Abstract

本发明涉及一种刷胶装置，尤其涉及一种人造草坪用自动刷胶装置。本发明提供一种人数需求少，刷胶均匀的人造草坪用自动刷胶装置。一种人造草坪用自动刷胶装置，包括有底座、支撑座、电机、传动机构和上胶机构等；底座顶部后侧设有支撑座，支撑座上设有电机，底座上设有传动机构，电机输出轴与传动机构连接，传动机构上方设有上胶机构。本发明通过传动机构和上胶机构配合可以自动对人造草坪进行刷胶，同时通过自动匀料机构将胶水均匀的涂抹在人造草坪上，再通过拨料机构可以实现自动添加胶水；通过擦拭装置可以保持传送带的洁净；通过固定机构可以放置人造草坪在传送带运行时发生偏移。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种刷胶装置，尤其涉及一种人造草坪用自动刷胶装置。
背景技术
现在很多的运动场地都会采用人造草坪，人造草坪一般是通过在其底部刷胶然后粘贴到铺好的地面上，目前刷胶的操作都是通过人工在施工现场进行刷胶，由于人造草坪一般都是由多个长度较长的长条形小草坪组成，为了在前面的胶干之前刷好整条小草坪并粘上，所以刷胶工作需要的人数较多，而且人工刷胶，胶水涂抹不均匀。
针对上述人工进行人造草坪刷胶的缺点，我们设计一种人数需求少，刷胶均匀的人造草坪用自动刷胶装置。
发明内容
为了克服人工进行人造草坪刷胶需求人数较多，且胶水涂抹不均匀的缺点，要解决的技术问题是：提供一种人数需求少，刷胶均匀的人造草坪用自动刷胶装置。
技术方案为：一种人造草坪用自动刷胶装置，包括有底座、支撑座、电机、传动机构和上胶机构，底座顶部后侧设有支撑座，支撑座上设有电机，底座上设有传动机构，电机输出轴与传动机构连接，传动机构上方设有上胶机构。
进一步，传动机构包括有第一支撑柱、滚筒、传送带和传动组件，底座顶部四个角上均设有第一支撑柱，前侧两个第一支撑柱之间转动式连接有滚筒，后侧两个第一支撑柱上转动式连接有传动组件，传动组件与电机的输出轴连接，传动组件与滚筒之间绕有传送带。
进一步，上胶机构包括有第一固定柱、放料盒、下料孔和第一挡板，底座中部左右两侧均设有第一固定柱，两个第一固定柱上部之间设有放料盒，放料盒底部设有下料孔和第一挡板，第一挡板位于下料孔后部。
进一步，还包括有自动匀料机构，自动匀料机构包括有第二固定柱、滚动柱、第三固定柱、斜板、小皮带轮、平皮带和大皮带轮，底座中部左侧设有第二固定柱，固定柱上侧转动式连接有滚动柱，滚动柱左右两侧均设有第三固定柱，第三固定柱与滚动柱转动式连接，两个第三固定柱之间设有斜板，斜板位于滚动柱上方，传动组件上设有大皮带轮，滚动柱左端设有小皮带轮，大皮带轮和小皮带轮之间设有平皮带。
进一步，还包括有拨料机构，拨料机构包括有凸轮、碰撞块、第二挡板、第四固定柱、第五固定柱和第一弹簧，滚动柱右端设有凸轮，第三固定柱顶部设有第四固定柱和第五固定柱，第五固定柱位于第四固定柱前方，第四固定柱顶部滑动式连接有第二挡板，第二挡板与下料孔底部滑动式连接，第二挡板底部右侧设有碰撞块，碰撞块与凸轮配合，第五固定柱与第二挡板之间设有第一弹簧。
进一步，还包括有擦拭装置，擦拭装置包括收集框、第三挡板、固定端和第二弹簧，底座中部设有收集框，收集框顶部左右两侧与第三固定柱连接，第三固定柱内侧中部设有固定端，两个固定端之间滑动式连接有第三挡板，第三挡板与固定端之间设有第二弹簧。
进一步，还包括有固定机构，固定机构包括有第六固定柱、第四挡板和第三弹簧，前侧两个第一支撑柱上设有第六固定柱，第六固定柱上滑动式连接有第四挡板，第四挡板底部左右两侧均设有第三弹簧，第三弹簧与第六固定柱连接。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过传动机构和上胶机构配合可以自动对人造草坪进行刷胶，同时通过自动匀料机构将胶水均匀的涂抹在人造草坪上，再通过拨料机构可以实现自动添加胶水；通过擦拭装置可以保持传送带的洁净；通过固定机构可以放置人造草坪在传送带运行时发生偏移。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
实施例1
一种人造草坪用自动刷胶装置，如图1-3所示，包括有底座1、支撑座2、电机3、传动机构4和上胶机构5，底座1顶部后侧设有支撑座2，支撑座2上设有电机3，底座1上设有传动机构4，电机3输出轴与传动机构4连接，传动机构4上方设有上胶机构5。
将人造草坪底部朝上放置在传动机构4上，将胶水放入上胶机构5，打开电机3，电机3带动传动机构4运动，人造草坪在传动机构4上输送的同时上胶机构5对其刷胶，此时输出人造草坪的一端由一个人负责引导人造草坪即可，刷胶完成后，关闭电机3即可。
传动机构4包括有第一支撑柱41、滚筒42、传送带43和传动组件44，底座1顶部四个角上均设有第一支撑柱41，前侧两个第一支撑柱41之间转动式连接有滚筒42，后侧两个第一支撑柱41上转动式连接有传动组件44，传动组件44与电机3的输出轴连接，传动组件44与滚筒42之间绕有传送带43。
将人造草坪底部朝上放置在传送带43上，将胶水放入上胶机构5，打开电机3，电机3带动传动组件44转动，传动组件44带动传送带43移动，人造草坪在传送带43上输送的同时上胶机构5对其刷胶，刷胶完成后，关闭电机3即可。
上胶机构5包括有第一固定柱51、放料盒52、下料孔53和第一挡板54，底座1中部左右两侧均设有第一固定柱51，两个第一固定柱51上部之间设有放料盒52，放料盒52底部设有下料孔53和第一挡板54，第一挡板54位于下料孔53后部。
缓慢的将胶水逐步放入放料盒52，电机3带动传动组件44转动，传动组件44带动传送带43移动，同时胶水通过放料盒52的下料孔53落在人造草坪上，并通过第一挡板54推动胶水均匀的刷在人造草坪上，刷胶完成后，关闭电机3即可。

在实施例1的基础之上，如图1、图4、图5、图6和图7所示，还包括有自动匀料机构6，自动匀料机构6包括有第二固定柱61、滚动柱62、第三固定柱63、斜板64、小皮带轮65、平皮带66和大皮带轮67，底座1中部左侧设有第二固定柱61，固定柱上侧转动式连接有滚动柱62，滚动柱62左右两侧均设有第三固定柱63，第三固定柱63与滚动柱62转动式连接，两个第三固定柱63之间设有斜板64，斜板64位于滚动柱62上方，传动组件44上设有大皮带轮67，滚动柱62左端设有小皮带轮65，大皮带轮67和小皮带轮65之间设有平皮带66。
胶水落在斜板64上继而落在滚动柱62上，通过电机3带动传动组件44上的大皮带轮67转动，大皮带轮67带动平皮带66移动，平皮带66带动小皮带轮65转动，小皮带轮65带动滚动柱62转动，滚动柱62均匀的将胶水涂在人造草坪上，第一挡板54也可以将多余胶水推动向前可以做提前涂抹，刷胶完成后，关闭电机3即可。
还包括有拨料机构7，拨料机构7包括有凸轮71、碰撞块72、第二挡板73、第四固定柱74、第五固定柱75和第一弹簧76，滚动柱62右端设有凸轮71，第三固定柱63顶部设有第四固定柱74和第五固定柱75，第五固定柱75位于第四固定柱74前方，第四固定柱74顶部滑动式连接有第二挡板73，第二挡板73与下料孔53底部滑动式连接，第二挡板73底部右侧设有碰撞块72，碰撞块72与凸轮71配合，第五固定柱75与第二挡板73之间设有第一弹簧76。
滚动柱62带动凸轮71转动，凸轮71转到碰撞块72时会推开第二挡板73，使得第一弹簧76被拉伸，这时胶水会从下料孔53掉落下来，随后凸轮71不与第二挡板73接触，第一弹簧76复位，使得第二挡板73复位，这样胶水会有规律的从下料孔53流出，不需要再通过人缓慢的倒入胶水，节约人力。
还包括有擦拭装置8，擦拭装置8包括收集框81、第三挡板82、固定端83和第二弹簧84，底座1中部设有收集框81，收集框81顶部左右两侧与第三固定柱63连接，第三固定柱63内侧中部设有固定端83，两个固定端83之间滑动式连接有第三挡板82，第三挡板82与固定端83之间设有第二弹簧84。
当工作时，不可避免会有胶水掉落在传送带43上，当传送带43经过第三挡板82时会将胶水刮落，当胶水积攒到一定量是会从第三挡板82上流入收集框81内。
还包括有固定机构9，固定机构9包括有第六固定柱91、第四挡板92和第三弹簧93，前侧两个第一支撑柱41上设有第六固定柱91，第六固定柱91上滑动式连接有第四挡板92，第四挡板92底部左右两侧均设有第三弹簧93，第三弹簧93与第六固定柱91连接。
为了防止人造草坪在输送过程中出现偏移，将人造草坪放入第四挡板92和第六固定柱91之间用于定位，第四挡板92可以滑动是为了避免人造草坪上的草厚度不均匀而卡住。
