the workbench a1 and the workbench b27 are sequentially arranged side by side along the front-back direction, and the workbench c28 and the workbench d29 are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the workbench c 28;

the device also comprises a proximity switch a22, a tactile switch 23 and a control chip, wherein the proximity switch a22 is arranged on the top surface of the clamping seat 9 and is close to the right side surface of the positioning block 10, the testing direction of the proximity switch a22 is vertical upwards, and the proximity switch a22 corresponds to the rod material in the positioning groove 11; the tactile switch 23 is arranged on the left side surface of the sliding table a3 and is positioned behind the cold heading punch 8, and when the clamping mechanism and the cold heading mechanism are at initial positions, the tactile switch 23 is just opposite to the rod material in the corresponding positioning groove 11;
the proximity switch a22 and the tactile switch 23 are electrically connected with the control chip, the control chip is electrically connected with the cold heading power mechanism and the servo motor aa4, when the proximity switch a22 and the tactile switch 23 detect a rod material simultaneously, the control chip controls the servo motor aa4 to move a station so that the cold heading punch 8 is aligned with the rod material, and then the cold heading power mechanism is controlled to drive the cold heading punch 8 to move leftwards to perform cold heading on the end of the rod material.
The cold heading power mechanism comprises a servo motor a16, a belt pulley transmission mechanism 17, a screw rod a18 and a slide block 19; the side of slip table a3 keep away from fixture is equipped with slider 19, lead screw a18 install on workstation b 1's top surface through bearing frame 20 and bearing, be connected with slider 19, servo motor a16 locate on workstation b1, be connected with lead screw a18 through belt pulley drive mechanism 17, drive lead screw a18 and then drive slider 19, slip table a3 and move along guide rail a 2.
The full-automatic cold heading machine further comprises a power mechanism zero point switch 24, a power mechanism limit switch 25, a transverse moving zero point switch 26 and a transverse moving limit switch 21, wherein the power mechanism zero point switch 24 and the power mechanism limit switch 25 are sequentially arranged on the top surface of the workbench b1 from left to right and are close to and face the sliding table a2, the power mechanism zero point switch 24 is used for zeroing the position of the sliding table a3, and the power mechanism limit switch 25 is used for limiting the limit position of the sliding table a3 in the backward movement;
the transverse moving limit switch 21 and the transverse moving zero point switch 26 are sequentially arranged on the left side edge of the top surface of the sliding table a3 from front to back, the transverse moving limit switch 21 and the transverse moving zero point switch 26 extend to the upper part of the guide rail b6, and the detection end faces the guide rail b 6; the transverse movement limit switch 21 is used for limiting the limit position of the forward movement of the sliding table b5, and the transverse movement zero switch 26 is used for zero adjustment of the position of the sliding table b 5;
the power mechanism zero point switch 24, the power mechanism limit switch 25, the transverse moving zero point switch 26 and the transverse moving limit switch 21 are all proximity switches.
The full-automatic cold heading machine also comprises a nut conveying device and a nut positioning and clamping device;
the nut conveying device comprises a base 30, a vibration motor, a spring, a vibration cylinder 33, a whole material long groove 34, a conveying channel 35, a nut clamping mechanism, a camera support 31 and a camera 32;
the lower bottom surface of the vibration cylinder 33 is arranged on the upper surface of the top plate of the base 30 through a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed springs; the vibration motor is arranged in the base 30 and is connected with the lower surface of the top plate of the base 30;
a spiral guide belt 36 is arranged on the inner wall of the vibration cylinder 33, the starting end of the spiral guide belt 36 is positioned at the bottom of the vibration cylinder 33, the outlet end of the spiral guide belt 36 is positioned at the top of the vibration cylinder 33, and the bottom surface of the vibration cylinder 33 is used for storing bolts; the inner side wall of the upper section of the spiral guide belt 36 is provided with a material-sorting hole 37; the height of the material distributing hole 37 is smaller than the longitudinal height of the nut and larger than the width of the nut, so that the lying nut can fall back into the vibrating cylinder 33;

The automatic feeding mechanism comprises a storage tank 44, a jacking and feeding mechanism and a positioning table 45;
the storage tank 44 is arranged on the top surface of the workbench a 1; the positioning table 45 is arranged on the front side surface of the storage tank 44; the bottom surface of the storage tank 44 is an inclined surface which is inclined downwards from back to front;
the jacking and feeding mechanism comprises a step platform 46, a jacking cylinder 47 and a jacking mechanism; the step platform 46 is arranged on the front side of the bottom surface of the storage tank 44, the step platform 46 comprises a first step 48 and a second step 49, the top surfaces of the first step 48 and the second step 49 are inclined surfaces which incline downwards from back to front, and the side surfaces of the first step 48 and the second step 49 are vertical surfaces;
a plurality of groups of material ejecting grooves 50 are uniformly arranged on the side surfaces of the first-stage ladder 48 and the second-stage ladder 49 at intervals, a top surface groove a51 is arranged at the position, corresponding to each material ejecting groove 50, on the top surface of the ladder, the top surface groove a51 is communicated with the top of the corresponding material ejecting groove 50, a top surface groove b52 is arranged at the bottom surface of the material storage groove 44 or the top surface of the ladder at the bottom end position of each material ejecting groove 50, and the top surface groove b52 is communicated with the bottom end of the corresponding material ejecting groove 50;

The positioning table 45 is provided with a plurality of groups, the positioning table 45 is arranged on the front side surface of the material storage tank 44 at intervals, the positioning table 45 comprises an inclined table b57, a positioning groove 58 and a stop block 59, the inclined table b57 is arranged at the top of the front side of the workbench b27, the top surface of the inclined table b57 is an inclined surface which inclines forwards and downwards from back to front, and the rear side edge of the top surface of the inclined table b57 is connected with the front side edge of the top surface of the second-stage step 49 of the step table 46 through a buffer surface 60; a stop block 59 is arranged at the front side of the sloping platform b57, and a positioning groove 58 corresponding to the shape of the rod material is arranged at the contact part of the front edge of the top surface of the sloping platform b57 and the stop block 59;
the left end and the right end of the front side surface of the storage tank 44 are respectively provided with a baffle 61 and a positioning pushing cylinder 62; the piston rod of the positioning pushing cylinder 62 horizontally faces the direction of the baffle 61, and a pushing block 63 is arranged on the piston rod; the left side or the right side of the left positioning table 45 is provided with a photoelectric switch with a vertical upward detection direction, and when the photoelectric switch detects a rod material, the positioning pushing cylinder 62 pushes the pushing block 63 to push the rod material to contact the baffle 61, so that the rod material is positioned.

The wire pipe end peeling machine further comprises a rod material collecting groove 109, wherein the rod material collecting groove 109 is arranged in front of the workbench b27 and corresponds to the discharging plate 104 and collects rod materials sliding down from the discharging plate 104.

1. A full-automatic cold heading machine comprises a workbench a (1), an automatic feeding mechanism, a workbench b (27), an automatic conveying and feeding assembly, a workbench c (28), a left heading mechanism, a workbench d (29) and a right heading mechanism; the method is characterized in that:
the workbench a (1) and the workbench b (27) are sequentially arranged side by side along the front-back direction, and the workbench c (28) and the workbench d (29) are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the workbench c (28);
the automatic feeding mechanism is arranged on the workbench a (1), the automatic conveying and feeding assembly is arranged on the workbench b (27), the left pier head mechanism is arranged on the workbench c (28), and the right pier head mechanism is arranged on the workbench d (29);
the automatic feeding mechanism is used for conveying the rod materials to the automatic conveying and feeding assembly, and the automatic conveying and feeding assembly conveys the rod materials to the left pier head mechanism and the right pier head mechanism in sequence for cold heading and then sends the rod materials out of the workbench d (29);
the left pier head mechanism and the right pier head mechanism have the same structure and respectively comprise a clamping mechanism and a cold heading mechanism; the clamping mechanism and the cold heading mechanism are respectively arranged on the table surface of the workbench c (28) or the workbench d (29);
the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping seat (9), a positioning block (10), a positioning groove (11), a sliding groove (12), a clamping block (13), a hydraulic oil cylinder (14) and an oil cylinder mounting seat (15);
the clamping seat (9) is arranged on one side, close to the workbench b (27), of the workbench c (28) or the workbench d (29), and the cold heading mechanism is arranged on one side, far away from the workbench b (27);
a positioning block (10) is arranged on one side of the top surface of the clamping seat (9), an oil cylinder mounting seat (15) is arranged on the other side of the top surface of the clamping seat, and a positioning groove (11) is arranged on the side surface of the positioning block (10) facing the oil cylinder mounting seat (15);

the cold heading mechanism comprises a cold heading power mechanism, a guide rail a (2), a sliding table a (3), a servo motor aa (4), a sliding table b (5), a guide rail b (6), a punch mounting plate (7) and a cold heading punch (8); the guide rail a (2) is horizontally arranged on the table top of the workbench c (28) or the workbench d (29), and one end of the guide rail a (2) extends towards the clamping mechanism; the sliding table a (3) is arranged on the guide rail a (2), the cold heading power mechanism is connected with the sliding table a (3), and the sliding table a (3) is driven to perform feed motion along the guide rail a (2); a horizontal guide rail b (6) is arranged on the side surface of the sliding table a (3) facing the clamping mechanism, and the sliding table b (5) is arranged on the guide rail b (6); the servo motor aa (4) is arranged on the sliding table a (3) and connected with the sliding table b (5) to drive the sliding table b (5) to perform feeding motion along the guide rail b (6); a punch mounting plate (7) is arranged on the side surface of the sliding table b (5) facing the clamping mechanism, and the cold heading punch (8) is arranged on the punch mounting plate (7); the height of the cold heading punch (8) is consistent with that of the rod material clamped by the clamping mechanism, and the sliding table b (5) is driven to move through the servo motor aa (4), so that the position of the cold heading punch (8) is adjusted to be aligned with the position of a hole to be headed of the end of the rod material;
the device is characterized by further comprising a proximity switch a (22), a tactile switch (23) and a control chip, wherein the proximity switch a (22) is arranged on the top surface of the clamping seat (9) and is close to the right side surface of the positioning block (10), the testing direction of the proximity switch a (22) is vertical upwards and corresponds to the rod material in the positioning groove (11); the tactile switch (23) is arranged on the left side surface of the sliding table a (3) and is positioned behind the cold heading punch (8), and when the clamping mechanism and the cold heading mechanism are at initial positions, the tactile switch (23) is opposite to a rod material in the corresponding positioning groove (11);
the control chip is electrically connected with the cold heading power mechanism and the servo motor aa (4), when the proximity switch a (22) and the tactile switch (23) detect a rod material simultaneously, the servo motor aa (4) is controlled by the control chip to move a station so that the cold heading punch (8) is aligned with the rod material, and then the cold heading power mechanism is controlled to drive the cold heading punch (8) to move leftwards to perform cold heading on the end of the rod material.

The fully automatic cold heading machine according to claim 1, wherein: the cold heading power mechanism comprises a servo motor a (16), a belt pulley transmission mechanism (17), a screw rod a (18) and a sliding block (19); slip table a (3) keep away from fixture's side and be equipped with slider (19), lead screw a (18) install on the top surface of workstation b (1) through bearing frame (20) and bearing, be connected with slider (19), servo motor a (16) locate on workstation b (1), be connected with lead screw a (18) through belt pulley drive mechanism (17), drive lead screw a (18) and then drive slider (19), slip table a (3) and remove along guide rail a (2).

The fully automatic cold heading machine according to claim 1, wherein: the sliding table is characterized by further comprising a power mechanism zero point switch (24), a power mechanism limit switch (25), a transverse moving zero point switch (26) and a transverse moving limit switch (21), wherein the power mechanism zero point switch (24) and the power mechanism limit switch (25) are sequentially arranged on the top surface of the working table b (1) from left to right and are close to and face the sliding table a (2), the power mechanism zero point switch (24) is used for zeroing the position of the sliding table a (3), and the power mechanism limit switch (25) is used for limiting the limit position of the sliding table a (3) in a backward movement mode;
the transverse movement limit switch (21) and the transverse movement zero point switch (26) are sequentially arranged on the left side edge of the top surface of the sliding table a (3) from front to back, the transverse movement limit switch (21) and the transverse movement zero point switch (26) extend to the upper side of the guide rail b (6), and the detection end faces the guide rail b (6); the transverse movement limit switch (21) is used for limiting the limit position of the forward movement of the sliding table b (5), and the transverse movement zero switch (26) is used for zero adjustment of the position of the sliding table b (5);
the power mechanism zero switch (24), the power mechanism limit switch (25), the transverse moving zero switch (26) and the transverse moving limit switch (21) are all proximity switches.

the lower bottom surface of the vibrating cylinder (33) is arranged on the upper surface of the top plate of the base (30) through a plurality of groups of uniformly distributed springs; the vibration motor is arranged in the base (30) and is connected with the lower surface of the top plate of the base (30);
a spiral guide belt (36) is arranged on the inner wall of the vibration cylinder (33), the starting end of the spiral guide belt (36) is positioned at the bottom of the vibration cylinder (33), the outlet end of the spiral guide belt is positioned at the top of the vibration cylinder (33), and the bottom surface of the vibration cylinder (33) is used for storing bolts; the inner side wall of the upper section of the spiral guide belt (36) is provided with a material shaping hole (37); the height of the material-arranging hole (37) is smaller than the longitudinal height of the nut and larger than the width of the nut, so that the lying nut can fall back into the vibrating cylinder (33);
an outlet is formed in the top end of the side wall of the vibration cylinder (33), and a single-piece long groove (34) is formed in the outlet; the lower end of the single-piece long groove (34) obliquely penetrates out of the outlet of the vibration cylinder (33) downwards and is connected with a conveying channel (35); a blocking cover (38) is arranged at the top of the single-piece long groove (34), and the height of the blocking cover (38) is slightly higher than the longitudinal height of the nut; in the process of extending from the outlet of the vibrating cylinder (33) to the conveying channel (35), the whole material body long groove (34) is gradually changed from vertical swing to horizontal swing, so that the nut in the whole material body long groove rotates for 90 degrees;
the nut positioning and clamping device comprises a rod positioning plate (39), a nut pressing seat (40), a nut pressing groove (41), a nut clamping cylinder (42) and a pressing block (43); the nut pressing seat (40) is arranged in front of the side face, facing the workbench b (27), of the sliding table a (3), a nut pressing groove (41) is formed in the nut pressing seat, and the conveying channel (35) is connected with the nut pressing groove (41) and is used for conveying nuts into the nut pressing groove; the nut clamping cylinder (42) is arranged on one side of the nut pressing seat (40), a pressing block (43) is arranged on a piston rod of the nut clamping cylinder, the nut clamping cylinder (42) drives the pressing block (43) to press the nut entering the nut pressing groove (41), and at the moment, a screw hole of the nut corresponds to a rod material pressing channel formed by the positioning groove (11) and the pressing groove; the rod positioning plate (39) is arranged in front of the side surface of the nut pressing seat (40) facing the workbench b (27), and is provided with a rod limiting hole which is used for limiting the entering position of a rod so that the rod can smoothly enter a screw hole and a positioning groove (11) of the nut;
the top surface of the oil cylinder mounting seat (15) is provided with a camera bracket (31); the camera (32) is arranged on the camera bracket (31) and is aligned with the nut pressing groove (41).
