面膜大致可以分为水洗膜,面贴膜(又分为无纺布,蚕丝膜,生物纤维等材料),撕拉式面膜等。不同的面膜其工作原理和处理方法也不同,不同材料所制备的面膜具有不同的功能,其中面贴膜是使用最广泛的类型,多被简称为“面膜”。一般来说,面贴膜都是需将面膜纸(即“基布”)直接包装在含有面膜液的袋子中,处于浸湿状态,便于使用。由于需要长时间的储存,面膜液中添加的某些活性成分在溶液中不稳定而会降解,即会降低或减少活性,从而使面膜失去设计期望的效应。例如,维生素C、谷胱甘肽、表皮生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、干细胞生长因子等活性成分,在护肤品、医学护理产品、医疗器械上有重要的用途,包括抗氧化、促进皮肤屏障和损伤修复等。阻止这类活性成分应用的巨大障碍正是:添加于水或水溶液中时,会很快失去活性。研究文献表明,维生素C在水溶液中,每1个月会损失50%的活性,谷胱甘肽则只需要数天即会失活。一方面是由于这类成分本身在水溶液环境中易于降解,另一方面,水中的溶氧会不断与抗氧化类成分(典型的,维生素C、谷胱甘肽、白黎芦醇、虾青素等)反应,使之失去活性。因此,这类活性成分的实际应用受到很大限制,尤其是制成面膜,并在面膜液中的应用。如何使这类成分在添加入含水的化妆品或医学护理产品中保持活性、发挥效用,多年来在这方面缺乏突破,即使是某些采用无水配方的混悬液,也无法满意地解决这个问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的,是通过自响应水凝胶活性面膜这一新的剂型,保持化妆品中的这类活性成分的活性、并使之具有优秀的使用感和方便性。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
本发明的一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜,其包括干室和湿室,所述干室中放置自响应水凝膜布,湿室放置面膜液;所述自响应水凝膜布是由活性成分、基布和响应性纤维基布制成;所述响应性纤维基布是响应性纤维混合于基布骨架纤维中形成的具有响应膜层的基布,活性成分装载于响应膜层或基布上。
本发明所述自响应水凝胶活性面膜中,所述活性成分预先装载于基布响应膜层或基布上,活性成分的比例根据不同活性物的起效浓度而定,活性成分添加比例0.0001-30%,优选0.5-3%。其比例是活性成分的重量比面膜液的容量。单位为g/ml。
本发明上述活性成分包括但不限于维生素C(抗坏血酸)、谷胱甘肽、表皮生长因子、成纤维细胞生长因子、干细胞生长因子、白黎芦醇、虾青素等中的一种或多种。优选维生素C、谷胱甘肽、表皮生长因子。
本发明所述的基布优选使用对特定化学或物理条件敏感的基布材料作为载体。所述基布包括但不限于铜氨纤维、粘胶纤维、木纤维、竹纤维、人造合成纤维、含碳元素的纤维中的一种或多种作为骨架,构成网状。
本发明所述的响应性纤维包括但不限于壳聚糖、乙酰壳聚糖、脱乙酰壳聚糖、羟基纤维素类、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、海藻胶纤维中的一种或多种,需要根据不同的活性物而定。
本发明的一种实施方案,对于维生素C这类强极性的物质而言,可使用壳聚糖、乙酰壳聚糖、脱乙酰壳聚糖中一种或以上为响应性纤维材料。
本发明的一种实施方案,对于表皮生长因子这类成分而言,可使用羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠中一种或以上为响应性纤维材料。
本发明所述的响应性纤维用量为基布重量的5%-50%。响应性纤维以5-50%的比例混合于基布骨架纤维,以水刺法或气流成网针刺法制成响应膜层。
所述水刺法:即纤维在不同方向高速水射流穿插的水力作用下产生位移、穿插、缠结和抱合,从而使纤网得到固结,形成具有一定强力和外观的水刺法非织造布。
所述气流成网针刺法:纤维经过开松、除杂、混和后喂入主梳理机构,得到进一步的梳理后呈单纤维状态,用气流方法使纤维凝集在成网帘上,形成纤维三维杂乱排列的纤网,即成。
一种方案,制作时,将活性成分装载于基布上,再覆盖上响应性纤维基布,在一定压力下使活性成分被固定于响应膜层和基布之间。

不同活性物浓度、响应纤维与面膜精华液的配方匹配对于含壳聚糖、乙酰壳聚糖、脱乙酰壳聚糖这类纤维的基布,既要考虑所载活性成分的含量,也要考虑面膜精华液的中各种物质的浓度,需要经过反复试验才能得出最优选的答案。通常,第一步是先确认活性物质对皮肤的安全浓度,即:不发生刺激或其它不良反应。第二步,将该种活性物质装载于基布上。第三步,将含有活性物质的基布置于不同配方的面膜液中进行测试,直至得出最优的面膜液配方,判断最优的标准是:响应速度快、使用肤感佳、对皮肤刺激小。
根据上述研究的目的及方向,本发明所述湿室中面膜液的容量10ml-50ml,优选25-40ml。
本发明所述湿室中的面膜液是由下述成分制备得到的:
保湿剂0.1-50%、植物提取物0.1%-80%、辛酰羟肟酸0.05-1%、PH值调节剂0.05-1%、皮肤调理剂0.1-0.2%,加水至100%。
所述的保湿剂为甘油、泛醇、透明质酸钠、丙二醇、聚甘油-3、聚甘油-5、聚甘油-10、甘油葡糖苷、丁二醇、生物糖胶、甘油聚醚、吡咯烷酮羧酸盐类中一种或以上;
所述植物提取物为胀果甘草根提取物、苦参根提取物、油橄榄叶提取物、曲克卢丁、甜橙纯露、燕麦葡聚糖、柠檬纯露、当归提取物、玫瑰纯露、白黎芦醇、构树提取物、光果甘草提取物、虾青素、大豆提取物中一种或以上;
所述PH值调节剂为乳酸、果酸、甘草酸、阿魏酸、丙酸、柠檬酸中一种或以上;
所述皮肤调理剂为烟酰胺、维生素E、辅酶Q10、乳酸杆菌提取物中一种或以上。
进一步优选,本发明所述的面膜液包括下述组分:甘油 1%、泛醇 1%、透明质酸钠 0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸0.8%、聚甘油-3 2%、胀果甘草根提取物 1%、乳酸 0.1%、苦参根提取物1%、油橄榄叶提取物 0.5%、乳酸杆菌提取物 0.2%、阿魏酸 0.8%、曲克卢丁0.1%、甜橙纯露 10%、加水至100%。
进一步优选,本发明所述的面膜液包括下述组分:甘油4%、丙二醇 2%、泛醇1%、透明质酸钠 0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸 0.8%、聚甘油-10 0.5%、维生素E纳米乳 0.1%、丙酸 0.1%、生物糖胶 0.05%、玫瑰纯露 20%、加水至100%。
进一步优选,本发明所述的面膜液包括下述组分:甘油或甘油葡糖苷4%、烟酰胺0.2%、丁二醇 2%、泛醇 0.5%、透明质酸钠 0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸 0.8%、聚甘油-100.5%、丝氨酸 0.05%、柠檬酸 0.1%、燕麦葡聚糖 0.05%、当归提取物 1%、柠檬纯露10%、加水至100%。
本发明所述自响应水凝胶活性面膜的使用方法,采用干、湿两室分离的包装。干室中放置预装载了活性成分的自响应水凝胶膜布,湿室中放置面膜液,容量从10ml-50ml。使用前将湿室中的面膜液或单独包装的面膜液加入到干室中,膜布中的响应性纤维在水浸润后,发生响应变为凝胶,即可敷贴使用于皮肤上。
本发明的一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)活性成分配制:将活性成分通过冻干、粉碎等工艺制成细微颗粒,根据最终需求的有效浓度,计算剂量;
(2)响应膜层制作:响应性纤维混合于基布骨架纤维,以水刺法或气流成网针刺法制成响应膜层;
(3)自响应水凝膜布制作:将活性成分用喷施装置装载于响应膜层或基布上,再覆盖基布或响应性纤维基布,在一定压力下使活性成分被固定于响应膜层和基布间;
(4)面膜液配制:保湿剂、植物提取物、辛酰羟肟酸、PH值调节剂、皮肤调节剂,加水至100%,混合均匀;
(5)装袋:分别将面膜液装入湿室,自响应水凝膜布放入干室即可。
上述步骤(1)中所述的冻干、粉碎工艺为现有技术。
有益效果
保持活性成分稳定性:通过本发明的试验例可以看出在水溶液中不稳定的活性成分,在制成干湿分离后的面膜后,其活性在面膜或敷料这一剂型中得以保持。
改善了使用体验性:通过自响应式水凝胶技术,极大改善了使用体验。若使用普通面膜基布作为载体,虽然也可以制备成干湿两室包装,但湿室中只有使用低粘度的水溶液才能快速浸湿膜布,但普通面膜基布与水的结合能力弱,敷贴于面膜部时,面膜液会滴下流散在皮肤上,沾染衣物,同时容易快速干燥,影响使用体验;若要避免这个问题,则需要增加面膜液的稠度,这样带来的问题是,粘稠的面膜液需要很长时间才能均匀地浸润到面膜布中,消费者的等待时间延长,使用体验仍然下降。采用本技术含有自响应纤维的面膜可以使用低稠度的面膜精华液,数秒之内均匀、快速浸润膜布,并在数十秒内完成凝胶化,可完全保持住面膜精华液,避免了滴下流散的问题,改善了用户体验。
本发明技术的关键点在于活性成分与响应纤维之间的匹配、活性物浓度、响应纤维与面膜精华液的配方比例的匹配,达不到本发明的匹配范围,将无法完成快速、均匀凝胶化和实现上述良好体验。

一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜(40ml):表皮生长因子0.0001%(负载于羟乙基纤维素5%、铜氨纤维的膜布中)、甘油1%、泛醇 1%、透明质酸钠 0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸0.8%、聚甘油-3 2%、胀果甘草根提取物 1%、乳酸 0.1%、苦参根提取物 1%、油橄榄叶提取物0.5%、乳酸杆菌提取物 0.2%、阿魏酸 0.8%、曲克卢丁 0.1%、甜橙纯露 10%、加水至100%。
制备方法
(1)活性成分配制:将表皮生长因子通过冻干、粉碎等工艺制成细微颗粒;
(2)响应膜层制作:响应性纤维混合于基布骨架纤维,以水刺法或气流成网针刺法制成响应膜层;

一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜(40ml):抗坏血酸1.8%(负载于含有脱乙酰壳聚糖40%、粘胶纤维的膜布中)、甘油4%、丙二醇 2%、泛醇 1%、透明质酸钠 0.1%、辛酰羟肟酸0.8%、聚甘油-10 0.5%、维生素E纳米乳 0.1%、丙酸 0.1%、生物糖胶 0.05%、玫瑰纯露 20%、加水至100%。
制备方法
(1)活性成分配制:将表皮生长因子通过冻干、粉碎等工艺制成细微颗粒;

试验例一
干湿分离的自响应水凝胶活性面膜能够带来更好的使用感和保持所装载的功效成分活性。
一、采用负载了VC或谷胱甘肽GSH的自响应水凝胶活性面膜,可以更快速地形成均匀的凝胶,结果如表1。

从表1可见,使用了含响应纤维、但未将活性成分负载到膜布中的,成胶不均匀,成胶时间大于3min;而采用脱乙酰壳聚糖+铜氨纤维膜布,将VC或GSH负载在膜布中的技术方案,能够快速成胶,且膜布上下均成胶均匀。
二、采用负载了VC或GSH的自响应水凝膜布,使用感更良好(基于50人的试用调查),如表2。

从表2可见,使用不含有响应纤维的膜布,与面膜液不能够成胶,面膜液四处流淌。
三、采用负载了VC或GSH的自响应水凝膜布与合适的面膜液匹配,能够得到更温和且使用感更良好的面膜,如表3.

五、基于本技术对功效成分活性的保持能力:
将等浓度的两组GSH和VC样品,分别以本技术进行干湿分离保存(即:保存于干燥的膜布中,并密封于尼龙袋中),或以水溶液方式保存7天、14天。
进行各项测试前,向负载有GSH和VC的自响应水凝胶膜布加入纯净水,使之成胶,用刮刀将凝胶刮下,稀释10倍作为母液,以0.22微米微孔滤板过滤除菌备试验稀释使用(试验组)。
GSH和VC水溶液亦以0.22微米微孔滤板过滤除菌备用(对照组)。
5.1抗氧化能力(以DPPH自由基溶液为测试材料)。
根据文献方法(王笑晴.基于DPPH自由基清除能力的姜黄提取物抗氧化活性评价[J].药物评价研究,2011,34(05):360-363)测试三组VC溶液的抗氧化能力,试验浓度为0.2mg/L。
第7天:
试验组:对DPPH自由基的清除能力均为100%。
对照组VC:对DPPH自由基的清除能力为61%。
第14天:
试验组:对DPPH自由基的清除能力均为100%。
对照组VC:对DPPH自由基的清除能力为28%。
说明:采用自响应水凝胶膜布装载技术可以完好地保持功效成分的活性成分
外观上,第14天时,对照组的VC颜色明显发黄,表明已经不稳定;如图2所示。
而采用本技术保存的VC没有发黄情况。
5.2对黑素合成的抑制能力(以GSH为例)
以小鼠的B16黑素瘤细胞为实验对象,根据细胞预实验的结果,在0.25-0.1mg/L间GSH对细胞活力无影响且可抑制黑素合成,选择0.5mg/L为试验浓度。
样品保存7天后的试验结果:
试验组:黑素合成的抑制率为24%。
对照组GSH:黑素合成的抑制率为2%。
由于GSH在水溶液中极不稳定,会迅速分解,故对黑素合成的抑制能力急剧下降。未进行14天样品的试验。
5.3对人成纤维细胞I型胶原蛋白合成的影响(以VC为例)
以人原代成纤维细胞为测试对象。通过预实验确定VC浓度为0.0015‰-0.011‰下对细胞活力无影响,选择0.0037‰为测试浓度,加入成纤维细胞培养液中作用24小时,以ELISA对I型胶原蛋白进行定量,并进行免疫荧光观察。
保存14天后的VC样品试验结果:
试验组:I型胶原蛋白浓度为223ug/L(结果保留至个位数)
对照组VC:I型胶原蛋白浓度为124ug/L(结果保留至个位数)。
试验例二:成胶试验
注:两组的试验中,每片膜布所使用的功效成分与水的容量相等。
(一)未使用本技术的面膜
如图3所示,未使用本技术,空白膜布上未负载功效(活性)成分(以VC为例),加入水后,功效成分并不能立即溶解。如图4所示当膜布通过毛细作用吸收水分时,即使轻轻揉捏,功效成分也不能在水分被膜布吸收前良好溶解,形成残留和浪费(红圈所示),因此形成下侧浓度高,而上侧浓度低的梯度分布(而理想的状况是浓度均匀分布),因此上部的膜布不能对功效成分良好响应而成胶。图5取出膜布后,从侧面看,可见下部(黄圈所示)良好成胶而膨胀变厚,下部则未良好成胶,故形成不均匀的厚度。图6取出膜布后,铺展开,以低角度光观察,可见有的地方反光度高,为成胶部位;有的地方反光度地,外观显毛糙,为未充分成胶部位,说明成胶不均匀。
(二)使用了本技术的面膜
如图7所示,将负载了有效成分的膜布置于袋中;图8向袋中加入预定量的水,可见水一边加入,一边迅速浸润膜布,且同步响应均匀成胶,图9将折叠的膜布从袋中取出,侧面观察,可见厚度均匀一致;图10将使用了本技术的膜布成胶后平铺,在低角度光下观察,可见光线反射均匀一致,表明成胶均匀一致。使用本技术的朠布成胶后外观和使用感均更为良好。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜,其特征在于:所述的响应性纤维为壳聚糖、乙酰壳聚糖、脱乙酰壳聚糖、羟基纤维素类、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠、海藻胶纤维中的一种或多种,需要根据不同的活性物而定。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜,其特征在于:对于维生素C这类强极性的物质而言,使用壳聚糖、乙酰壳聚糖、脱乙酰壳聚糖中一种或以上为响应性纤维材料;或对于表皮生长因子这类成分而言,使用羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠中一种或以上为响应性纤维材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种自响应水凝胶活性面膜,其特征在于:所述响应性纤维以5-50%的比例混合于基布骨架纤维,以水刺法或气流成网针刺法制成响应膜层。
