An efficient composite additive of a coal transportation anti-freezing agent belongs to the technical field of coal additives. The composite additive is an efficient composite additive which takes organic salt, inorganic salt and polyol as main components and is used as an antifreezing agent for coal transportation. The method comprises the following steps of weighing, stirring and mixing glycerol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, boric acid, polyethylene glycol and benzotriazole as raw materials to obtain the product. The invention can improve the antifreezing and unfreezing capability of the coal transportation antifreezing agent, reduce the freezing strength of the coal, increase the adhesive force of finished products, relieve the corrosion of equipment such as train carriages, production, storage, spraying and the like, has no pollution and no toxicity, has simple process and convenient use, has no influence on the downstream utilization of the coal quality, and can be directly added into various coal transportation antifreezing agents such as chlorine salt, organic salt and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-efficiency composite additive which takes organic salt, inorganic salt and polyalcohol as main components and is used as an antifreezing agent for coal transportation.
Background
After coal is washed and selected, the residual moisture content in the coal is high, free water is gradually concentrated to the bottom of a coal layer in the process of coal storage or transportation, the coal, the water and the bottom of a transportation carriage at the bottom of the coal layer can be frozen together in cold winter, and the frozen coal amount accounts for 7% -14% of the coal loading amount of each carriage when no antifreezing agent is used. The frozen coal is difficult to load and unload, which causes the problems of pressing vehicles, pressing lines or pressing ports and influences the normal production and the turnover of train wagons. A plurality of methods are adopted at home and abroad to solve the problem of frozen coal unloading, such as vibration, blasting, electric heating, thawing warehouse, adding calcium chloride and magnesium chloride in coal, coating paraffin and diesel oil on a vehicle body, and the like, but the thawing cost and effect are not ideal. At present, in China, various coal mine enterprises adopt calcium chloride type antifreeze to relieve the problem of frozen coal in coal transportation in winter, calcium chloride powder is scattered at the bottom of a carriage, calcium chloride diluent with certain concentration is sprayed on the side wall of the carriage, the freezing point of a contact area between coal and the carriage wall is lowered, and coal freezing is prevented.
At present, the antifreezing agent for coal transportation on the market has limited antifreezing and unfreezing capabilities, and particularly has undesirable use effect in severe cold areas; in addition, chlorine salt type coal transportation antifreezing agents are mainly used by coal mine enterprises in China, and because of containing a large amount of chlorine elements, new problems are brought to export and utilization of coal, and when the using amount of the chlorine-containing coal antifreezing agents reaches a certain concentration, the chlorine-containing coal antifreezing agents can corrode train carriages, production, storage and spraying equipment; in addition, the viscosity of the chlorine salt diluent is very low, the adhesive force is low, and the efficiency of preventing coal from freezing is not high.
Therefore, the efficient composite additive is introduced into the railway coal transportation antifreezing agent, so that the antifreezing and unfreezing capabilities of the coal transportation antifreezing agent are improved, the freezing strength of coal is reduced, the adhesive force of a finished product is increased, the corrosion of equipment such as train carriages, production, storage, spraying and the like is relieved, and the method has important significance.
The efficient composite additive for the coal transportation antifreezing agent has the advantages of no pollution, no toxicity, simple process, convenient use and no influence on downstream utilization of coal quality, and can be directly added into various coal transportation antifreezing agents such as chlorine salt, organic salt and the like.

The invention aims to provide a high-efficiency composite additive of a coal transportation antifreezing agent taking organic salt, inorganic salt and polyol as main components and a preparation method thereof, aiming at overcoming the defects of the existing domestic and foreign market products, improving the antifreezing and unfreezing capability of the coal transportation antifreezing agent, reducing the freezing strength of coal, increasing the adhesive force of a finished product, relieving the corrosion of equipment such as train carriages, production, storage, spraying and the like, and directly adding the composite additive into various types of coal transportation antifreezing agents such as chlorine salt, organic salt and the like.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the invention relates to a high-efficiency composite additive of a coal transportation antifreezing agent, which mainly comprises the following substances (in percentage by weight): 55-66% of glycerol; 15-25% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; 5-12% of sodium carbonate; 5-12% of boric acid; 5-8% of polyethylene glycol; 2-5% of benzotriazole.
Weighing the materials, sequentially putting the materials into a reaction kettle according to the weight ratio of glycerol, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, polyethylene glycol, sodium carbonate, boric acid and benzotriazole, stirring at room temperature for more than 30min, and uniformly mixing to obtain a finished product.
The invention can improve the antifreezing and unfreezing capability of the coal transportation antifreezing agent, reduce the freezing strength of the coal, increase the adhesive force of finished products, relieve the corrosion of equipment such as train carriages, production, storage, spraying and the like, has no pollution and no toxicity, has simple process and convenient use, has no influence on the downstream utilization of the coal quality, and can be directly added into various coal transportation antifreezing agents such as chlorine salt, organic salt and the like.

Example 1
Weighing materials according to the using amount ratio (mass percentage), sequentially putting 55% of glycerol, 15% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 8% of polyethylene glycol, 10% of sodium carbonate, 10% of boric acid and 2% of benzotriazole into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring at room temperature, and filling products to obtain the coal transportation anti-freezing agent efficient composite additive.
Example 2
Weighing the materials according to the using amount ratio (mass percentage), sequentially putting 60% of glycerol, 10% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, 5% of polyethylene glycol, 11% of sodium carbonate, 12% of boric acid and 3% of benzotriazole into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring at room temperature, and filling the product to obtain the coal transportation anti-freezing agent efficient composite additive.
The composite additive obtained by the invention is added into the chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent disclosed in the published patent application 201910400083.6 for performance test, and has good effect. A chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-28% of sodium formate; 5-15% of glycerol; 8-10% of urea; 7-8% of sodium nitrite; 2-3% of sodium carbonate; 2-3% of triethanolamine borate; 1-2% of phenylethanolamine; 1-2% of polyethylene glycol; 0.1-1% of benzotriazole; 40-50% of water.
Effects of the implementation
The high-efficiency composite additive prepared in the embodiments 1 and 2 is added into a chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent which takes sodium nitrite, sodium formate, urea, glycerol and ethylene glycol as main components (the specific composition of the antifreezing agent is shown in the embodiment 1 in the published patent application 201910400083.6) (the mass percentage content of the composite additive is 5 percent, namely the addition amount is 5 percent), so that chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent samples 1 and 2 are obtained, the freezing point, the low-temperature stability and the metal corrosion rate of the chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent samples 1 and 2 are measured, the results are shown in the table 1, the chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent samples 1 and 2 have excellent low-temperature performance and stability, the coal freezing strength is obviously reduced, and the chlorine-free railway coal transportation antifreezing agent has an obvious adhesion effect on the surface of a carriage.
