本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产国、出口国和消费国,出口额占全球出口贸易的四分之一以上,而随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。同时市场上军用和野外运动类服装对面料的耐用性和使用可靠性要求很高,尤其要求面料的强度高、耐磨性好。
目前,现有的超耐磨混纺面料,大多存在以下的不足:透气性能差,使得面料易滋生细菌,影响所需人员穿戴服饰的使用,综上,现有的超耐磨混纺面料大多还不能很好地契合实际需要。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,主要为解决透气性能差,使得面料易滋生细菌,影响所需人员穿戴服饰使用的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原料:选取棉布2-3卷、天麻丝面料2-4卷、锦纶面料2-4卷和TPU复合面料3-5卷;
步骤二,原料配比:选择棉布1卷、天麻丝面料2卷、锦纶面料 1卷和TPU复合面料3卷,在3卷TPU复合面料上下两面都涂上胶,按照天麻丝面料、TPU复合面料、棉布、TPU复合面料、天麻丝面料、 TPU复合面料、锦纶面料的方式作摆放,将多层面料作贴合,然后卷在滚筒上面;
步骤三,软化面料:将滚筒上面的复合布料由水箱进料口处通过,将水箱内水的温度加热至50℃-80℃,然后复合布料与水箱中的水相接触,完成对复合布料的软化作业;
步骤四,收卷面料:由胶水贴合后的复合布料经软化后静置 3-5min,待面料温度降至20℃-25℃时,将复合布料开头处固定在第一转筒圆周外壁一侧,然后转动第一转筒对软化后的复合布料作收卷作业;
步骤五,水洗:将该复合布料开头处固定在第二转筒圆周外壁一侧,可以把收卷在第一转筒上的复合布料作散开,将复合布料放入水池中,操作人员使用高压水枪和清洁刷对面料作清理作业,操作效率为3㎡/2min;
步骤六,定性:对清理后的复合布料作清水冲刷,然后由第一风机对复合布料表面作风干作业,然后对该面料表面喷洒杀菌除臭剂,该杀菌除臭剂喷洒的范围为2ml/㎡,再由第二风机对该面料作风干,第一风机和第二风机的作业效率为3㎡/min,同时对面料两边作修剪作业;
步骤七,检测收卷:对所生产的复合布料作面料质量检测,对不合格的面料作整批次检测,避免劣质面料的输出,合格的面料通过第二转筒的转动作收卷,继而完成该面料的生产。
进一步的,所述步骤一中棉布厚度为95-100um,天麻丝面料厚度为65-70um,锦纶面料厚度为120-130um,TPU复合面料的厚度为 35-42um。
在前述方案的基础上,所述步骤二中胶水涂抹厚度为8-10um,经步骤三操作后胶水连接厚度在4-6um之间。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述步骤三中水箱中的布料由加热器对其加热,加热温度为50℃-80℃,致使面料作软化融合作业。
进一步的,所述步骤四和步骤五中第一转筒和第二转筒的转动效率均为1.5m/min。
在前述方案的基础上,所述步骤五中水池内侧四壁均设有同一个过滤网,且水池底板设有吸附板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案,所述步骤六中杀菌除臭剂采用植物活性剂为原料所制成,ph值为6显弱酸性。
进一步的,所述步骤七中该复合布料厚度为480-500um,对所制作完成的面料作质量检测。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,具备以下有益效果:

4、抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,通过该混纺面料上喷洒杀菌除臭剂的设置可以保证人们穿戴的安全,该混纺面料有着抑菌、杀菌和除臭功效,对氨、硫化氢等恶臭有良好的分解去除效果,不会对室内环境增加负担。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
参照表1,抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原料:选取棉布2-3卷、天麻丝面料2-4卷、天麻丝面料有着自然环保、舒适的亲肤性、完美的吸湿管理功能、特有的柔韧性、抑菌防霉、防紫外线、抗静电和耐洗涤的特点,方便舒适于人们的使用,锦纶面料2-4卷,锦纶面料有着耐腐蚀、耐磨和高弹性的良好特性,其吸湿性也是在合成纤维面料之中属于比较好的品种,人们穿着时更为舒适,并且锦纶面料具有良好的防蛀和防腐蚀性能,易于人们的保存,TPU复合面料3-5卷,TPU复合面料有着环保性,并且改变面料质感,其弹性好、强韧、防水透湿、抗辐射、耐洗涤、耐磨和耐寒性好的优越特性可以适宜于各类人员的使用,使用周期长,节省了面料使用的物料;
步骤二,原料配比:选择棉布1卷、天麻丝面料2卷、锦纶面料 1卷和TPU复合面料3卷,在3卷TPU复合面料上下两面都涂上胶,按照天麻丝面料、TPU复合面料、棉布、TPU复合面料、天麻丝面料、 TPU复合面料、锦纶面料的方式作摆放,将多层面料作贴合,然后卷在滚筒上面;
步骤三,软化面料:将滚筒上面的复合布料由水箱进料口处通过,将水箱内水的温度加热至50℃-65℃,复合布料与水箱中的水相接触,完成对复合布料的软化作业;
步骤四,收卷面料:由胶水贴合后的复合布料经软化后静置 3-5min,待面料温度降至20℃-25℃时,将复合布料开头处固定在第一转筒圆周外壁一侧,然后转动第一转筒对软化后的复合布料作收卷作业;
步骤五,水洗:将该复合布料开头处固定在第二转筒圆周外壁一侧,可以把收卷在第一转筒上的复合布料作散开,将复合布料放入水池中,操作人员使用高压水枪和清洁刷对面料作清理作业,操作效率为3㎡/2min;
步骤六,定性:对清理后的复合布料作清水冲刷,然后由第一风机对复合布料表面作风干作业,然后对该面料表面喷洒杀菌除臭剂,通过该混纺面料上喷洒杀菌除臭剂的设置可以保证人们穿戴的安全,该混纺面料有着抑菌、杀菌和除臭功效,对氨、硫化氢等恶臭有良好的分解去除效果,不会对室内环境增加负担,该杀菌除臭剂喷洒的范围为2ml/㎡,再由第二风机对该面料作风干,第一风机和第二风机的作业效率为3㎡/min,同时对面料两边作修剪作业;
步骤七,检测收卷:对所生产的复合布料根据表1项目作面料质量检测,随即得到检测结果,对不合格的面料作整批次检测,避免劣质面料的输出,合格的面料通过第二转筒的转动作收卷,继而完成该面料的生产。

本发明中步骤一中棉布3厚度为95-100um,天麻丝面料1厚度为65-70um,锦纶面料4厚度为120-130um,TPU复合面料2的厚度为35-42um,步骤二中胶水涂抹厚度为8-10um,经步骤三操作后胶水连接厚度在4-6um之间,步骤三中水箱中的布料由加热器对其加热,温度达到50℃-65℃面料作软化融合作业,步骤四和步骤五中第一转筒和第二转筒的转动效率均为1.5m/min,步骤五中水池内侧四壁均设有同一个过滤网,且水池底板设有吸附板,步骤六中杀菌除臭剂采用植物活性剂为原料所制成,ph值为6显弱酸性,可以在保护人们安全的同时避免面料细菌的滋生,保证该复合布料的杀菌除臭效果,步骤七中该复合布料厚度为480-500um,对所制作完成的面料作质量检测即完成该面料的制作。
实施例2
参照表1,抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原料:选取同高度的棉布2-4卷、天麻丝面料2-3 卷、天麻丝面料有着自然环保、舒适的亲肤性、完美的吸湿管理功能、特有的柔韧性、抑菌防霉、防紫外线、抗静电和耐洗涤的特点,方便舒适于人们的使用,锦纶面料1-3卷,锦纶面料有着耐腐蚀、耐磨和高弹性的良好特性,其吸湿性也是在合成纤维面料之中属于比较好的品种,人们穿着时更为舒适,并且锦纶面料具有良好的防蛀和防腐蚀性能,易于人们的保存和TPU复合面料2-6卷,TPU复合面料有着环保性,并且改变面料质感,其弹性好、强韧、防水透湿、抗辐射、耐洗涤、耐磨和耐寒性好的优越特性可以适宜于各类人员的使用,使用周期长,节省了面料使用的物料;
步骤二,原料配比:选择棉布2卷、天麻丝面料1卷、锦纶面料 2卷和TPU复合面料4卷,在4卷TPU复合面料上下两面都涂上胶,按照天麻丝面料、TPU复合面料、棉布、TPU复合面料、天麻丝面料、 TPU复合面料、锦纶面料的方式作摆放,将多层面料作贴合,然后卷在滚筒上面;
步骤三,软化面料:将水箱内水的温度加热至65℃-80℃,然后将滚筒上面的复合布料由水箱进料口处通过,复合布料与水箱中的水相接触,完成对复合布料的软化作业;
步骤四,收卷面料:由胶水贴合后的复合布料经软化后静置 4-5.5min,待面料温度降至20℃-25℃时,将复合布料开头处固定在第一转筒圆周外壁一侧,然后转动第一转筒对软化后的复合布料作收卷作业;
步骤五,水洗:将该复合布料开头处固定在第二转筒圆周外壁一侧,可以把收卷在第一转筒上的复合布料作散开,将复合布料放入水池中,操作人员使用高压水枪和清洁刷对面料作清理作业,操作效率为2㎡/min;

步骤七,检测收卷:对所生产的复合布料根据表2项目作面料质量检测,随即得到检测结果,对不合格的面料作整批次检测,避免劣质面料的输出,合格的面料通过第二转筒的转动作收卷,继而完成该面料的生产。

Claims (8)

1.抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,准备原料:选取棉布2-3卷、天麻丝面料2-4卷、锦纶面料2-4卷和TPU复合面料3-5卷;
步骤二,原料配比:选择棉布1卷、天麻丝面料2卷、锦纶面料1卷和TPU复合面料3卷,在3卷TPU复合面料上下两面都涂上胶,按照天麻丝面料、TPU复合面料、棉布、TPU复合面料、天麻丝面料、TPU复合面料、锦纶面料的方式作摆放,将多层面料作贴合,然后卷在滚筒上面;
步骤三,软化面料:将滚筒上面的复合布料由水箱进料口处通过,将水箱内水的温度加热至50℃-80℃,复合布料与水箱中的水相接触,完成对复合布料的软化作业;
步骤四,收卷面料:由胶水贴合后的复合布料经软化后静置3-5min,待面料温度降至20℃-25℃时,将复合布料开头处固定在第一转筒圆周外壁一侧,然后转动第一转筒对软化后的复合布料作收卷作业;

步骤七,检测收卷:对所生产的复合布料作面料质量检测,对不合格的面料作整批次检测,避免劣质面料的输出,合格的面料通过第二转筒的转动作收卷,继而完成该面料的生产。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤一中棉布(3)厚度为95-100um,天麻丝面料(1)厚度为65-70um,锦纶(4)面料厚度为120-130um,TPU复合面料(2)的厚度为35-42um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤二中胶水涂抹厚度为8-10um,经步骤三操作后胶水连接厚度在4-6um之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤三中水箱中的布料由加热器对其加热,加热温度为50℃-80℃,致使面料作软化融合作业。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤四和步骤五中第一转筒和第二转筒的转动效率均为1.5m/min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤五中水池内侧四壁均设有同一个过滤网,且水池底板设有吸附板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤六中杀菌除臭剂采用植物活性剂为原料所制成,ph值为6显弱酸性。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌麻杆天丝锦纶短纤超耐磨混纺面料,其特征在于:所述步骤七中该复合布料厚度为480-500um,对所制作完成的面料作质量检测。
