本发明公开了一种耐油同步带及其制备方法。包括齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布、涂层;所述齿胶层与伸张胶层间穿置有抗拉体线绳,所述齿胶层外表面覆盖有齿布,所述伸张胶层外表面覆盖有顶布;所述齿布、齿胶层、伸张胶层、顶布两侧面设置有涂层;涂层为组合物,其组分为:羧基氢化丁腈橡胶100份、固化剂1~20份、溶剂50~150份。涂层厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm。本发明通过对同步带二侧面的施加涂层,减少同步带在使用时受到油类物质侵害,改善带的侧面磨损。
Description
技术领域:
本发明属于传动带生产工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种耐油同步带及其制备方法。
背景技术:
同步带广泛应用于汽车、纺织机械、机床、电子设备等领域中。同步带在制造过程中,一般是在比较宽的模具上套上布套、缠绕线绳、上胶片,然后硫化、打磨,最后切成需要的宽度。由于线绳为连续螺旋排列,切割后线绳会裸露在带的二侧,当带在有油类物质等环境下使用时,油会沿着线绳与胶的边缘及被切割的线绳截面渗透,容易造成线绳强度下降及线绳与胶早期脱层损坏。另外油类物质还会对带体产生溶胀,当带齿与轮槽啮合时会引起不良的啮合运动,造成带齿早期损坏,这对于发动机正时传动和油泵浸油正时带传动尤为重要。另外,同步带传动会在横向方向上窜动,侧边易与档边接触磨损,严重时会将线绳抽出而使带的损坏。

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐油同步带及其制备方法,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种耐油同步带,包括:齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布、涂层;所述齿胶层与伸张胶层间穿置有抗拉体线绳,所述齿胶层外表面覆盖有齿布,所述伸张胶层外表面覆盖有顶布;所述齿布、齿胶层、伸张胶层、顶布两侧面设置有涂层。
优选地,技术方案中,涂层为组合物,其组分为:羧基氢化丁腈橡胶100份、固化剂1~20份、溶剂50~150份。
优选地,技术方案中,羧基氢化丁腈橡胶的碘值≤50%,门尼粘度为100℃(1+4)25~70。
优选地,技术方案中,固化剂选用二异氰酸酯、聚异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,技术方案中,溶剂选用酮、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯及其衍生物、硝基丙烷、二氯化乙烯中的至少一种。
优选地,技术方案中,涂层厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm。
优选地,技术方案中,齿布、顶布选用尼龙、芳纶、聚氟乙烯纤维织物中的一种。

一种耐油同步带的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布通过成型、硫化、切割工艺制成同步带;
(2)将涂层均匀涂覆在同步带两侧面,在室温~120℃下干燥0.5~24小时固化。
优选地,技术方案中,涂层采用浸渍、喷射、涂刷中的一种方式进行涂覆。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
通过对同步带二侧面的施加涂层,减少同步带在使用时受到油类物质侵害,改善带的侧面磨损。

如图1-2所示,一种耐油同步带,包括齿布1、齿胶层2、抗拉体线绳3、伸张胶层4、顶布5、涂层6、6’;所述齿胶层2与伸张胶层4间穿置有抗拉体线绳3,所述齿胶层2外表面覆盖有齿布1,所述伸张胶层4外表面覆盖有顶布5;所述齿布1、齿胶层2、伸张胶层4、顶布5两侧面设置有涂层6、6’。涂层厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm,优选为0.1mm~0.3mm。齿布、顶布选用尼龙、芳纶、聚氟乙烯纤维织物中的至少一种。齿胶层、伸张胶层选用氢化丁腈橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯丁橡胶中的至少一种。抗拉体线绳选用玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维中的至少一种制成。
涂层6、6’为组合物,其组分为:羧基氢化丁腈橡胶100份、固化剂1~20份、溶剂50~150份。涂层可包含其它任选成分,如金属氧化物、抗氧化剂、补强剂、颜料。涂层可通过简单地混合并通过机械搅拌或振荡制得。
羧基氢化丁腈橡胶的碘值≤50%,门尼粘度为100℃(1+4)25~70。羧基氢化丁腈橡胶的碘值(氢化度指标,低表示氢化度高,耐热性好)≤50%,优选为3%-40%、最优选为8%-30%。羧基氢化丁腈橡胶的丙烯腈含量为15%-60%、优选为30%-55%、最优选为40%-50%。当使用丙烯腈含量小于15%时,耐油性不足;当使用丙烯腈含量大于60%时,抗低温性不足。羧基氢化丁腈橡胶选用ARLANXEO公司制造的Therban KA 8889。
固化剂包含至少一种异氰酸酯基团和一种与羧基氢化丁腈橡胶形成交联键的基团,优选为包含至少一种异氰酸酯基团或一种具有异氰酸酯基的基团、和羧基反应性交联基团。示例类型的固化剂为二异氰酸酯和聚异氰酸酯中的至少一种,其包括脂族、环脂族和芳族异氰酸酯官能化合物,如甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)中的至少一种。固化剂的最佳使用量为5~15份。当固化剂小于3重量份时,固化不充分;大于30重量份时,涂层硬化,失去弹性。
溶剂可以为任意的有机溶剂或其它已知能溶解丙烯腈-丁二烯共聚物(NBR)的物质。包括酮,如甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮和二异丁基酮;乙酸酯,如乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯;甲苯、二甲苯和它们的衍生物;硝基丙烷;和二氯化乙烯至少一种。溶剂最佳使用量按100重量份的HXNBR 50至150重量份,优选为80~120份。当溶剂用量少于50份时,所得的涂层组合物太浓稠,后期难以操作,不容易形成均匀的涂层胶膜;当溶剂用量大于150份时,所得的涂层组合物太稀薄,难于达到规定的涂层胶膜厚度。
一种耐油同步带的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布通过成型、硫化、切割工艺制成同步带;
(2)将100份羧基氢化丁腈橡胶、10份固化剂、100份溶剂混合,通过机械搅拌或振荡制得;
(3)将涂层采用涂刷方式均匀涂覆在同步带两侧面,在室温~120℃下干燥0.5~24小时固化。
采用138S8M23 HNBR规格的同步带,进行耐油试验。
按GB/T 10716-2012《同步带传动汽车同步带物理性能试验方法》6.8节,试验温度120℃,测试耐油试验前后同步带长度、重量、抗剪切强度、线绳抽出力的变化。试验结果如表1所示:

2)异氰酸酯MDI,烟台万华;
3)异氰酸酯TDI,烟台万华;
4)聚异氰酸酯PAPI,烟台万华;
5)甲基乙基酮,市售;
6)二异丁基酮,市售。
从结果中可见,通过对同步带二侧面的施加涂层,减少同步带在使用时受到油类物质侵害,改善带的侧面磨损。

Claims (9)
1.一种耐油同步带,其特征在于:包括齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布、涂层;所述齿胶层与伸张胶层间穿置有抗拉体线绳,所述齿胶层外表面覆盖有齿布,所述伸张胶层外表面覆盖有顶布;所述齿布、齿胶层、伸张胶层、顶布两侧面设置有涂层;涂层为组合物,其组分为:羧基氢化丁腈橡胶100份、固化剂1~20份、溶剂50~150份;涂层厚度为0.05mm~0.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述羧基氢化丁腈橡胶的碘值≤50%,门尼粘度为100℃(1+4)25~70。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述固化剂选用二异氰酸酯、聚异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述溶剂选用酮、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、二甲苯及其衍生物、硝基丙烷、二氯化乙烯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述齿布、顶布选用尼龙、芳纶、聚氟乙烯纤维织物中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述齿胶层、伸张胶层选用氢化丁腈橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶、氯丁橡胶中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带,其特征在于:所述抗拉体线绳选用玻璃纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维中的一种制成。
8.一种根据权利要求1所述的耐油同步带的制备方法,其步骤为:
(1)齿布、齿胶层、抗拉体线绳、伸张胶层、顶布通过成型、硫化、切割工艺制成同步带;
(2)将涂层均匀涂覆在同步带两侧面,在室温~120℃下干燥0.5~24小时固化。
9.根据权利要求8所述的耐油同步带的制备方法,其特征在于:涂层采用浸渍、喷射、涂刷中的一种方式进行涂覆。
