(2) the transmission rod 24 positioned on the back of the impurities synchronously moves to the position right above the recovery box 3 along with the latticed conveyer belt 2, the material stirring rod 26 can extrude and rotate the transmission rod 24 to separate the vibration rod 23 from the latticed conveyer belt 2, after the material stirring rod 26 is separated from the transmission rod 24, the elasticity of the torsion spring can effectively knock the vibration rod 23 to the latticed conveyer belt 2 with certain kinetic energy, so that the latticed conveyer belt 2 vibrates, the impurities are separated from the latticed conveyer belt 2 and fall into the recovery box 3 to be recovered, and meanwhile, the normal operation of the latticed conveyer belt 2 is ensured due to the ingenious design of the conveying wheel 27;
(3) impurities fall onto the recycling bin 3, the two ends of the two symmetrically distributed packaging tapes 321 are synchronously and continuously conveyed along with the flow guide ring 31 entering the recycling bin 3, meanwhile, the two ends of the two packaging tapes 321 can be connected in a hot melting mode through the hot melting wheel, the bottoms of the two packaging tapes 321 are extended through the first hydraulic rod 36, the two packaging tapes 321 are extruded and fixed through the pressing plate 354, the bottoms of the two packaging tapes 321 can be effectively connected and fixed in a hot melting mode through the first hot melting plate 352, and therefore the packaging tapes 321 form an assembled garbage bag;
(4) when the garbage bag is full of garbage, the pressing plate 354 is contacted with the supporting plate through the extension of the first hydraulic rod 36 again, the inlet of the garbage bag is extruded and fixed, the packaging tapes 321 can be fixed in a hot melting mode through the first hot melting plate 352, the temperature of the second hot melting plate 356 is controlled, the garbage bag full of garbage is separated from a new garbage bag through the second hot melting plate 356 in a hot melting mode, the garbage bag full of garbage falls onto the dumping plate 38, then the first hydraulic rod 36 is contracted, and the new garbage bag is gradually formed along with the rotation of the rotating wheel 332 and the hot melting wheel;
(5) when dumping the disposal bag on the board 38 and needing the ejection of compact, control second hydraulic stem 3842, make piston plate 3841 move towards third telescopic link 385 through hydraulic drive, drive the extension of third ejector pin 3852, open door plant 371 is rotatory, simultaneously along with piston plate 3841's motion, drive first ejector pin 3812 extension and the shrink of second ejector pin 3832 in step to when door plant 371 opens, the board 38 that dumps forms an effectual inclination, make the automatic and recovery tank separation of disposal bag that fills with rubbish.
