The apparatus for harmless treatment by high-temperature high-pressure cooking and negative-pressure drying according to claim 1, wherein: exhaust branch pipe (13) are located the side of going up of treatment tank (2), vacuum pump (12) are located the middle part of exhaust branch pipe (13), the air inlet of vacuum pump (12) passes through exhaust branch pipe (13) with treatment tank (2) are inside to be linked together, the gas outlet of vacuum pump (12) passes through exhaust branch pipe (13) with blast pipe (15) are linked together.
10. Use of a innocent treatment device according to any one of claims 1-9 for the treatment of carcasses of livestock, comprising the steps of:
1) and (3) material filling stage: feeding livestock carcasses to be treated into the treatment tank (2) through the manhole and the feed inlet (1), and then sealing the manhole and the feed inlet (1) by using a sealing cover structure;
2) a high-temperature high-pressure cooking stage: opening a valve of the exhaust pipe (15), closing a valve of the exhaust branch pipe (13), closing a valve of the liquid discharge port (18), closing a valve of the discharge port (19), opening the motor (5) to drive the stirrer shaft (4) to rotate, so as to drive the stirring belt (16) to rotate and stir the livestock carcasses in the treatment tank (2), and simultaneously opening a valve of the hot steam inlet (8), so that hot steam enters the temperature-adjusting liquid circulating belt (9) to heat the interior of the treatment tank (2), so that a high-temperature and high-pressure environment is formed in the interior of the treatment tank (2);
3) and (3) a negative pressure drying stage: after the high-temperature and high-pressure cooking stage is finished, opening a valve of the liquid discharge port (18), closing the valve when no waste liquid and grease are discharged from the treatment tank (2), closing the valve of the exhaust pipe (15), opening a valve of the exhaust branch pipe (13), simultaneously opening the vacuum pump (12) to discharge gas in the treatment tank (2) to the outside of the tank to manufacture a negative pressure environment, then closing the valve of the exhaust branch pipe (13) and the vacuum pump (12) to maintain the negative pressure environment in the treatment tank (2), and simultaneously continuously stirring and heating the stirrer and the cooling system outside the heating tank;
4) and (3) cooling and discharging stage: after the livestock carcasses in the tank are dried, closing the hot steam inlet (8), opening the cold water inlet (7) to enable the heating and cooling system to cool the tank of the treatment tank (2), opening a valve of the discharge port (19) after cooling is finished, discharging the livestock carcasses processed in the tank through the discharge port (19), and simultaneously opening sealing cover structures of the manhole and the feed port (1) to balance air pressure inside and outside the tank so as to smoothly discharge the processed livestock carcasses;
5) a cleaning stage: treat that the birds poultry corpse that finishes to the tank interior discharges, closes the valve of discharge gate (19), opens the switch of water inlet (11), to the inside clear water that injects of treatment tank (2), it is right treatment tank (2) inner wall and the agitator washs, opens afterwards the valve of discharge gate (19), outside the sewage discharge jar after will wasing, treat when no sewage discharges in treatment tank (2) jar, close, utilize sealed lid structure simultaneously manhole and pan feeding mouth (1), wait for next use.
