Through modular machine 100 of decocting medicinal herbs of this application embodiment, not only realized the automated process of decocting medicinal herbs, its automated process of decocting medicinal herbs is the same with the flow of ancient method decocting medicinal herbs simultaneously, can directly put into the medicinal material when decocting medicinal herbs and fry in shallow oil the explosive barrel 200 in, does not need the parcel, and this also further makes the medicine property of decocting medicinal herbs more abundant, has finally effectively improved the effect of decocting medicinal herbs of automatic decocting.
Wherein, according to the above, the clamping device 170 and the barrel-rotating device 180 are both moved by the movement of the longitudinal sliding rail 122 of the bracket assembly 120 and the movement of the longitudinal sliding rail 122 of the transverse sliding rail 121 to realize the position shift.
In addition, in a possible implementation manner, the clamping device 170 and the barrel rotating device 180 are both slidably mounted on the longitudinal sliding rail 122 in a hoisting manner. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the clamping device 170 and the swing bucket device 180 are each mounted in a suspended manner on the longitudinal slide rails 122 by means of a boom 190. Wherein the boom 190 is slidably mounted on the longitudinal slide 122, such that the movement of the clamping device 170 and the drum device 180 is achieved by sliding the boom 190 on the longitudinal slide 122.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that in the modular medicine decocting machine 100 of the embodiment of the present application, the clamping device 170 and the barrel rotating device 180 are mounted on the hanging rod 190 by a sliding mounting manner. That is, the clamp device 170 is mounted on the boom 190 in a sliding manner so that the clamp device 170 can move up and down along the boom 190. When the holding device 170 is required to hold the decocting barrel 200, the holding device 170 is controlled to move down along the hanger rod 190 to the position of the decompression barrel, so that the decocting barrel 200 is held. After the barrel 200 is placed on the heating unit 150, the holding unit 170 is controlled to slide the hanging rod 190 upward, thereby holding the next barrel 200.
The installation of the barrel rotating device 180 on the hanging rod 190 and the clamping and turning operation of the barrel rotating device 180 on the decocting barrel 200 are the same or similar to the installation and clamping operation of the clamping device 170 on the hanging rod 190, and will not be described herein again.
Here, it should be noted that the sliding installation manner of the longitudinal slide rail 122 on the transverse slide rail 121, the installation manner of the boom 190 on the longitudinal slide rail 122, and the installation manner of the clamping device 170 and the barrel rotating device 180 on the corresponding boom 190 may be the same or different. Moreover, the installation manner can be realized by adopting a sliding installation manner which is conventional in the field, and is not particularly limited here.
In addition, the specific installation manner of the first transfer mechanism 130 and the second transfer mechanism 140 laid on the operation table 110 can also be realized by adopting the conventional technical means in the field, and the specific limitation is not provided here.
Further, in the modular drug decocting machine 100 of the present embodiment, the holding device 170 can be realized in the following manner.
Referring to fig. 7, the clamping device 170 includes a first driving device 172, a movable plate 173, and a first fixed plate 174. The movable plate 173 and the first fixing plate 174 are vertically disposed. The movable plate 173 is located above the first fixing plate 174, and an elastic member 175 is disposed between the movable plate 173 and the first fixing plate 174. The first driving device 172 is mounted on the movable plate 173, the connecting end of the first clamping portion is movably connected with the movable plate 173 through a connecting rod, the middle portion of the first clamping portion is movably connected with the first fixing plate 174, and the clamping end of the first clamping portion is adapted to clamp the decoction barrel 200. The driving portion of the first driving device 172 contacts with the plate surface of the movable plate 173, so that the movable plate 173 moves upward or downward by the compression or extension of the elastic member 175 under the driving of the first driving device 172, so as to drive the first clamping portion to expand or contract.
When the holding device 170 with the above structure is used for holding the decocting barrel 200, the movable plate 173 is pressed downwards by the driving part of the first driving device 172, the movable plate 173 moves downwards under the action of pressure and drives the elastic component 175 to compress, the connecting rod between the first holding part and the movable plate 173 moves simultaneously in the downward movement process of the movable plate 173, until the connecting rod is in a horizontal state, the connecting rod is parallel to the plate surface of the movable plate 173, a right angle is formed between the connecting rod and the first holding part, and the first holding part surrounds the holding part of the decocting barrel 200 after being opened. Then, the movable plate 173 is driven to move upwards in the rebounding process of the elastic component 175 by the retraction of the driving portion of the first driving device 172, and the first clamping portion is driven to contract through the linkage action of the connecting rod, so that the first clamping portion clamps the decoction barrel 200. Therefore, the clamping and loosening processes of the clamping device 170 to the decoction barrel 200 can be realized, the structure is simple, and the realization is easy.
Wherein, referring to fig. 7, the first clamping portion may be realized by a structure of a clamping jaw. Specifically, the first clamping portion includes a first clamping jaw 171a, a second clamping jaw 171b, and a third clamping jaw. The first clamping jaw 171a, the second clamping jaw 171b and the third clamping jaw have the same structure and are all bent rod-shaped. The first clamping jaw 171a, the second clamping jaw 171b and the third clamping jaw are arranged around the central axis of the movable plate 173 at intervals, and are movably connected with the side surface of the movable plate 173 through a connecting rod.
The number of the first driving devices 172 may be two or more, and the two or more first driving devices 172 are dispersedly disposed on the plate surface of the movable plate 173. The first driving device 172 may be implemented by using an air cylinder, and the elastic member 175 may be implemented by directly using a spring.
More specifically, two first driving devices 172 may be provided, and the two first driving devices 172 are respectively disposed on two sides of the movable plate 173. By installing the two first driving devices 172 on both sides of the movable plate 173, the movable plate 173 is pressed by the two first driving devices 172 simultaneously, so that the movable plate 173 is stressed more uniformly.
Here, it should also be pointed out that one side of first clamping part orientation decocting barrel 200 can also set up the skid resistant course to when first clamping part held decocting barrel 200's lateral wall, closely laminate through skid resistant course and decocting barrel 200's lateral wall, increased the frictional force between first clamping part and decocting barrel 200, this has just further reduced the risk that decocting barrel 200 dropped, prevents the gliding condition of decocting barrel 200.
It should also be noted that each clamping jaw, the movable plate 173 and the fixed plate in the first clamping portion may be made of sheet metal, or may be made of other materials, and the material of each component is not specifically limited herein.
That is, the first driving device 172 is realized by using an air cylinder, and the first clamping portion is provided in a manner that three clamping jaws (i.e., the first clamping jaw 171a, the second clamping jaw 171b and the third clamping jaw) are dispersedly mounted on the movable plate 173 according to a surrounding structure, when the barrel is clamped, the clamping device 170 is conveyed above the decoction barrel 200 by the cooperation of the longitudinal slide rail 122 and the transverse slide rail 121 in the bracket assembly 120, and the air cylinder pushes the movable plate 173 to drive each clamping jaw to be opened, so that the clamping jaws enter the barrel holding station. Then, the cylinder is retracted, the movable plate 173 is pushed by the spring, the jaws are closed, and the connecting rod horizontally forms a dead point (the jaws are not opened by an external force) to clamp the decocting barrel 200.
Still further, referring to fig. 7, in one possible implementation, the clamping device 170 further includes a second driving device 176 and an agitation interface 177. The second driving device 176 is mounted on the plate surface of the movable plate 173, and an output shaft of the second driving device 176 penetrates through the movable plate 173 and extends downward. The stirring butt joint piece 177 is installed on the output shaft of the second driving device 176 and is adapted to butt joint the stirring component in the decoction barrel 200, so that the stirring butt joint piece 177 rotates under the driving of the second driving device 176 and drives the stirring component to rotate.
That is, by providing the second driving device 176 and the stirring butt joint piece 177 in the clamping device 170, the clamping device 170 places the decocting barrel 200 on the heating device 150 for heating, and controls the stirring butt joint piece 177 to butt joint the stirring component in the decocting barrel 200, and drives the stirring component to rotate under the driving of the second driving device 176, so as to realize the automatic stirring of the liquid medicine in the decocting barrel 200. Therefore, the process of decocting the medicine by using the modular medicine decocting machine 100 of the embodiment of the application is more consistent with the process of decocting the medicine by the ancient method, so that the full dissolution of the medicine property of the liquid medicine is further improved, and the quality of decocting the medicine is finally ensured.
The main body of the stirring abutting joint piece 177 is rod-shaped, and a abutting buffer piece 177a is arranged inside the stirring abutting joint piece 177, so that the impact force on the stirring assembly is reduced when the stirring abutting joint piece 177 abuts against the stirring assembly under the driving of the second driving device 176. That is, after the holding device 170 places the decocting barrel 200 on the heating device 150, the heating device 150 is started to heat the liquid medicine in the decocting barrel 200, and after the stirring butt joint piece 177 in the holding device 170 is in butt joint with the stirring component in the decocting barrel 200, the second driving device 176 drives the stirring butt joint piece 177 to rotate, and when the stirring butt joint piece 177 rotates, the stirring component is driven to rotate, so that the stirring of the liquid medicine in the decocting barrel 200 is realized.
Here, it should be further noted that, in a possible implementation manner, the stirring butt joint piece 177 may also be configured as a telescopic rod structure, so that when there is no stirring component in the decoction barrel 200, the stirring butt joint piece 177 may be directly elongated, so that the stirring butt joint piece 177 extends into the decoction barrel 200, and then the stirring butt joint piece 177 is driven by the second driving device 176 to rotate, so as to stir the liquid medicine in the decoction barrel 200.
Alternatively, the holding device 170 is controlled to move downward along the suspension rod 190, and the stirring butt piece 177 is driven to rotate by the second driving device 176 after the stirring butt piece 177 extends into the decocting barrel 200.
Further, the one end of butt joint stirring subassembly can set up to the cone shape in the stirring is to piece 177, and when stirring is to piece 177 and the butt joint of stirring subassembly, directly insert the cone on the main shaft of stirring subassembly and fixed can realize with the butt joint of stirring subassembly, simple structure easily realizes.
In addition, referring to fig. 7, in the modular medicine decocting machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, a sleeve 178 is further sleeved between the output shaft of the second driving device 176 in the holding device 170 and the stirring abutting member 177, and the sleeve 178 is disposed through the elastic member 175. By providing a sleeve 178 between the stirring docking piece 177 and the output shaft of the second drive device 176, which sleeve 178 surrounds the stirring docking piece 177 and the output shaft of the second drive device 176, a protective effect on the stirring docking piece 177 and the output shaft of the second drive device 176 is achieved.
In addition, in one possible implementation, a waist hole is further opened on the side wall of the sleeve 178. Through the waist hole, the maintenance of the output shaft of the second driving device 176 and the stirring butt-joint piece 177 is facilitated.
Further, in the modular medicine decocting machine 100 of the embodiment of the present application, the barrel rotating device 180 can be implemented in the following manner.
That is, referring to fig. 8 and 9, in one possible implementation, the rotary tub device 180 includes a second fixing plate 182 and a guide bar 183. The second fixing plate 182 is transversely disposed, and the guide bar 183 is suspended below the fixing plate and disposed parallel to the plate surface of the second fixing plate 182. Wherein, the two ends of the guiding rod 183 are respectively sleeved with a first side plate 184 and a second side plate 185, so that the first side plate 184 and the second side plate 185 are both movably connected with the guiding rod 183. The clamping driving device 186 is connected to the plate surfaces of the first side plate 184 and the second side plate 185, respectively, for driving the first side plate 184 and the second side plate 185 to move transversely on the guide bar 183. The second clamping portion 181 is disposed on the opposite surfaces of the first side plate 184 and the second side plate 185, is located at the bottom of the first side plate 184 and the second side plate 185, and is adapted to clamp the decocting barrel 200. The driven wheel 188b is connected to the second grip portion 181 by a shaft so that the second grip portion 181 is turned over by the rotation of the driven wheel 188 b.
That is, the inversion driving device 187 rotates the driving pulley 188a, and the driving pulley 188a rotates the driven pulley 188 b. The connecting shaft connected between the driven wheel 188b and the second clamping portion 181 makes corresponding rotational movement under the rotation of the driven wheel 188b, and then drives the second clamping portion 181 to turn over, so that the second clamping portion 181 finally clamps the decocting barrel 200 to turn over.
Further, the second clamping portion 181 includes a first clasp 181a and a second clasp 181 b. The first clasping member 181a and the second clasping member 181b are respectively mounted on the plate surface of the first side plate 184 and the plate surface of the second side plate 185. Wherein, first holding member 181a and second holding member 181b structure are the same, and the main part all is crescent platelike structure. Through embracing first piece 181a and the second of holding and all setting up to crescent platelike structure for first piece 181a and the second of holding is embraced and is held 181b and decoct medicine bucket 200's lateral wall and can laminate completely, thereby has guaranteed the firm centre gripping to decoct medicine bucket 200.
In addition, the first holding member 181a and the second holding member 181b can be both configured as a double-layer structure to increase the holding area of the decocting barrel 200.
