Abstract
The invention discloses a product processing device, which comprises: a support member; at least one conveying part for conveying the product, the conveying part being arranged on the supporting piece; at least one processing part with a processing area; and the power part is used for driving the supporting piece to move so as to enable the product conveyed by the conveying part to enter or leave the processing area. The invention can realize mechanized operation, and has high safety and high efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to product processing equipment.
Background
In fig. 1, the inner frame and the outer frame are pressed together to form the base. Bolts are required to be added into the corresponding mounting holes of the inner frame and the outer frame, so that the connection is firmer. After installing the bolts, the ends of the bolts need to be flattened.
Currently, bolts are mostly manually placed under the ram of a press, a riveting machine, or the like. The processing is low in efficiency, low in precision and poor in safety, and the application is provided in view of the fact.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one technical problem in the background technology, the invention provides product processing equipment which is high in automation level, high in efficiency and good in safety.
The invention provides a product processing device, which comprises:
a support member;
at least one conveying part for conveying the product, the conveying part being arranged on the supporting piece;
at least one processing part with a processing area;
and the power part is used for driving the supporting piece to move so as to enable the product conveyed by the conveying part to enter or leave the processing area.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a first clamping part for clamping or releasing the product;
the first driving unit is used for driving the first clamping part to move along a first direction;
and the second driving unit is used for driving the first driving unit to move along a second direction so as to enable the first clamping part to place the product in the conveying part or clamp the product in the conveying part to be separated from the conveying part, wherein the second direction is not parallel to the first direction.
Preferably, the first clamping portion includes:
the clamping device comprises two symmetrically distributed first clamping claws, wherein a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate are arranged on one sides, close to each other, of the two first clamping claws, the second clamping plate is positioned above the first clamping plate, an inclined surface is arranged at the lower part of the second clamping plate, and the inclined surface gradually inclines downwards from the free end of the second clamping plate to the direction of one end connected with the first clamping claw;

the fourth driving unit is used for driving the second clamping part to move along a third direction;
and the fifth driving unit is used for driving the fourth driving unit to move along a fourth direction so as to enable the second clamping part to place the product in the conveying part or clamp the product in the conveying part to be separated from the conveying part, wherein the fourth direction is not parallel to the third direction.
Preferably, the second clamping portion includes:
the lower ends of the two second clamping claws are bent and extended towards each other;
and the sixth driving unit is used for driving the two second clamping claws to approach or depart from each other, wherein the sixth driving unit is connected with the output end of the fourth driving unit.

Referring to fig. 1-12, a product processing apparatus according to the present invention includes:

Further, the side wall of the accommodation groove 1101 is inclined from bottom to top gradually away from the center position. When the product is placed in the accommodation groove 1101, the side wall of the accommodation groove 1101 is expanded outward for easy placement, and the product is easily placed in the accommodation groove 1101. Even if a small error exists in the conveying process, the product can be effectively put in. When the product is placed in the machine, the position of the product can be adjusted, and the subsequent processing is convenient.
The transfer section further includes:
a pressing plate 12 located above the accommodation groove 1101; a seventh driving unit 13, configured to drive the pressing plate 12 to lift, and may be an air cylinder. After the product is placed in the accommodating groove 1101, the seventh driving unit 13 is utilized to drive the pressing plate 12 to descend, the product is pressed, shaking in the conveying process is avoided, shaking during processing is avoided, and processing precision is guaranteed.
An air slide ring 19, an air station 21 may be provided, with the seventh drive unit 13 communicating with the air slide ring via a pipe 21. The gas slip ring is communicated with the gas station through a pipeline 21 to realize the action of the seventh driving unit 13.
The present embodiment includes two processing portions 18 arranged at intervals in the product conveying direction, and can process bolts at different positions. Each processing section 18 has a processing zone; the processing portion 18 of the present embodiment may be a riveter, and the product is placed under a ram of the riveter to flatten the end of the bolt. When the riveting machine drives the pressure head to descend, the riveting machine can rotate, so that after the bolts are flattened, the ductility is good, the riveting machine does not crack, and the service life is long.
And the power part is used for driving the supporting piece 1 to move so as to enable the product conveyed by the conveying part to enter or leave the processing area.
The power section includes:
a stand 14; a slewing bearing 15; mounted on the bracket 14, wherein the support 1 is connected to the slewing bearing 15; a gear 16 engaged with the slewing bearing 15; a motor 17, the output end of which is connected with the gear 16. The motor 17 is used for driving the gear 16 and the slewing bearing 15 to rotate, driving the supporting piece 1, the conveying part and the product to rotate, and the position of the bolt is adjusted, so that the processing is convenient.
The embodiment can realize automatic product conveying, and has high processing efficiency, good safety and high precision.
To facilitate placement of the product within the holding tank 1101, or removal of the product within the holding tank 1101, the apparatus further comprises:
a first clamping part for clamping or releasing the product; a first driving unit 2, configured to drive the first clamping portion to move along a first direction, and to be capable of moving along a vertical direction;
a second driving unit, configured to drive the first driving unit 2 to move along a second direction, and to be able to move along a horizontal direction; so that the first clamping part can place the product in the conveying part or clamp the product in the conveying part out of the conveying part, wherein the second direction is not parallel to the first direction, and in the embodiment, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
In this embodiment, the first clamping portion may be used to clamp the external product to be processed. The horizontal position of the product is adjusted by the second driving unit, for example, moved to above the accommodation groove 1101. Then, let the first driving unit 2 drive the first clamping part to descend, let the product get into holding tank 1101 after, release the product, then drive the first clamping part to return to the original position, wait to clamp another product. The embodiment can realize automatic feeding, improve efficiency and reduce manual operation.
For convenient clamping and releasing of the product, the first clamping part comprises:
the two first clamping claws 4 are symmetrically distributed, a first clamping plate 401 and a second clamping plate 402 are arranged on one sides, close to each other, of the two first clamping claws 4, the second clamping plate 402 is located above the first clamping plate 401, the first clamping plate 401 can be horizontally arranged, an inclined surface is arranged at the lower part of the second clamping plate 402, and the inclined surface gradually inclines downwards from the free end of the second clamping plate 402 to the direction of one end connected with the first clamping claw 4; two first clamping plates 401 and two second clamping plates 402 can be arranged on each first clamping jaw 4 in one-to-one correspondence, so that a product can be clamped more conveniently, and the product is prevented from tilting during movement.
The product is provided with two approximately cuboid side edges, when clamping is performed, the two side edges enter between the first clamping plate 401 and the second clamping plate 402, and the product is clamped from two sides by the first clamping plate 401 and the second clamping plate 402.
And a third driving unit 53 for driving the two first claws 4 to approach or separate from each other, wherein the third driving unit 53 is connected to the output end of the first driving unit 2.
When clamping an external product, the two first clamping claws 4 are arranged at two sides of the product, and the third driving unit 53 drives the two first clamping claws 4 to approach each other, so that the product is clamped from two sides. After the product is placed in the accommodation groove 1101, the two first claws 4 are separated from the product by being separated from each other. And the product is convenient to convey.
For better clamping the product, two baffle plates 6 which are distributed oppositely are arranged on one side of the two first clamping claws 4 close to each other, the two baffle plates 6 are positioned on two sides of the first clamping plate 401, and the distance between the two baffle plates 6 is gradually reduced from the free end of the baffle plates 6 to the direction of the end connected with the first clamping claws 4. When the product is clamped, the product is placed between the two baffles 6, and along with the continuous approach of the two first clamping claws 4, even if the position of the product has a small error in the length direction, the product is convenient to adjust along the length because the interval between the two baffles 6 is continuously reduced when the product is contacted with the baffles 6.
It was found that by providing the first clamping plate 401 and the second clamping plate 402 on the two first claws 4, the product can be clamped in the width direction of the product.
Through setting up baffle 6, can follow the length direction of product and prescribe a limit to the position of product, so, when the centre gripping product, product position is accurate, avoids the error, like this, when follow-up processing, effectively guarantees machining precision.
In order to improve the processing efficiency, the apparatus further comprises:
a second clamping part for clamping or releasing the product; the second clamping part and the first clamping part are positioned at two sides of the processing area along the conveying direction of the product; the first clamping part can be used for clamping the external product into the accommodating groove 1101, and the second clamping part can be used for moving out the product in the accommodating groove 1101, so that the efficiency is improved.
A fourth driving unit 7, configured to drive the second clamping portion to move along the third direction, and to move in a vertical direction.
A fifth driving unit 8, configured to drive the fourth driving unit 7 to move along a fourth direction, and be capable of moving horizontally; so that the second clamping part can place the product in the conveying part or clamp the product in the conveying part out of the conveying part, wherein the fourth direction is not parallel to the third direction, and in the embodiment, the fourth direction is perpendicular to the third direction.
The second clamping portion includes:
the lower ends of the two second clamping claws 9 are bent and extended towards each other; and a sixth driving unit 10 for driving the two second claws 9 to approach or separate from each other, wherein the sixth driving unit 10 is connected to the output end of the fourth driving unit 7. The second jaw 9 may be L-shaped. The first driving unit 2, the second driving unit, the third driving unit 53, the fourth driving unit 7, the fifth driving unit 8, and the sixth driving unit 10 may be cylinders.
After the product A is processed, the fourth driving unit 7 is utilized to drive the second clamping claws 9 to descend, after the product A is moved to a proper position, the sixth driving unit 10 is utilized to drive the two second clamping claws 9 to approach each other, so that the second clamping claws 9 are contacted with the product, and then the fourth driving unit 7 is utilized to drive the second clamping claws 9 to ascend, so that the product A is separated from the accommodating groove 1101. The fifth driving unit 8 can be used for driving the fourth driving unit 7, the second clamping claws 9 and the products to move horizontally, and after the products move to a proper position, the two second clamping claws 9 are far away from each other, and the products can be taken down.

a support member;
at least one conveying part for conveying the product, the conveying part being arranged on the supporting piece;
at least one processing part with a processing area;
the power part is used for driving the supporting piece to move so as to enable the product conveyed by the conveying part to enter or leave the processing area;
a first clamping part for clamping or releasing the product;
the first driving unit is used for driving the first clamping part to move along a first direction;
a second driving unit for driving the first driving unit to move along a second direction so as to enable the first clamping part to place the product in the conveying part or clamp the product in the conveying part to be separated from the conveying part, wherein the second direction is not parallel to the first direction;
the clamping device comprises two symmetrically distributed first clamping claws, wherein a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate are arranged on one sides, close to each other, of the two first clamping claws, the second clamping plate is positioned above the first clamping plate, an inclined surface is arranged at the lower part of the second clamping plate, and the inclined surface gradually inclines downwards from the free end of the second clamping plate to the direction of one end connected with the first clamping claw;
the third driving unit is used for driving the two first clamping claws to approach or depart from each other, and the third driving unit is connected with the output end of the first driving unit;
two opposite baffle plates are arranged on one side, close to each other, of the two first clamping claws, the two baffle plates are positioned on two sides of the first clamping plate, and the distance between the two baffle plates is gradually reduced from the free end of the baffle plate to the direction of the end connected with the first clamping claws;
a second clamping part for clamping or releasing the product; the second clamping part and the first clamping part are positioned at two sides of the processing area along the conveying direction of the product;
the fourth driving unit is used for driving the second clamping part to move along a third direction;
a fifth driving unit for driving the fourth driving unit to move along a fourth direction so as to enable the second clamping portion to place the product in the conveying portion or clamp the product in the conveying portion to be separated from the conveying portion, wherein the fourth direction is not parallel to the third direction;
the lower ends of the two second clamping claws are bent and extended towards each other;
and the sixth driving unit is used for driving the two second clamping claws to approach or depart from each other, wherein the sixth driving unit is connected with the output end of the fourth driving unit.
2. The product processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the transfer portion includes a fixing plate coupled to the support member, the fixing plate having a receiving groove for receiving the product.
3. The product processing apparatus of claim 2, wherein the side walls of the receiving slot slope progressively from bottom to top away from the central location.
4. The product processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the conveying section further comprises:
a pressing plate positioned above the accommodating groove;
and the seventh driving unit is used for driving the pressing plate to lift.
5. The product processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the power section includes:
a bracket;
