技术领域
本发明为机械传动领域,涉及将电动机、发动机等旋转动力源传递给纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等纯电驱动的设备。
背景技术
在纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等动力设备中,存在对高效动力传输节能减排的需求,例如纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等纯电驱动的设备,一次充电续航里程非常有限,而且随着纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等纯电动设备使用的时间增长,充电次数的增加,续航能力也逐渐下降,因此当同等动力输入的情况下,如何提高纯电动设备的性能,降低能耗,减少污染是本领域急待解决的问题。
根据阿基米德螺旋的力学特性,圆柱螺旋传动输入较小的扭矩可以产生较大的直线推力。因此将螺旋应用到传动系统中将会对动力输出产生积极的作用。
虽然目前蜗杆蜗轮在机械传动领域被广泛应用,但是这种传统的蜗杆蜗轮传动存在一定的缺陷,传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速。本发明解决了传统蜗杆蜗轮传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明基于现有技术存在的问题,提出一种滚动蜗杆动力机,由滚动蜗杆取代传统蜗杆传动,提高了传动效率,解决了现有传统蜗杆传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷,本滚动蜗杆动力机可应用于纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等需要动力的设备。
本滚动蜗杆动力机由机箱组件,加力组件所构成。
