技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,尤其涉及一种防紫外线面料。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,大气层中臭氧层不断遭到破坏,导致地表紫外线辐射量增大。紫外线不仅会使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康,而且强烈时皮肤容易晒伤,会使人汗流浃背,影响织物穿着的舒适性。因此,人们对防紫外线产品的需求也日渐高涨。另外,随着人们在户外活动时间的增加,人们对服装面料舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高。因此,需求一种新型的防紫外线面料。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:为了解决目前紫外线辐射量不断增大,对人类皮肤上产生伤害的技术问题,本发明提供一种防紫外线面料,采用亲肤保温内层和抗紫外线功能层结合的方式,解决了现有面料抗紫外线性能差、透气性能差的问题。
技术方案:一种防紫外线面料,该面料由内至外依次为保湿内层、防紫外线中间层和透气外层,各层之间采用热熔胶热压复合的方式通过胶黏剂粘合在一起;所述保湿内层为水刺无纺布,防紫外线中间层为外层设有石墨烯涂层的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜;透气外层由抗紫外线纱线编织而成。
上述所述的保湿内层的厚度为0.15-0.3mm,面密度为10-15g/m2
上述所述的水刺无纺布由桑蚕丝制成,所述桑蚕丝细度为1.2-1.5tex,长度为35-52mm。
上述所述的防紫外线中间层的厚度为0.05-0.10mm。
上述所述的防紫外线中间层上的石墨烯涂层的外表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,其中制成二氧化钛涂层的水溶液浓度为2%-5%,二氧化钛粒径为5-100nm。
上述所述的透气外层的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
上述所述的透气外层为双面鸟眼组织结构,制成透气外层的抗紫外线纱线为复合纱线,其中复合纱线细度为9.8tex,由聚乳酸长丝、涤纶长丝和亚麻纤维丝并捻合股而成,纱线复合比例分别为25.4/19.1/55.5。
上述所述的保湿内层、防紫外线中间层之间设置有一层竹纤维抗菌层,竹纤维作为经纱和纬纱,其中竹纤维为14.6*9.8tex,经密为210根/10cm,纬密为260根/10cm,采用平纹组织结构编织而成。
上述所述的保湿内层、防紫外线中间层和透气外层各层之间进行粘合时采用水溶性PU作为胶黏剂,制备水溶性PU胶状溶液后按照与三层面料重量比为3:1,热轧温度为110℃~160℃,热轧辊压力为0.5~1.5kg/cm2进行热轧粘合。
水溶性PU经国家检测为实际无毒级,具有环保,溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂,粘度超强,操作方便,使用广泛等众多优点,有效的减少了环境污染,节能节耗,省时省力。
此外,保湿内层、防紫外线中间层和透气外层这三层复合时为了达到较好的防紫外和透气性能,由内向外织物密度应逐渐疏松扩散。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种防紫外线面料,具有以下有益效果:该面料采用桑蚕丝制成的水刺无纺布作为亲肤保湿内层,能够在空气中吸收水分或散发水分,具有良好的吸湿放湿性,能够在皮肤表面形成水膜,大大降低紫外线的伤害,同时桑蚕丝的丝蛋白中的色氨酸、酪氨酸能吸收紫外线,具有抗紫外线功能;采用涂有石墨烯涂层的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜作为防紫外线中间层,石墨烯涂层具有良好的紫外线阻隔性能;采用双面鸟眼组织结构的针织透气外层,疏松透气,能够有效降低紫外线的透过率,同时聚乳酸长丝和亚麻纤维丝都具有良好的防紫外性能,以抗紫外线复合纱线编织而成的面料外侧具有抗静电性好,吸湿散热、抗菌抑菌效果好的特点。

实施例1
一种防紫外线面料,该面料由内至外依次为保湿内层1、防紫外线中间层2和透气外层3,各层之间采用热熔胶热压复合的方式通过水溶性PU胶黏剂粘合在一起;所述保湿内层1为由桑蚕丝制成的水刺无纺布,其中桑蚕丝的细度为1.2tex,长度为45mm。防紫外线中间层2为外层设有石墨烯涂层的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜;透气外层3为双面鸟眼组织结构,由抗紫外线纱线编织而成,其中罗纹排针配置,针盘针按ABAB顺序进行排序,针筒针按AABC顺序进行排序,抗紫外线纱线为复合纱线,由聚乳酸长丝(150D)、涤纶长丝(136D)和亚麻纤维丝(3.6D)并捻合股而成。
所述保湿内层1的厚度为0.15mm,面密度为12g/m2;防紫外线中间层2的厚度为0.05mm,透气外层3的厚度为0.2mm。
保湿内层、防紫外线中间层和透气外层这三层复合时为了达到较好的防紫外和透气性能,由内向外织物密度应逐渐疏松扩散。
所述的石墨烯涂层的形成方法为将氧化石墨烯涂刷于聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜外表面,采用紫外辐照法还原氧化石墨烯,使聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜表面形成石墨烯涂层。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于所述防紫外线中间层2的厚度为0.1mm,并且在防紫外线中间层2上的石墨烯涂层的外表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层。其中,二氧化钛粒径为5nm,涂层溶液浓度为4%。
石墨烯涂层表面呈凹凸的片状结构,纳米二氧化钛涂层着附效果好。并且,纳米二氧化钛涂层具有良好的自洁性能和紫外线屏蔽性能。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础上,所述的保湿内层1、防紫外线中间层2之间设置有一层竹纤维抗菌层,竹纤维作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织结构编织而成。
竹纤维抗菌层能够大大提高面料的抗菌性能。
下面对实施例1-实施例3的面料的性能进行检测,并且选择了市场上的两种面料作为对比例1和对比例2同时进行检测。对比例1为一种防紫外线面料,外层为带有涂层的防紫外面料,中层为棉麻混纺面料层,外层为聚酯纤维混纺层;对比例2为一种透气面料,该面料以醋酸纤维为经纱、粘胶纤维为纬纱交织而成。其检测结果如下表1。

其中,防止外线纺织品检测评估UPF实验(UV-CUT),采用澳洲/纽西兰AS/NZS 4399标准,实验方法为:选择太阳照射强度系数,每个试样测试两次(0°,45°两个方向各测试一次)通过计算机程序读出平均值。根据UPF值进行等级分类。具体表格如下表2。

保湿性是衡量织物含水量,测定织物保水和脱水的方法。关于透气阻抗的意义及测试方法参照GB/T 18398-2001,服装热阻测试方法,暖体假人法及文章“织物热湿舒适性能测试方法和标准”。抑菌率采用琼脂平皿扩散法测得,菌种为常见的金黄色葡萄球菌或大肠杆菌等。

Claims (9)

1.一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:该面料由内至外依次为保湿内层(1)、防紫外线中间层(2)和透气外层(3),各层之间通过胶黏剂粘合在一起;所述保湿内层(1)为水刺无纺布,防紫外线中间层(2)为外层设有石墨烯涂层的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜;透气外层(3)由抗紫外线纱线编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述保湿内层(1)的厚度为0.15-0.3mm,面密度为10-15g/m2
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述水刺无纺布由桑蚕丝制成,所述桑蚕丝细度为1.2-1.5tex,长度为35-52mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述防紫外线中间层(2)的厚度为0.05-0.10mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述防紫外线中间层(2)上的石墨烯涂层的外表面涂有纳米二氧化钛涂层,其中制成二氧化钛涂层的水溶液浓度为2%-5%,二氧化钛粒径为5-100nm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述透气外层(3)的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述透气外层(3)为双面鸟眼组织结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述保湿内层(1)、防紫外线中间层(2)之间设置有一层竹纤维抗菌层,抗菌层为平纹组织结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线面料,其特征在于:所述保湿内层(1)、防紫外线中间层(2)和透气外层(3)各层之间进行粘合时采用水溶性PU作为胶黏剂。
