Abstract

本发明涉及一种转轮动力机加力组件。根据阿基米德螺旋的力学特性,圆柱螺旋传动输入较小的扭矩可以产生较大的直线推力,因此将圆柱螺旋应用到传动系统中将会对动力输出产生积极的作用,虽然目前圆柱螺旋在机械传动领域被广泛应用,但是圆柱螺旋滑动传动存在一定的应用缺陷,本发明解决了螺杆螺母滑动传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷。本发明基于现有技术存在的问题,提出一种转轮动力机,由蜗杆与滚动柱传动取代了螺杆螺母滑动传动,滚动传动有效提高了传动效率,解决了现有圆柱螺旋滑动传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷,本转轮动力机可应用于纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动飞机、纯电动发电机等需要动力的设备。

技术领域
本发明为机械传动领域,涉及将电动机、动力机等旋转动力源传递给纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等纯电驱动的设备。
背景技术
在纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等动力设备中,存在对高效动力传输节能减排的需求,例如纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动航空器、纯电动发电机等纯电驱动的设备。
根据阿基米德螺旋的力学特性,圆柱螺旋传动输入较小的扭矩可以产生较大的直线推力,因此将转轮动力机应用到传动系统中,将会对动力输出产生积极的作用。
虽然目前圆柱螺旋在机械传动领域被广泛应用,但是圆柱螺旋滑动传动存在一定的应用缺陷,本发明解决了螺杆螺母滑动传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明基于现有技术存在的问题,提出一种转轮动力机,由蜗杆与滚动柱传动取代了螺杆螺母滑动传动,滚动传动有效提高了传动效率,解决了现有圆柱螺旋滑动传动效率低,易磨损,不易高速的缺陷,本转轮动力机可应用于纯电动车辆、纯电动船舶、纯电动飞机、纯电动发电机等需要动力的设备。
本发明提供一种转轮动力机加力组件,包括:圆锥滚子轴承安装在机箱内前后位置,加力蜗杆安装在两端圆锥滚子轴承孔内,圆锥滚子轴承密封圈安装在加力蜗杆前方,链轮盘一安装在安装在加力蜗杆前方,链轮二安装在链轮盘一台阶处,用螺杆六固定,转轮轴安装在两端轴承内孔中,圆柱齿轮安装转轮轴上,转轮安装在转轮轴上,平面轴承安装在转轮均布孔平面处,平面轴承作用于减小滚动柱轴向传动损耗,滚动柱安装在转轮均布孔内,滚动体安装在滚动柱滚动槽上,作用于滚动柱在转轮均布孔内滚动,减少滚动柱传动损耗,挡圈安装在滚动柱尾部转轮均布孔另一面,转轮垫套安装在转轮轴上,轴承安装在机箱左右两端轴承位中,圆柱齿轮轴安装在左右两端轴承中,轴承垫套安装在转轮轴上,链轮盘二安装在圆柱齿轮轴上,链轮三安装在链轮盘二台阶处,锁紧滚柱安装在链轮盘梅花孔内,锁紧滚柱挡圈安装在链轮盘梅花孔平面上。本发明还提供一种转轮动力机,由机箱组件,加力组件所构成。
