wherein, when the image collecting and inspecting component 10 works, the illuminating lamp 114 illuminates the front power to be inspected, thereby ensuring the image collecting and inspecting quality of the camera 110; simultaneously, the angle cylinder 113 can be pushed to rotate around the hinge base 112 by stretching out or accommodating the electric telescopic rod 115, the pitch angle of the angle cylinder 113 can be adjusted, and then the illumination distance of the illuminating lamp 114 can be adjusted, so that the image acquisition quality of a specific position is ensured, and local careful inspection work can be realized.
