1、本发明中,通过在里层与防风面层之间设置吸湿保温层,在通过在防风面层的内部开设透气槽,使得通过吸湿保温层和里层吸入的水分能通过透气槽向外排出,并且,又由于吸湿保温层设置有多个呈水平等距分布的凸起,透气槽的位置位于凸起处的上方,由于在透气槽处进行加厚处理,从而保证了透气槽处的防风性能,由此在保障了衬布防风性能的前提下提升了衬布的透湿性能。
2、本发明中,通过吸湿保温层的凸起带动防风面层的凸起,通过防风面层的凸起,能改变倾斜方向的风的方向,由此提升了防风面层的防风性能,并且,由于防风面层采用改性聚乙烯面料制成,由于改性聚乙烯面料中添加有纳米石英砂改性剂,由此提升了防风面层的耐磨性能,由此提升了衬布的防风性能以及耐磨性能。
3、本发明中,由于吸湿保温层采用再生海绵材质制成,通过再生海绵弹性好、耐性好、不易发生变形以及保温性能好的特性,提升了衬布整体的保温性能,并且由于再生海绵优良的弹性以及再生海绵的凸起,提升了衬布良好的缓冲性能,由此提升了衬布的保温缓冲性能。

实施例一,请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型防风透湿保温复合衬,由防风面层1、吸湿保温层3和里层4组成,吸湿保温层3的顶部具有多个呈水平等距分布的凸起,防风面层1沿着吸湿保温层3的顶部与吸湿保温层3粘结,吸湿保温层3的底部粘结有里层4,防风面层1的顶部具有多个透气槽101,防风面层1的外部位于透气槽101的上方缝合连接有防护网2;
防风面层1采用改性聚乙烯复合面料制成;
里层4采用纯棉面料制成;
吸湿保温层3采用再生海绵材质制成;
改性聚乙烯复合面料为添加有纳米石英砂改性剂的聚乙烯复合面料;
再生海绵由工业海绵下脚料经粉碎、搅拌胶水蒸汽高温消毒杀菌去味压缩成型制成。
实施例二,一种新型防风透湿保温复合衬生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将海绵下角料放置在破碎机中进行破碎,在高温反应釜内加入胶水粘合剂和固化剂,通过高温反应釜的搅拌机构对胶水粘合剂和固化剂进行搅拌,同时,将破碎后的海绵下角料均匀的添加至高温反应釜内进行混合,混合完毕后的材料输送至模具内高温成型制得再生海绵;
S2、将聚乙烯原料加入加热釜内,加热至熔融状态,再将纳米石英砂改性剂均匀的加入加热釜内,搅拌30min后加入偶联剂,反应4h后,制得熔融混合物,从喷丝板中挤出,制成改性聚乙烯纤维丝,将改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝混纺后制得改性聚乙烯面料;
S3、将步骤S2制得的改性聚乙烯面料沿着S1制得的再生海绵面料的顶部进行粘贴,粘贴固定完毕后,将改性聚乙烯面料沿着再生海绵面料顶部固定处的顶部开设多个通槽,在通槽的上方缝合连接尼龙网,最后在再生海绵面料底部粘接纯棉布料即可制得防风透湿保温复合衬布;
步骤S1再生海绵的密度为50-60kg/m3
步骤S1-S3再生海绵、改性聚乙烯面料和纯棉布料的厚度比例为3:1:1;
步骤S2改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的比例为8:1,且改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的细度为15-25D;

实施例三,一种新型防风透湿保温复合衬生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

S2、将聚乙烯原料加入加热釜内,加热至熔融状态,再将纳米石英砂改性剂均匀的加入加热釜内,搅拌30min后加入偶联剂,反应4h后,制得熔融混合物,从喷丝板中挤出,制成改性聚乙烯纤维丝,将改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝混纺后制得改性聚乙烯面料;
S3、将步骤S2制得的改性聚乙烯面料沿着S1制得的再生海绵面料的顶部进行粘贴,粘贴固定完毕后,将改性聚乙烯面料沿着再生海绵面料顶部固定处的顶部开设多个通槽,在通槽的上方缝合连接尼龙网,最后在再生海绵面料底部粘接纯棉布料即可制得防风透湿保温复合衬布;
步骤S1再生海绵的密度为60-70kg/m3
步骤S1-S3再生海绵、改性聚乙烯面料和纯棉布料的厚度比例为3:1:1;
步骤S2改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的比例为8:1,且改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的细度为15-25D;
步骤S3改性聚乙烯面料通槽为矩形槽,且通槽的长度为5-6cm,通槽的宽度为2-3cm。
实施例四,一种新型防风透湿保温复合衬生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将海绵下角料放置在破碎机中进行破碎,在高温反应釜内加入胶水粘合剂和固化剂,通过高温反应釜的搅拌机构对胶水粘合剂和固化剂进行搅拌,同时,将破碎后的海绵下角料均匀的添加至高温反应釜内进行混合,混合完毕后的材料输送至模具内高温成型制得再生海绵;

S3、将步骤S2制得的改性聚乙烯面料沿着S1制得的再生海绵面料的顶部进行粘贴,粘贴固定完毕后,将改性聚乙烯面料沿着再生海绵面料顶部固定处的顶部开设多个通槽,在通槽的上方缝合连接尼龙网,最后在再生海绵面料底部粘接纯棉布料即可制得防风透湿保温复合衬布;
步骤S1再生海绵的密度为50-60kg/m3
步骤S1-S3再生海绵、改性聚乙烯面料和纯棉布料的厚度比例为3:1:1;
步骤S2改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的比例为7:1,且改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的细度为15-25D;
步骤S3改性聚乙烯面料通槽为矩形槽,且通槽的长度为5-6cm,通槽的宽度为2-3cm。
实施例五,一种新型防风透湿保温复合衬生产工艺,包括以下步骤:

工作原理:使用时,通过在里层4与防风面层1之间设置吸湿保温层3,在通过在防风面层1的内部开设透气槽101,使得通过吸湿保温层3和里层4吸入的水分能通过透气槽101向外排出,又由于吸湿保温层3设置有多个呈水平等距分布的凸起,并且,透气槽101的位置位于凸起处的上方,由于在透气槽101处进行加厚处理,从而保证了透气槽101处的防风性能,且在透气槽101处缝合连接有防护网2,由于尼龙材质具有良好的强度,通过尼龙材质的防护网2对透气槽101处进行防护,从而防止透气槽101的槽进一步扩张拉大,并且,还能对透气槽101下方的吸湿保温层3进行良好的防护,降低对吸湿保温层3凸起的磨损,并且,通过吸湿保温层3的凸起带动防风面层1的凸起,通过防风面层1的凸起,能改变倾斜方向的风的方向,由此提升了防风面层1的防风性能,并且,由于吸湿保温层3采用再生海绵材质制成,通过再生海绵弹性好、耐性好、不易发生变形以及保温性能好的特性,提升了衬布整体的保温性能,并且由于再生海绵优良的弹性以及再生海绵的凸起,提升了衬布良好的缓冲性能,通过再生海绵不易发生变形的性能,保障了衬布饱满硬挺的效果,由于防风面层1采用改性聚乙烯面料制成,由于改性聚乙烯面料中添加有纳米石英砂改性剂,由此提升了防风面层1的耐磨性能,由于改性聚乙烯面料是通过改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝混纺后制得的,通过改性聚乙烯面料中尼龙丝的加入,提升了改性聚乙烯面料的抗拉扯强度,从而提升了衬布整体的抗拉扯强度。

1.一种防风透湿保温复合衬,其特征在于,由防风面层(1)、防护网(2)、吸湿保温层(3)和里层(4)组成,所述吸湿保温层(3)的顶部具有多个呈水平等距分布的凸起,所述防风面层(1)沿着吸湿保温层(3)的顶部与吸湿保温层(3)粘结,所述吸湿保温层(3)的底部粘结有里层(4),所述防风面层(1)的顶部具有多个透气槽(101),所述防风面层(1)的外部位于透气槽(101)的上方缝合连接有防护网(2);
所述防风面层(1)采用改性聚乙烯复合面料制成;
所述里层(4)采用纯棉面料制成;
所述吸湿保温层(3)采用再生海绵材质制成;
所述改性聚乙烯复合面料为添加有纳米石英砂改性剂的聚乙烯复合面料;
所述再生海绵由工业海绵下脚料经粉碎、搅拌胶水蒸汽高温消毒杀菌去味压缩成型制成;
所述防风透湿保温复合衬的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将海绵下角料放置在破碎机中进行破碎,在高温反应釜内加入胶水粘合剂和固化剂,通过高温反应釜的搅拌机构对胶水粘合剂和固化剂进行搅拌,同时,将破碎后的海绵下角料均匀的添加至高温反应釜内进行混合,混合完毕后的材料输送至模具内高温成型制得再生海绵;
S2、将聚乙烯原料加入加热釜内,加热至熔融状态,再将纳米石英砂改性剂均匀的加入加热釜内,搅拌30min后加入偶联剂,反应4h后,制得熔融混合物,从喷丝板中挤出,制成改性聚乙烯纤维丝,将改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝混纺后制得改性聚乙烯面料;
S3、将步骤S2制得的改性聚乙烯面料沿着S1制得的再生海绵面料的顶部进行粘贴,粘贴固定完毕后,将改性聚乙烯面料沿着再生海绵面料顶部固定处的顶部开设多个通槽,在通槽的上方缝合连接尼龙网,最后在再生海绵面料底部粘接纯棉布料即可制得防风透湿保温复合衬布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风透湿保温复合衬,其特征在于,步骤S1所述再生海绵的密度为50-60kg/m3
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风透湿保温复合衬,其特征在于,步骤S1-S3所述再生海绵、改性聚乙烯面料和纯棉布料的厚度比例为3:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风透湿保温复合衬,其特征在于,步骤S2所述改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的比例为8:1,且改性聚乙烯纤维丝与尼龙丝的细度为15-25D。
