本发明公开了一种自动进料切割机,包括底板、支撑板、电机、传动轴、直角传动器、切刀、传动盘、进料器、运料架、收料筐,所述底板右端固定支撑板底端,所述电机安装于支撑板左端中部,所述传动轴位于电机左端中部,所述直角传动器固定于传动轴左端,所述切刀固定于直角传动器侧面右部,所述传动盘固定于直角传动器前端,所述进料器固定于底板顶端左部,所述运料架固定于底板顶端前部,所述收料筐放置于运料架右端下方。本发明结构简单,扭矩大,在一个电机的情况下有效完成进料切割步骤,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割机,尤其涉及一种自动进料切割机。
背景技术
在日常生产生活中,切割是对于物料的一种初步加工方式,特点是工作量大,费时费力,且加工成品参差不齐,现有自动切割装置大多结构复杂,动力不足,易损坏等特点,不利于生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动进料切割机,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种自动进料切割机,包括底板、支撑板、电机、传动轴、直角传动器、切刀、传动盘、进料器、运料架、收料筐,所述底板右端固定支撑板底端,所述电机安装于支撑板左端中部,所述传动轴位于电机左端中部,所述直角传动器固定于传动轴左端,所述切刀固定于直角传动器侧面右部,所述传动盘固定于直角传动器前端,所述进料器固定于底板顶端左部,所述运料架固定于底板顶端前部,所述收料筐放置于运料架右端下方。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述直角传动器包括传动柱、旋转孔A、旋转孔B、直角轴A、限位槽、限位孔、固定条、固定环、直角轴B,两个所述传动柱内端圆心轴向各开有一个旋转孔A,四个所述旋转孔B轴向开于传动柱内端,且沿旋转孔A中心对称,所述直角轴A外侧前后两部各开有限位槽,所述直角轴A两端通过旋转孔A滑动连接两个传动柱,所述限位孔贯穿传动柱外侧中部,且与限位槽对应,所述固定条插入限位孔限位直角轴A,所述固定环套于传动柱外侧,且封闭限位孔,所述直角轴B两端通过旋转孔B滑动连接两个传动柱。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述传动盘包括盘体、螺纹孔A、传动条、螺纹孔B,所述盘体前端边缘处开有螺纹孔A,且径向成对排列,所述传动条下部开有两个螺纹孔B,且与螺纹孔A对应,所述传动条通过与螺纹孔A 螺纹固定于盘体前端。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述进料器包括支撑柱A、横柱、转盘A、转盘B、进料槽、传动齿、传动块、传动板、支撑柱B、挡柱、弹簧A,所述支撑柱A固定于底板顶端左部,两个所述横柱分别固定于支撑柱A前端顶部和中部,所述转盘A与支撑柱A顶部横柱后端过盈连接,所述转盘B与支撑柱A中部横柱后端过盈连接,所述进料槽开于转盘A外侧中部与转盘B外侧中部,若干所述传动齿固定于转盘A外侧与转盘B外侧,且相互啮合,若干所述传动块等距固定于转盘A前端,且距转盘A圆心距离相同 ,所述传动板底部铰接于转盘A前端圆心位置,所述支撑柱B固定于底板顶端中部,所述挡柱固定于支撑柱B前端,所述弹簧A两端分别固定挡柱前端与传动板顶端。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述传动板包括板体A、板体B、通过位、挡板、弹簧B,所述板体A顶端右侧固定板体B、所述通过位开于固定板B下部后方,且与传动块对应,所述挡板铰接于板体A顶端中部,且前端挡于通过位,且挡板中部抵于板体B底部,所述弹簧B连接挡板前端与固定板B底部。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述运料架包括进料架、管道A、支撑架、管道B,所述进料架固定于底板顶端左部,所述管道A左端固定于进料架顶端,所述管道A右端对应进料槽左侧,所述支撑架固定于底板顶端中部,所述支撑架左端对应进料槽,且右侧对应切刀。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构简单,扭矩大,在一个电机的情况下有效完成进料切割步骤,提高生产效率。

如图1-7所示,一种自动进料切割机,包括底板1、支撑板2、电机3、传动轴4、直角传动器5、切刀6、传动盘7、进料器8、运料架9、收料筐10,所述底板1右端固定支撑板2底端,所述电机3安装于支撑板2左端中部,所述传动轴4位于电机3左端中部,所述直角传动器5固定于传动轴4左端,所述切刀6固定于直角传动器5侧面右部,所述传动盘7固定于直角传动器5前端,所述进料器8固定于底板1顶端左部,所述运料架9固定于底板1顶端前部,所述收料筐10放置于运料架9右端下方。
所述直角传动器5包括传动柱11、旋转孔A12、旋转孔B13、直角轴A14、限位槽15、限位孔16、固定条17、固定环18、直角轴B19,两个所述传动柱11内端圆心轴向各开有一个旋转孔A12,四个所述旋转孔B13轴向开于传动柱11内端,且沿旋转孔A12中心对称,所述直角轴A14外侧前后两部各开有限位槽15,所述直角轴A14两端通过旋转孔A12滑动连接两个传动柱11,所述限位孔16贯穿传动柱11外侧中部,且与限位槽15对应,所述固定条17插入限位孔16限位直角轴A12,所述固定环18套于传动柱11外侧,且封闭限位孔16,所述直角轴B19两端通过旋转孔B13滑动连接两个传动柱11。
所述传动盘7包括盘体20、螺纹孔A21、传动条22、螺纹孔B23,所述盘体20前端边缘处开有螺纹孔A21,且径向成对排列,所述传动条22下部开有两个螺纹孔B23,且与螺纹孔A21对应,所述传动条22通过与螺纹孔A 21螺纹固定于盘体20前端。
所述进料器8包括支撑柱A24、横柱25、转盘A26、转盘B27、进料槽28、传动齿29、传动块30、传动板31、支撑柱B32、挡柱33、弹簧A34,所述支撑柱A24固定于底板1顶端左部,两个所述横柱25分别固定于支撑柱A24前端顶部和中部,所述转盘A26与支撑柱A24顶部横柱25后端过盈连接,所述转盘B 27与支撑柱A24中部横柱25后端过盈连接,所述进料槽28开于转盘A26外侧中部与转盘B27外侧中部,若干所述传动齿固定于转盘A26外侧与转盘B27外侧,且相互啮合,若干所述传动块30等距固定于转盘A26前端,且距转盘A26圆心距离相同 ,所述传动板31底部铰接于转盘A26前端圆心位置,所述支撑柱B32固定于底板1顶端中部,所述挡柱33固定于支撑柱B32前端,所述弹簧A34两端分别固定挡柱33前端与传动板31顶端。
所述传动板31包括板体A35、板体B36、通过位37、挡板38、弹簧B39,所述板体A35顶端右侧固定板体B36、所述通过位37开于固定板B(36)下部后方,且与传动块30对应,所述挡板(38)铰接于板体A(35)顶端中部,且前端挡于通过位37,且挡板38中部抵于板体B36底部,所述弹簧B39连接挡板38前端与固定板B36底部。
所述运料架9包括进料架40、管道A41、支撑架42、管道B43,所述进料架40固定于底板1顶端左部,所述管道A41左端固定于进料架40顶端,所述管道A41右端对应进料槽28左侧,所述支撑架42固定于底板1顶端中部,所述支撑架42左端对应进料槽28,且右侧对应切刀6。
本发明的工作原理:物料由管道A进入进料槽28,电机3启动转动传动柱11,切刀6旋转做切割动作,旋转孔B13转动,内侧直角轴B19两端向外,外侧直角轴B19两端向内,带动垂直方向传动柱11旋转,垂直方向传动柱11转动传动盘7,传动盘7通过传动条17拨动传动板31,挡板38推动传动块30,传动块30带动转盘A啮合转盘B转动,物料受推动向前推出管道B,切刀6切割物料,物料掉入收料框10,传动条17转离传动板31,弹簧A34弹回传动板31抵于挡柱B33,通过位37穿过传动块30,挡板38放行传动块30后被弹簧B39弹回抵于板体B36底部。

所述直角传动器(5)包括传动柱(11)、旋转孔A(12)、旋转孔B(13)、直角轴A(14)、限位槽(15)、限位孔(16)、固定条(17)、固定环(18)、直角轴B(19),两个所述传动柱(11)内端圆心轴向各开有一个旋转孔A(12),四个所述旋转孔B(13)轴向开于传动柱(11)内端,且沿旋转孔A(12)中心对称,所述直角轴A(14)外侧前后两部各开有限位槽(15),所述直角轴A(14)两端通过旋转孔A(12)滑动连接两个传动柱(11),所述限位孔(16)贯穿传动柱(11)外侧中部,且与限位槽(15)对应,所述固定条(17)插入限位孔(16)限位直角轴A(14),所述固定环(18)套于传动柱(11)外侧,且封闭限位孔(16),所述直角轴B(19)两端通过旋转孔B(13)滑动连接两个传动柱(11);
所述传动盘(7)包括盘体(20)、螺纹孔A(21)、传动条(22)、螺纹孔B(23),所述盘体(20)前端边缘处开有螺纹孔A(21),且径向成对排列,所述传动条(22)下部开有两个螺纹孔B(23),且与螺纹孔A(21)对应,所述传动条(22)通过与螺纹孔A (21)螺纹固定于盘体(20)前端;
