For example, when the weight ratio of the nutritional rumex acetosa, the longevity vegetable or the leaf eating grass (proteinic grass), the grain and the water in the embodiment is 8:8:28, the prepared fermented white spirit with the health care function contains more abundant components of the nutritional rumex acetosa, the longevity vegetable or the leaf eating grass (proteinic grass), and the health care effect of the fermented white spirit with the health care function is better.

3. The fermented white spirit with the health-care function according to claim 1, wherein the grain is rice.
4. A method for preparing the fermented white spirit with the health-care function, which is used for preparing the fermented white spirit with the health-care function according to any one of claims 1 to 3, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
selecting raw materials: respectively weighing 20-80 parts of nutritional garden sorrel, long-life vegetable or leaf eating grass (proteingrass), 20-80 parts of grain, 0.6 part of distiller's yeast and 280 parts of water according to the weight ratio requirement;
