for rolling accords with the strength requirement of hoisting heavy workpieces, and the flexible structure of the ring chain can adapt to slight swing of the revolving body workpieces in the hoisting process, so that the rolling function is not affected, and therefore, only reasonable limitation on the maximum movement speed of the revolving body workpieces is needed, and synchronous hoisting and rolling can be realized.
2. The invention has better adaptability to different revolving body workpiece sizes and rolling angles. When the size of the revolving body workpiece and the required rolling angle are changed, only the length of the hoisting loop chain, the number of loop chain movable joints and the driven chain wheel need to be changed in a targeted manner, and the reconstruction cost is low.
3. The process of hoisting and dismounting the revolving body workpiece is simple. The number of the hoisting ring chains and the ring chain movable joints and the length of each section of the hoisting ring chain are designed according to the process requirements, so that the ring chain movable joints can be found at the same positions after rolling and before rolling; because the hoisting loop chain and the driven chain wheel are both in a sectional type, and the weight of a single section is not large, the hoisting loop chain and the driven chain wheel can be left on the surface of a revolving body workpiece after hoisting is finished, and can also be manually dismantled.
4. The invention has simple structure, low cost and easy use and maintenance. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention comprises a driving frame 2, a driving motor reducer 3, a lifting link chain 4, a link chain movable joint 5, a driven sprocket 6 and a driving sprocket 7, wherein the driving frame 2 is mounted on a lifting device 1, and the driving frame 2 is respectively mounted with the driving motor reducer 3 and the driving sprocket 7 which are responsible for driving a rolling mechanism; the driven chain wheel 6 is arranged on the outer surface of a revolving body workpiece 9 in a surrounding way, the hoisting chain 4 is divided into a plurality of sections, the sections are connected into a ring shape through a chain link joint 5 and are connected between the driven chain wheel 6 and a driving chain wheel 7 in a surrounding way to transmit power required by rolling; the driving motor reducer 3 drives the driving chain wheel 7 to rotate, and the revolving body workpiece 9 is driven by the hoisting ring chain 4 and the driven chain wheel 6 to realize rolling.
The driven sprocket 6 of the present embodiment is a driven sprocket of a segmented type, that is, the driven sprocket 6 is divided into a plurality of segments, and each segment is attached to a mounting ring on the outer surface of the rotary body workpiece 9 by screws. The driven sprocket 6 of the present embodiment is made of an engineering plastic material, has no teeth, and is divided into a plurality of stages according to the size and the roll angle of the rotary body workpiece 9. The driven sprocket 6 is provided with a pin hole corresponding to the link chain link 5, and the hoisting link chain 4 is fixed on the surface of the driven sprocket 6 by a pin 8 inserted into the pin hole.
The hoisting ring chain 4 of the embodiment is divided into a plurality of sections with equal length, the number of the ring chain movable joints 5 and the length of each section of the hoisting ring chain 4 can be designed according to the actual size of the revolving body workpiece 9 and the required rolling angle, and the positions of the ring chain movable joints 5 on the hoisting ring chain 4 after and before rolling need to be ensured to be kept unchanged, namely the ring chain movable joints 5 are ensured to be arranged at the same positions after and before rolling.
One end or two ends of the driving frame 2 are rotatably provided with driving chain wheels 7, and when the driving chain wheels 7 are arranged at one end, the driving chain wheels are directly connected with the driving motor reducer 3 to drive the hoisting ring chain 4; when the two ends are provided with the driving chain wheels, the driving chain wheel 7 at one end is taken as a driving wheel to be directly connected with the driving motor reducer 3 to drive the hoisting ring chain 4, and the driving chain wheel 7 at the other end is taken as a driven wheel to be driven by the hoisting ring chain 4 to rotate. In this embodiment, the driving sprockets 7 are rotatably mounted on both ends of the driving frame 2.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention uses the hoisting ring chain 4 to realize the hoisting and rolling of the revolving body workpiece 9. The segmented driven sprocket 6 is circumferentially wound along the outer surface of the rotary workpiece 9 and is connected with a mounting ring on the outer surface of the rotary workpiece 9 through screws. The lower end of the hoisting equipment 1 is provided with a driving frame 2, a control system (the control system of the invention is the prior art) for driving a motor reducer 3 is carried by the hoisting equipment 1, and a related cable for driving the motor reducer 3 is connected with a cable at one side of the hoisting equipment 1 through an aviation plug. When the driving motor reducer 3 drives the driving sprocket 7 to rotate, the driven sprocket 6 and the revolving body workpiece 9 are driven by the hoisting loop chain 4 to roll. The hoisting ring chain 4 used in the invention is composed of a plurality of sections with equal length, the sections are connected with each other by a ring chain movable joint 5, the plurality of sections of hoisting ring chains 4 are enclosed into a ring shape, and the ring chain movable joint 5 can normally pass through a driving chain wheel 7 and a sectional type driven chain wheel 6. The length of each section of hoisting chain link 4 and the number of chain link joints 5 are designed according to the size of the actual revolving body workpiece 9 and the required rolling angle, so that the chain link joints 5 are still arranged at the positions of the original chain link joints 5 after rolling. Aiming at a revolving body workpiece 9 needing to be hoisted and rolled for many times, a bolt 8 is arranged at the position of the driven chain wheel 6 corresponding to the chain link 5, and when the revolving body workpiece 9 does not need to be hoisted, part of the hoisting chain 4 is fixed on the surface of the revolving body workpiece 9, so that the operation efficiency is improved.
The following description will be made by taking the revolving body workpiece 9 as a cylinder and needing to roll 180 degrees as an example:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a set of rolling mechanism is additionally arranged in front of and behind a revolving body workpiece 9, a driving frame 2 of the front and rear rolling mechanism is connected with a hoisting device 1, and driven sprockets 6 are arranged at two ends of the revolving body workpiece 9. The hoisting chain 4 is divided into five sections according to the required rolling angle, each section is 1/4 of the outer diameter of the revolving body workpiece 9, and the position of the chain link 5 is shown in figure 1. The driven chain wheel 6 is divided into four sections and is installed on an installation ring on the surface of a revolving body workpiece 9 through screws.
Before the revolving body workpiece 9 is hoisted, the driven chain wheel 6 and the three sections of hoisting ring chains 4 positioned below are firstly arranged on the surface of the revolving body workpiece 9, and the two sections of hoisting ring chains 4 positioned above are arranged above the driving frame 2. When the revolving body workpiece 9 is lifted and rolled, the lifting ring chains above the driving frame 2 and below the revolving body workpiece 9 are manually connected, and after the revolving body workpiece 9 is lifted to a set height, the driving motor reducer 3 works, and the revolving body workpiece 9 starts to roll. After the revolving body workpiece 9 is rolled by 180 degrees and placed at a designated position, the loop chain movable joint 5 is manually unfastened, and the hoisting loop chain 4 below the revolving body workpiece 9 can be temporarily left on the surface of the revolving body workpiece 9 through the bolt 8 for the next rolling and can also be completely detached together with the driven chain wheel 6.
