Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of coal railway transportation, in particular to an antifreezing solution containing a reinforcing agent for coal railway transportation and the reinforcing agent.
Background
After being mined, the coal is subjected to a series of processes such as washing and dressing, and the processes can generate certain moisture content of the coal to different degrees. In winter, due to the influence of air temperature and the action of wind power, the coal washing is easy to freeze with the train wagon, the train side and the train bottom in the railway transportation process. Once the vehicle is frozen, great difficulty is brought to the subsequent coal unloading work, and most of the coal unloading work needs to be cleaned manually, so that the production is influenced, and the normal turnover and transportation efficiency of the railway transportation vehicle are also seriously influenced; and when the empty vehicle is not cleaned completely, the unbalanced load and the unbalanced weight are easy to occur, and potential safety hazards are formed.
Various methods have been used at home and abroad to solve the problem of freezing the vehicle, such as vibration, electric heating, thawing warehouse, waxing the vehicle body, diesel oil and the like. However, these methods have high labor intensity and high cost, and the car body is easily polluted, the coal quality is also affected, and the problem of car freezing cannot be fundamentally solved. Later, through long-term practice and research, a large amount of anti-freezing liquid with good anti-freezing and unfreezing capabilities is explored to be sprayed to bulk cargos such as train sides, train bottoms, coal washing and the like during railway transportation and loading.
At present, the price of waste engine oil, ethylene glycol type, propylene glycol type or other organic antifreezing solutions is relatively high, and the spraying amount of the required antifreezing solution is large and the cost is very high to achieve the effect of preventing the coal car from being washed by water; however, the price of coal is relatively low, and pure organic antifreezing solution is generally not selected. In contrast, calcium chloride and sodium chloride are also quick-acting pour point depressants and are low in price, so that the calcium chloride and the sodium chloride are frequently applied to the antifreezing solution for coal transportation.
Because the antifreeze solution for coal transportation contains a large amount of chloride ions and calcium ions, the chloride ions have strong hygroscopicity and strong corrosivity, if sodium chloride and calcium chloride particles are settled on the surface of metal, the metal contacted by the antifreeze solution is corroded; in addition, the antifreeze flows to the rail along the carriage, which is easy to damage the railway facilities for a long time, thereby bringing about huge potential safety hazard and economic loss. In addition, chloride ions have a strong destructive effect on many corrosion inhibitors, and calcium ions and many corrosion inhibitors form insoluble substances, which also increases the difficulty of selecting the corrosion inhibitors.
In addition, the viscosity of the calcium chloride and sodium chloride antifreeze solution meeting the technical conditions of antifreeze solution for transporting bulk granular goods according to the standard TB/T3201.1-2009 is generally about 3.0mPa & s, and is too low, so that the adhesion rate of the antifreeze solution and the car side is too low, the problems of too long coal freezing car side and coal unloading time and too high coal unloading cost are still caused, and the situation of fatigue operation of workers is caused.

TABLE 2 table for chemical property examination
In this example, the calcium chloride solution used was a solution obtained by mixing calcium chloride and water at a weight ratio of 30: 70.
As can be seen from Table 2, the reinforcing agent prepared according to the formulation of the present example was added to a calcium chloride solution, and the measured ice point value was-50 ℃, the density was 1.280, the pH value was 6.9, the corrosion value to steel was 0.005mm/a, the corrosion value to copper was 0.0011mm/a, the corrosion value to aluminum was 0.0068mm/a, and the viscosity was 9.85 mPas. Therefore, the reinforcing agent prepared by the mixture ratio of the embodiment has low freezing point value, low corrosion value to metal and high viscosity.

In this example, the calcium chloride solution used was the same as in example 3, i.e., the resulting solution was mixed with water at a weight ratio of 30: 70.
As can be seen from Table 2, the reinforcing agent prepared according to the formulation of the present example was added to a calcium chloride solution, and the measured ice point value was-53 ℃, the density was 1.283, the pH value was 7.0, the corrosion value to steel was 0.003mm/a, the corrosion value to copper was 0.000mm/a, the corrosion value to aluminum was 0.004mm/a, and the viscosity was 6.8 mPas. Therefore, the reinforcing agent prepared by the mixture ratio of the embodiment has low freezing point value, low corrosion value to metal and high viscosity.

Comparative example 1
This comparative example is a calcium chloride solution without any addition.
The calcium chloride solution is directly subjected to experimental tests, and specific test index results are shown in table 2.
In this comparative example, the calcium chloride solution used was the same as in examples 3 and 4, i.e., the resulting solution was mixed with water at a weight ratio of 30: 70.
As can be seen from Table 2, the calcium chloride solution without the reinforcing agent was tested to have an ice point value of-46.3 deg.C, a density of 1.277, a pH of 6.0, a corrosion value for steel of 0.295mm/a, a corrosion value for copper of 0.066mm/a, a corrosion value for aluminum of 0.0745mm/a, and a viscosity of 2.3 mPa.s. Therefore, the calcium chloride solution without the reinforcing agent is weakly acidic and is easy to corrode metal for a long time; the ice point value is higher than that of example 3 and example 4; the corrosion resistance to steel is 59 times that of example 3 and 98 times that of example 4, the corrosion resistance to copper is 60 times that of example 3 and 66 times that of example 4, and the corrosion resistance to aluminum is 11 times that of example 3 and 19 times that of example 4; the viscosity was only 23.35% for example 3 and 33.82% for example 4.
