In yet another embodiment shown in fig. 4, the small box 1 is provided with a hydraulic gate valve 25 at the lower part of the sealing plate; the top of the small box body 1 is connected to a vacuum-pumping line 26 through a one-way valve and a switch valve.
The working process of the oven is as follows:
the condition drying oven completes sterilization and drying of instruments through internal circulation, the external circulation provides drying and sterilizing conditions for the main drying oven, and meanwhile, the condition drying oven provides pressure reduction conditions for the main drying oven through a vacuum pumping pipeline; the main oven finishes the drying of the medical products in the temperature control, humidity control, sterilization and pressure control environments.
The working process of the conditional oven is as follows:
firstly, feeding, namely respectively feeding the instrument and/or medicine raw materials into an object placing table and a grid plate; the instrument cleaning liquid is dripped into the liquid collecting box for collection and is periodically discharged outside through the liquid discharging valve; the convex pipe on the liquid collecting box prevents liquid from entering the water storage box and/or the disinfectant liquid storage box through the waterproof cap;
secondly, selecting or inputting condition control, inputting control data into the electric control cabinet through the integrated machine, simultaneously detecting and acquiring temperature and humidity data by using a temperature and humidity transmitter, sending the temperature and humidity data to the electric control cabinet, carrying out temperature and humidity control after threshold judgment is carried out through the electric control cabinet, and simultaneously selecting gas sterilization or liquid sterilization and a sterilization period by the electric control cabinet according to the type of an instrument or a product;
then, the ultrasonic vibrators at the bottom of the water storage box and/or the disinfectant liquid storage box are driven to carry out humidification and liquid sterilization according to the conditions selected in the previous step and the humidity data acquired by the temperature and humidity transmitter; the fog generated by the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator is lifted up by the air exhaust fan and enters the regulating and controlling pipe through the convex pipe; when gas sterilization is carried out, sterilizing gas is injected into the gas inlet sterilizing pipeline and downwards splashed to the object placing table through the top of the small box body; meanwhile, a heating pipe array outside the regulating and controlling pipe performs PID operation according to preset temperature and real-time collected temperature so as to complete temperature response, when internal circulation is performed, an internal circulation fan pumps sterilizing gas outside the regulating and controlling pipe, heat generated by the heating pipe array and humidifying mist and sterilizing mist inside the regulating and controlling pipe to mix, the mixed gas is sent to an air inlet of an air injection ring through an internal circulation pipeline, high-heat mixed gas is injected to the top surface of the object placing table through a nozzle array on the air injection ring, the bottom surface of the object placing table is directly heated and dried through the heating pipe array, and the heated gas enters the regulating and controlling pipe again through the heating pipe array to form internal circulation; when external circulation is carried out, external gas is pumped into the regulating and controlling pipe through the air inlet valve and the tee joint, and is sent into the main oven through the external circulation pipeline and the air outlet valve after regulation and control are finished; the gas sent into the main oven is regulated and controlled by temperature, humidity and sterilization.
When the instrument or medicine raw materials need pressure regulation, sterilization and drying, the hydraulic gate valve is directly closed, the small box body or the inner box body is vacuumized through the vacuumizing pipeline, and at the moment, the small box body or the inner box body is subjected to combined temperature control or independent temperature control.
The working process of the main oven is as follows:
the main oven receives the gas sent by the condition oven, and the gas finishes temperature regulation, humidity regulation and sterilization regulation; the gas enters the annular channel and is pumped by the air exhaust fan at the top of the inner box body, so that the gas is pumped into the closed cover through the air inlet, the regulating gas is uniformly provided for the medicine raw material on the top surface of the closed cover through the grid plate at the top of the closed cover, finally, the gas returns to the conditional oven again through the open valve, the air exhaust fan and the air inlet valve, and enters the annular channel again after the environment regulation is carried out again, and a closed loop is formed; when the temperature condition collected by the temperature and humidity transmitter does not reach the drying temperature of the product, the opening degree of the opening valve is reduced until the opening degree is closed, and meanwhile, the electric heating pipe is used for heat supplement; and the circulating fan is utilized to carry out internal temperature control circulation.
