Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto. The reagents, equipment and methods adopted by the invention are all reagents, equipment and methods which are conventionally and commercially available in the technical field and are conventionally used in the technical field.
Example 1:
a fermented cordyceps composition with an immunity enhancing effect comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder and 15 parts of cordyceps militaris powder.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring for moistening, moist heat sterilization and drying: and (3) mixing the qualified cordyceps militaris sporocarp with the raw materials in a liquid-to-solid ratio of 1: (0.1-0.3) adding water, stirring for 5-20 min for moistening, performing damp-heat sterilization at 121 ℃ for 5-25 min, and drying the moistened cordyceps militaris sporocarp until the moisture content is less than or equal to 6.5% and the drying temperature is 55-80 ℃;
(2) crushing and sieving: crushing the sterilized and dried cordyceps militaris sporocarp and the paecilomyces hepiali mycelium, and sieving the crushed cordyceps militaris sporocarp and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium by a sieve of 40-200 meshes for later use;
(3) mixing: putting the sieved cordyceps militaris sporocarp powder and the sieved paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder into a V-shaped high-speed mixer, and uniformly mixing for 10-50 min to obtain a mixture;
(4) and (3) granulating: adding a mixture of cordyceps militaris sporocarp powder and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder into a feed inlet of a dry-process granulator, granulating under the pressure of 1-3 MPa to obtain granules, and sieving the granules with a 40-mesh sieve;
(5) filling: and filling the particles into a capsule preparation by adopting a full-automatic hard capsule filling machine, wherein the filling amount is 330 mg/particle, so as to obtain the fermented cordyceps composition.
Example 2:
a fermented cordyceps composition with an immunity enhancing effect comprises the following components in parts by weight: 83.3 parts of paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder and 16.7 parts of cordyceps militaris powder.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.
Example 3:
a fermented cordyceps composition with an immunity enhancing effect comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder and 30 parts of cordyceps militaris powder.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.
Example 4:
a fermented cordyceps composition with an immunity enhancing effect comprises the following components in parts by weight: 95 parts of paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder and 5 parts of cordyceps militaris powder.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1 and is not repeated herein.
Effect example 1:
the fermented cordyceps composition prepared in example 2 is used for verifying the function of enhancing immunity
The fermented cordyceps composition prepared in example 2 was orally administered to kunming mice for 4 weeks at 0.17, 0.33, and 099g/kg · BW, respectively, per day, which were 5, 10, and 30 times the recommended daily dose. The specific test substance treatment and administration modes are as follows:
in the experiment, 0.34 g, 0.66 g and 1.98g of samples are weighed, 20ml of sample liquid is prepared by purified water respectively and is used for the intragastric administration of animals with low, medium and high doses respectively, the animals are intragastric administered with the test substance according to the dose of 0.1ml/10g & BW every day, and the negative control group is intragastric administered with 0.1ml/10g & BW purified water every day.
The results show that: as shown in table 1, the sheep red blood cell induced delayed allergy test of the mice is positive, which indicates that the test sample has the function of enhancing the cellular immune function; as shown in tables 2 and 3, the results of the tests on the serum hemolysin detection and the test on the spleen cell antibody production of the sheep red blood cell immunized test animals are positive, indicating that the test samples have the function of enhancing the humoral immunity. The fermented cordyceps composition disclosed by the invention has the function of enhancing the immunity.

2. The fermented cordyceps composition with the immunity enhancing effect according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder and 10-25 parts of cordyceps militaris powder.
3. A method for preparing the fermented cordyceps composition with immunity enhancing effect according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) stirring for moistening, moist heat sterilization and drying: mixing cordyceps militaris fruit bodies according to a material-liquid ratio of 1: 0.1-0.3 of adding water, stirring for moistening for 5-20 min, then carrying out damp-heat sterilization at 121 ℃ for 5-25 min, and drying the moistened cordyceps militaris sporocarp until the water content is less than or equal to 6.5% and the drying temperature is 55-80 ℃;
(2) crushing and sieving: crushing the sterilized and dried cordyceps militaris sporocarp and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium, and sieving the crushed cordyceps militaris sporocarp and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium by a 40-200-mesh sieve for later use;
(3) mixing: uniformly mixing the sieved cordyceps militaris sporocarp powder and the sieved paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder for 10-50 min to obtain a mixture;
(4) and (3) granulating: granulating a mixture of cordyceps militaris sporocarp powder and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder to obtain granules;
(5) filling: and filling the particles into a solid preparation to obtain the fermented cordyceps composition.
4. The preparation method of claim 3, wherein in the step (1), the ratio of the cordyceps militaris fruit body to the liquid material is 1: 0.1-0.2, adding water, stirring for wetting, stirring for 8-15 min, performing damp heat sterilization at 121 ℃ for 10-20 min, and drying the wetted cordyceps militaris sporocarp until the water content is less than or equal to 6.5% and the drying temperature is 60-70 ℃.
5. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the sterilized and dried cordyceps militaris sporocarp and paecilomyces hepiali mycelium are crushed and sieved by a sieve of 80-200 meshes for later use.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the mixing time in the step (3) is 10 to 30 min.
7. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein in the step (4), the mixture of the cordyceps militaris sporocarp and the paecilomyces hepiali mycelium powder is added into a dry granulation machine, and granulation is carried out under the pressure of 1-3 MPa to obtain the granules.
8. The preparation method according to claim 3, wherein in the step (5), the granules are filled into a capsule preparation in an amount of 330 mg/granule to obtain the fermented cordyceps composition.
9. Use of the fermented cordyceps composition with immunity enhancing effect according to claim 1 or 2 in the preparation of food or medicine with immunity enhancing effect.
10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the food product comprises functional food, health food; the product forms of the food or the medicine comprise powder, capsules and tablets.
