Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant specimen manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method of a sightseeing wood color-preserving specimen.
Background
The sightseeing wood (Magnoliaceae) sightseeing wood plant belongs to a unique single genus of China, is an ancient wiggery tree species, and is listed as a rare or endangered II-level protective plant in China. The tree form is tall and graceful, is an important plant germplasm resource, and has important significance for researching the ancient geography, the ancient climate and the geography of plant districts.
China is rich in biodiversity resources and is one of the most abundant countries in the world with plant diversity. Rare or endangered plants are used as important components of biodiversity, and researches on endangered mechanisms and protective measures are imminent. The sightseeing wood is wild plants and special rare endangered trees in extremely small populations in China, the endangered grades in the IUCN list are near-dangerous species, wild habitats are extremely small and distributed sporadically, and a plurality of habitats only have a few plants or even 1 scattered wood and face the extinction risk. At present, the number of specimens of the sightseeing wood is small, most of the specimens are long-term, and leaves are incomplete and are tawny. However, the sightseeing wood specimen manufactured by the existing plant specimen manufacturing method can cause serious color distortion of the sightseeing wood specimen and cannot play a role of a model specimen; the copper sulfate solution is used as the color retention solution, so that the quality of the sightseeing wood leaves is not high after the sightseeing wood leaves are colored, and the color reduction degree is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing a color-preserving specimen of a sightseeing wood, which shortens the color-preserving time in the manufacturing process and ensures that the color-preserving and the preservation time of the specimen are long.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for manufacturing a color-preserving specimen of sightseeing wood comprises the following steps:
(1) pretreatment: trimming and cleaning branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood, and soaking the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood in ethanol for 20-40min to increase the permeability of cells;
(2) preparing a color retention solution: preparing 50% glacial acetic acid solution, slowly adding copper acetate powder into the glacial acetic acid solution, stirring until the solution is saturated to prepare copper acetate mother solution, and diluting the mother solution to 3 times to obtain color retention solution;
(3) color retention treatment: pouring the color retention solution obtained in the step (2) into a water bath pot for heating until the temperature is more than or equal to 70 ℃ and less than 90 ℃, then putting the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood obtained in the step (1) into the solution for heat preservation and soaking, taking out the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood after the colors are completely re-green, soaking the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood in distilled water until the colors are completely stable, cleaning the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood, and taking out the branches and leaves for later use;
(4) preparation of a specimen: and (4) placing the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood obtained in the step (3) on a water absorption towel to absorb surface moisture, placing the sightseeing wood in water absorption paper to be pressed by a specimen holder, drying the sightseeing wood by using a specimen dryer to obtain a sightseeing wood specimen, and performing vacuum film covering on the sightseeing wood specimen by using a plastic packaging machine after the sightseeing wood specimen is completely dried.
Further, the soaking time in the step (1) is 35 min.
Further, heating the color preserving solution in the step (3) to over 85 ℃ and less than 90 ℃; the temperature is kept above 85 ℃ and below 90 ℃ during the color retention treatment.
And (4) taking out the sightseeing wood after the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood are re-green in the step (3), immediately soaking the sightseeing wood in distilled water, and then cleaning the sightseeing wood to avoid rotten leaves caused by overlong heating time or residual medicament.
The veins, the leaf backs and the flower stalks in the leaf surfaces of the sightseeing wood are all brown and rough, and the leaves are thick and filmy. Aiming at the characteristics of thick film leaves, the color retention treatment is directly carried out when the specimen is manufactured, so that the color retention treatment time is long; and the problems of softening of the leaves, difficult preservation of the prepared specimen and the like are easily caused by overlong heating time. According to the invention, 99.7% ethanol is used for soaking branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood before the color retention treatment, so that not only can germs on the leaves be killed to prolong the storage time of the specimens, but also the permeability of cells can be increased, the fading of the sightseeing wood leaves is promoted, meanwhile, the color retention solution can enter the cells more easily during the color retention treatment, the greening of the sightseeing wood leaves is accelerated, and the heating time of high-temperature water bath during the color retention treatment is shortened. However, the ethanol soaking time is too short, so that no obvious effect is brought to accelerating the fading and greening of the leaves, or the greening color is not uniform; the too long time results in the damage of cells and the failure of uniform greening, even the black leaves.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, 99.7% ethanol is used for soaking branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood, so that the permeability of cells is increased, and the high-temperature soaking time in the subsequent color retention treatment is shortened; the soaking time at high temperature is shortened, and the finished product effect of the specimen, particularly the detail preservation effect, is better. And the scheme of soaking for 35min by adopting ethanol has the best effect of high-temperature soaking time.
2. The color retention solution adopted by the invention is to dilute the copper acetate mother liquor to 3 times, so that the greening time of the sightseeing wood is accelerated, and the greening color is uniform, the reduction degree is high and the effect is optimal.
3. The temperature of the invention is kept above 70 ℃ and less than 90 ℃ during color preservation treatment, thereby ensuring that the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood are completely green, and simultaneously avoiding the situation that the branches and leaves are softened and can not be made into specimens due to overhigh temperature.
4. By adopting the manufacturing method, the high-temperature soaking time in the color retention treatment of the sightseeing wood specimen is shortened, and the effect of preserving the finished specimen is facilitated; and the color reduction degree of the specimen is high, and the specimen keeps the color and has long preservation time.

from the above results, it can be seen that the branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood of examples 1-6 can be normally re-greened, i.e., completely re-greened and uniform, and the color reduction degree of the sightseeing wood specimen is higher, so that a better color-retaining specimen of the sightseeing wood can be obtained. In the embodiments 1 and 2, the soaking time of the sightseeing wood in the ethanol is 35min, the temperature is kept above 85 ℃ when the color is kept, and is less than 90 ℃, the color-keeping treatment time is only 42min, and the green-restoring time of the sightseeing wood is obviously shortened. The manufacturing method of the invention shortens the greening time of the sightseeing wood as much as possible, so as to avoid overlong soaking time at high temperature; the soaking time at high temperature is short, so that the finished product effect of the specimen, particularly the detail preservation effect, is better.
In the comparative example 1, the soaking time of the sightseeing wood in the ethanol is 15min, and the green color is not uniform; in comparison 2, the sightseeing wood is soaked in ethanol for 45min, so that the sightseeing wood cannot normally recover green; in comparative example 3, the temperature reaches 91 ℃ during color preservation, so that branches and leaves of the sightseeing wood are softened, and the specimens are not prepared; comparative examples 4-6 illustrate that too high a concentration of the color-retaining solution results in a dark color after the landscape wood is re-greened, while too low a concentration affects the failure to completely re-greene.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from its spirit or essential characteristics. The above-described embodiments of the present invention are to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. Therefore, any minor modifications, equivalent changes and modifications to the above embodiments according to the spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
